Jeralyn over at Talkleft stated she has had reports that Obama supporters could be violating election laws. The idea is that Obama supporters are handing out, having filled out and collecting caucus cards. Has anyone heard about this?

If you've voted in Texas, do you know how the caucus works and whether a campaign should be collecting cards before the caucus starts at 7:15?

In my younger days, far away and long ago, I lived in Texas. In those mythical times, to win the Democratic primary pretty much insured the general election because the Democrats ran the state. The accepted norm was for those few Republicans (really mostly John Birchers) to cross over and vote for the most conservative Democrat. Boy did we have some awful governors. GWB looks like a Rhodes Scholar and a diplomat compared to some of them. So, screwing up Democratic primaries is an old and beloved tradition.

PMS: Wow...this is really troubling....

WTF was the De.Party thinking? It is just crazy, it makes no sense whatsoever.

But is it is "legal" according to Dem. party primary rules then why would Carter or the UN complain? ...They are "open primaries" in TX....aren't they?

Republicans crossing over is and has been happening during all the primaries....mostly voting for Obama to "knock" out Hillary!

Heck, in my local paper in PA the repubs are advertising just how easy it is to change your vote for the day to ENSURE Hillary won't be the nominee. Very legal yet very scary stuff going on.

What's worse is the Obamanoids are "bragging" he's able to reach out to all Americans.
Not even close to the truth.

Hillary is up against 2 opponents-Obama and Repubs. Check out the exit polls.
waiting in PA to vote for Hillary.

It only took Davy Crockett thirteen days to become a Texan, but I don't recommend the process.

HRC has lost the urban AA vote in Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin) through no fault of her own. She's holding the MA vote, to my sort of delight ("sort of", because there are wounds being opened that are going to be hard to heal down here).

But what's happening today is really bizarre, and comes just short of an electoral crisis in my book. Heavily Republican suburbs (3:1 R to D ratio) are splitting 2:1 Dem over GOP in the primary voting.

I know these folks, and they ain't being won over by either Dem candidate... they are cross-over voting to skew the results to favor the GOP in November (they think). But it may be a wash, as the ones I've talked to can't quite decide on a common "easy prey" target. Some are voting Obama (as I would if I was them), and some are voting Clinton (I hope they get what they asked for).

But the activity as it is being reported is serious, and dangerous, to the integrity of our system.

Where's Jimmy Carter and the UN patrolling the Polling Places when we need them?

I lived in Austin for ten years and am still a Texas resident. I wasn't born there but ten years is long enough to be considered a Texan. From what I know about the people and the place, I simply cannot believe that Hillary won't win the Texas primary. If she loses, they had better look into deeply.

No prollem.

I actually appreciate the higher quality vids. My reaction was old one from the dial-up days, I guess. I use a USB modem now by necessity. So, its way better, but still not rockin' DSL or cable speeds, and comes with a monthly DL limit.

Keep up the good work you guys.
