While the students would get a B- on motor control (as shown with bowling), they got an F on sentient capabilities. With this failing grade, they had no reason to bother coming back here and cancelling the experiment. So evil factions on this planet have taken control of Obama's control center. This control center device is otherwise known as the teleprompter. When this device is missing, the AI unit grows incoherent in addition to extreme uses of ah's and uhm's because there is nothing left that can act as a functional brain center to form complete thoughts.
