I saw him on FOX a few months ago and didn't realize it was him until the chyron with his name appeared at the bottom of the screen. He had no hair and his face was extremely gaunt. It didn't take a lot of brain cells to figure out what was going on with him. Ironically that same day I watched an episode of West Wing and saw a very different person physically. Most people don't remember that one of his first TV appearances was on Rhoda featured as her neighbor Gary Levy who owned a jeans store. He was highly intelligent and a very talented actor. It's a loss regardless of your politics. RIP Mr. Silver. Actor Ron Silver died.
