Where's my post.

It's not surprising that all the posts share your distorted view if you are moderating out the views of the majority of American voters.

Most of what is in J.Crew's catalog is imported. Why isn't she wearing USA made clothing? Sure, the handmade Jason Wu is made in New York but Narcisco Rodriguez has his clothes made in Italy. Here's her chance to support the American economy and not the foreign oil it takes to haul the stuff across the sea.

I too am a subscriber to Vogue Magazine; their love affair with the Obama's is sickening. The March issue is quite unattractive; MEchille's arms look like they could wrap around her body at least twice.

She is not the First Lady we have been waiting for, as they so vehemently advertise!!

Speaking of overexposure and bizarre fawning, did you see TIme's article today on whether the White House prefers Pepsi or COke? Were things this weird in the media for other presidents? I don't recall seeing paragraph after paragraph of descriptions of what is in the administration's fridge and who walks around with what can of pop in the White House. But maybe that's just me. It gets more bizarre by the minute.

Oh, and about the dress, USAToday had a poll about whether it was a problem if she wore too many sleeveless dresses (and this made front page headlines, mind you). 49% of those polled said it wasn't important. Thank God they're not all going as crazy as it seems.

She lost her license to practice law in IL, supposedly for some conflict involving insurance fraud. That story has never been "worked up" by the media, so why would this one? She is special--can't you tell.

And since when does a First Lady pose in a provocative, reclining position for a fashion magazine? Not only is that undignified, but it is tacky and so inappropriate to be embarrassing. She, like her husband, is way out of her league. They have no class, dignity or sense of what their jobs require. They give new meaning to narcissism and even worsen the rap on nouveau riche people....

The bare arms are all over Hollywood too...even in the dead of winter in snowstorms they show up on NY tv shows sleeveless to show off their overexercised, muscular arms. Same with MEchille who wants to be compared to a "movie star". The bulging biceps take away the attention from her huge hips (she thinks).

Hardly. You ought to have seen the performance tonight. Nobody with an appreciation for serious musical artistry could find fault with any of those folks--except maybe the hip-hop crowd, as none was present.

I'm sure MicHELLe would be happy to share with James. You know, redistribute the wealth.

One of my favorite mom quotes:

"You can buy a lot of things, but you can't buy class."

She usually said that on my way out the door to go on a date.

It would appear the Obama's are the epitome of that statement in many ways.
