He is not experienced enough and he admits that himself in 2004… he said would not be on the National Ticket in 2008 because he doesn’t have the experience and he believes that people should be to do the job that they are applying for and that is why he will not be on the ticket.

His background and record is weak at best ….. and we are in difficult times.

I think he he really cared about this country, he would have stuck to his belief in 2004 and been a work horse in the Senate not a show horse. Have the meetings for the oversight in Afghanistan…stand up in the Senate and be a voice on record to get our troops home. Position your self even to be a VP on the ticket!

Then we would have had the best of both worlds…..winning the white house back in November, a unified party, and then he would have won by a landslide in 2016, he would have been ready, and young enough….and would have made double history first black VP and President.

Unfortunately, do to his own selfishness, he ruined it for everyone! He counted on forming a religious movement that would overlook his record and focus only on his skin color and rush him into office without giving it second thought.

We all deserve better than that for our country. I understand being proud because of his skin color, yet I would also hope that you would really want him to have the ability (proven) to be a good President.

But I’ll play along. First, it’s about the optics Mike. Many black folks see a black man running for POTUS. I have an 98 year old great grandfather who has said that “Obama is the realization of all the hard work we’ve put into America”. Optics man! Heck, even though I’m not voting for him (I’m a third party guy), I even felt it. Look at our great nation’s history. And if you can’t understand why a large percentage of blacks will forgive him of his “transgressions” then nothing ever will.

And Jesse Jackson is a preacher. Much different than Barack Obama.
