I found Obama easier to watch if I picture him in a cheerleading outfit, jumping up and down ranting his “HOPE” cheer..all he needs is some nice purple pompoms to match his wife’s outfit.

I did not watch Obama, I can’t stand to see his face. Did he talk about the 900 millions dollars he was giving to the Palestinians? What an idiot, that will really stimulate the economy. I thought USA was in a financial crisis… I guess not… almost a trilliom dollars to the Palestinians. I cannot believe this. What an asshole!

termo, Pelosi is smiling because she knows she is the most powerful person in this country right now, and she knows she made this all happen. She even talked him into running when he and Michelle were still saying, ‘it’s too early to run for president’. But after you hear the likes of Nelson Mandella telling you, ‘now IS your time’or whatever his version of ‘the urgency of now’ was, that is pretty heady stuff for an ambitious guy like BO. Much to my sorrow and regret it worked.

Yes, Annie, that was pretty noticeable when he started prematurely, “Madam Speaker” and she yells out her glowing, nauseating introduction before he embarrasses himself any further. Then he starts again, “Madam Speaker, Mr. Vice President….” confirming his error.

So glad to know I am not by myself in hating every freaking second of this, yet can’t make myself turn to the cooking network or something. It’s kind of like watching a snake – can’t help yourself.
