They can program his answers wirelessly and possibly stop all stuttering. Though I must say that technology doesn't exist that will let a human soul shine through his automaton eyes. Why didn't they want Hillary to become president? Because she would have slapped their hand away if they tried to put their cold hands up her back to control her. Never to let a "good crisis" go to waste... The reigning socialists can't allow things to get better before they get their long term agenda set. I think the plan is to earmark and spend to such an extent on the programs and socialistic reforms they want that nothing will be left for defense and any other program they deem non-essential. After all, who is going to want to invade a country where everybody is dirt poor? For example Mexico? or maybe us in a few years?
