If the existing No. 2 stays on as anticipated and Panetta confers with him often, I'm pretty confident that he'll do well. He always seemed like a fair, straight shooter to me and those in the Agency shouldn't prejudge him. I don't think that he'll make the same mistakes that Porter Goss made -- heard that his people sort of took over in an arrogant way, which proved disastrous for all. I agree.
