Texas already has this caveat in their Constitution. About time states begin to exercise their rights after the Democratic party took away Michigan and Florida's Constitutional rights by disenfranchising their voters to make sure Soertoro/Obama "won". But this is nothing like the Civil War and these states aren't calling for separation from the U. S.; they are calling for a return to a Constitutional democracy and removal of any elected official who does not follow our Constitution to <em>preserve</em> it. (And a selected "president" with unanswered legal questions regarding his birthplace and dual citizenship being ignored by the Supreme Court whose only duty is to uphold the constitution yet has refused to hear even one of the almost 20 cases filed demanding proof from Soertoro/Obama is certainly a reason for the passage of HCR-6.)
