It was a misspeak due to a lack or preparation and/or nerves--perfectly understandable. The intent displayed was NEVER in question. Then they go and repeat it a day and a half later because they are exercising "an abundance of caution". Now I'm disturbed. Why does this oath event, the intent of which was perfectly CLEAR, warrant such caution while the Certificate of Birth (which has not see the light of day, as what was presented was a Certifica<em>tion</em> of <em>Live</em> Birth) does not???
