If it’s Wednesday … Begin the 10-Minute Countdown

EM>(The program is over so this is bumped down — check the bottom of the story for how to listen to this show, or click the icon here.)

It’s 10 minutes until “No Topic Taboo With Jay” hits the air waves at No Quarter Radio.

Back before his untimely passing last year, Tim Russert used to close his show with the tag line “If it’s Sunday, it’s Meet the Press”.

I thought I would paraphrase so… “If it’s Wednesday night, it’s “No Topic Taboo…Everything Else with Jay.”

Here’s tonight’s plan: Post Superbowl, lets talk about Sunday. The game (a good one), the commercials (I for one was not impressed but were they muted do to the economic down turn) and even the puppy bowl (can’t say I saw it but I know it was promoted on NQ).

As always the LIVE chat room and the phone lines are open to discuss anything the NQ audience would like to. Last week it was puppies, horror movies, and baseball, who knows what will come up this week.
What TV shows are you watching, which of the new movies have you seen, and what books are you reading?

We’ll also hit on all the breaking news, Blago, Obama’s woes, and whatever you bring up when you call in at (347) 677-0792. Remember that NO TOPIC IS TABOO so you’re welcome to bring up new issues.

Call in tonight via (347) 677-0792, and be sure to join the live chat session, which I usually start up 10 minutes before the show begins at 9 p.m. ET.

I encourage you all to participate. If you are the shy type you can email me at the show email address: ntteewithjay@me.com.

And don’t forget if you miss my show or any other NQ Radio Show on BlogTalk Radio, you can come here and listen to the recorded show or, if you have iTunes or an iPod, you can subscribe to all of our shows as Podcasts by following the instructions in the yellow box on the right-hand side of our page.

Anyone else having problems logging on to NQ with Firefox? I haven’t been able to pull any topic up for the past few days. On Safari now…no problem.

  • http://firefox AnnieCollier

OK, forget it. I reset the address and it seems alright now…the mysteries of the internet…

No fair. The people of New York got to answer a survey on who they would rather see in Clnton’s vacant senate seat. In IL, we got Burris shoved down our throats, just like Obama.

  • Jay L

Just because we get a survey (and by the way…nobody asked me) does not mean the Governor is going to listen to them. Paterson is a bit of a free thinker.

  • UKforDems

There is now an official Palin PAC. Where good ole Sarah will encourage other candidates.

The PAC is” “Dedicated to building America’s future, supporting fresh ideas and candidates who share our vision for reform and innovation.”

    PUMA should staff it !!! !! !!!! !!!

    Will Bowyers for fund raising?
    Palula Abeles for membership ?

  • Dawnelle

I’ll try to be there. Thanks.

  • Dawnelle
