Had ANYONE else been elected and tried any of these crappy excuses all hell would have broken loose … so …. what you get with the inexperienced, unprepared, never tested (please read never having a real job) learn as you go guy is stumbles, bumbles, and mumblers.

I just have to say this, I am not at all happy with the AIG bonus situation. I am down more than $100K on AIG so I think I get to bitch. But. Changing the rules of the game after the fact is not the American way. Sad to say that 0mama and Geithner are morons when it comes to doing their jobs. They snoozed. We “losed.” Now. Quit yer bitchin’ and move on. You blew it. The voters will have their say.

I don’t like precedents made on the backs of mistakes. Other people will get hurt long term. Allowing taxation to be used to pull this money back can be used on others. It just stinks as a way to cover up for these two losers. And. I am not totally convinced that Geithner at least wasn’t complicit in it.

Obama doesn’t need them anymore. I truly believe, and this comes from years of watching Presidents, Obama really doesn’t like the military or veterans.

So Obama wants to send more troops to Afghanistan but wants to save money on their and other veterans’ backs. All of this while CEOs and their minions get bonuses. I know life isn’t fair but damn!

Bush tried to do the same thing and I’m speaking from personal experience. Bush III in the house!

Exactly! The idea of a severely soldier going through such a hassle makes my guts twist in anger and shame. I hate this turd wannabe called O____. He disgusts me to the point of puking.

I’m getting more certain by the second that he’s a mole for one of our enemies. I may very well give up the US citizenship I got 1 year ago and go back to being Canadian….At least Canada doesn’t pretend to stand for free speech, individual rights, or honor…and at least I wouldn’t have to agonize and watch 220+ years worth of individual rights tradition get flushed down the toillet with impunity and temerity.

When I first read about this, and posted a link a few days ago, I was wondering just how that would work. I mean, put yourself in the insurance salesman’s shoes. Do you really issue a policy to someone who is going into combat?? And if you do, is it affordable?? And will you try to get out of it when the soldier gets wounded? We all know the problems with insurance, few of them pay as their policy states they will and only after tons of paperwork and argument from the policyholder. How can anyone imagine putting a wounded vet through that?? Or imagine the stress it will put on the families who try to deal with a wounded family member and the insurance companies. No wonder the military is wondering if they have to take his orders. I don’t blame them one damn bit.
