I don’t think that Obama is perfect, I don’t agree with everything he does and believes, I don’t salivate at his approach, I don’t get angry when people insult him or just disagree with him. I do admire and support him. I admired Hillary, and I would have voted for her had she won. My decision to support him doesn’t deserve your disdain any more than your decision to support Hillary deserves mine. Making lists that insult Obama supporters as universally stupid is not mature. I could make a list (I’m sure one has been made) talking about how to recognize Hillbots, #1 being that they spend a large portion of their time talking about how much they hate Obama. But that is not mature, and plus I know too many intelligent people who supported Hillary to ever believe that they are, as a group, immature and illogical.

Really, I don’t get it. You guys seem to hate Obama with the kind of blind passion that people used to feel (and some still do feel) for the Clintons. Debating with you guys is like trying to debate with the people who still believe that the Clintons had Vince Foster killed. Their hatred is just too intense to be moved by logic.

I am writing to protest your actions in support of Obama and against women. I am a person who left the Democratic Party this year after the blatant anti-woman actions I witnesses and experienced personally by Obama supporters. I also am a person who actually has lived her feminism by suing a leading university over gender and age discrimination. That action cost me my career and my peace of mind. But, for me it wasn’t enough to just talk equal rights. I believe one has to take action on behalf of all women in order to advance the cause even some of us. And then there is Sarah Palin. I don’t agree with anti-abortion views, but I can respect another woman for her honesty, integrity and devotion to public service even if she doesn’t agree with me. The attacks of her were as sexist and hurtful to all women, as anything I have witnessed in my entire life. You actually have set back women by your actions, since it is your actions in support of Obama and misogyny that have undermined the credibility and accomplishments of mature, female public servants, like Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton. And worst of all, you–personally–appear to still be in need of approval and validation by men. Where’s your outrage at the Dems’ appointment of Kaine as the party leader? (It looks like only Republican women stir you up.) You have let women down and I am deeply disappointed in your lack of incite, your lack of character and your betrayal of women and feminism…..It certainly looks as though you have sold your souls to be invited to join the boys’ team….

If it is about ivy-league schools, there is still a shocking number of people in this country who don’t even graduate from high school. Where does this high and mighty stuff come from? If you are going to hold elective office, you have to relate to working-class people.

The fact that you believe Obama was saying 47 states is unbelievable. He said we’ve been in 57 states and ONE TO GO. The media explained it away by saying he was tired.

Wake up! The point was that he was not crucified for it. She, nor, Clinton were treated with the kid gloves Obama was.

Why didn’t Palin get the benefit of the doubt? She is a sitting Governor with actual accomplishments but was belittled.
