My apologies to Kim Frederick for confusing her with Obama Is A Fraud.

I made a mistake about which of the several bios is OIAF’s. I missed it at the time, but after checking tonight, I see OIAF had previously identified herself by her real name (which is not Kim Frederick).

To make it clear, OIAF is the one who said she’s making a documentary about NQ trolls — not Kim.

I have no beef with Kim.

My opinion of OIAF hasn’t changed, and I’d still love to see her NQ troll video.

OIAF isn’t interested in the law, or she’d have already accepted that Burris is the legal appointment, like it or not. Instead…we are going to engage in the “guilt by association” sort of non-Law thinking Harry Reid and Dick Durbin are engaged in.

It is very clear if you just read the laws. Harry Reid is fogging us.

Burris appointment valid, Illinois high court says

Illinois’ highest court Friday validated the appointment of Roland Burris to fill President-elect Barack Obama’s vacant U.S. Senate seat, ruling that the Illinois secretary of state does not have to sign off on it.

The court’s opinion states that “no further action is required by the Secretary of State or any other official to make the Governor’s appointment of Roland Burris to the United States Senate valid under Illinois law.”

So now we see Dick Durbin running his mouth despite the fact he doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on.

Where is he going to find a code that validates his “must require a signature of the Secretary of State” when the Illinois law doesn’t say so, the Illinois Court just ruled it isn’t required and the appointment is valid, and the Supreme Court has made clear that there is no such qualification unless it is in Article 1 or in an Amendment?

Illinois court stated that “no explanation has been given as to how any rule of the Senate, whether it be formal or merely a matter of tradition, could supersede the authority to fill vacancies conferred on the states by the federal constitution.”

So now that Harry Reid has his ruling from the court, what will he pull out of his ass this time?

As to how the useless eaters may be distinguished from the useful ones…

Useless eaters don’t have last names like Kissinger, Rockefeller, etc. They consume the “limited resources” the greedy seem to so desperately covet. Africans, Palestinians, Jews and gypsies in Hitler’s Germany… people like that.

The self-styled “useful” ones come up with erudite stuff like this:

Obama Is A Fraud recently pointed out that her name links to a web site with her bio. Click to read who Kim Frederick is. She makes Youtube videos.

She just said she’s going to do one on NQ trolls. To be called “Kim Frederick is angry because some of the people on the Internet think like her.” Actually, she hasn’t given it a title yet, but I am definitely up for watching that one.

I would find it gratifying if I saw a sign that there were someone who understood the gist of my last two paragraphs.

Try explaining what you mean by “useless eaters” and how they’re different from the useful ones.
