The Drone on Breaking News: No Success Yet In War On Al Qaeda (plus a li’l message)

Hello No Quarter Readers–

Here’s expressing my deepest gratitude for your Larry’s and your support for National Security Drone. I have striven to produce the strip once a week or so, but now I must move over to a monthly production schedule.

I have a great excuse: two book projects! I am in the process of laying out a book of the strips you have read here, which should be available by late summer or early fall. Will pass along details as they develop.

Am also working on the National Security Drone graphic novel–a long narrative comic. Look for the occasional excerpt or vignette right here.

    Funny..Insightful

    Yeah and those “good leaders” are still blurring the lines on the fact that Al Queda was not in Iraq before we illegally invaded that country.

    Go check out what Senator Lindsey Graham had to say about Iran this past Sunday on Face the Nation. He seems to have joined the “cakewalk in Iraq” zealots march towards a confrontation with Iran.

    ” We need to let the Iranians know that you are not going to be the “cancer of the middle east without consequences”. You are not going to destroy Israel by supporting Hamas. You are not going to destroy Lebanon (Israel will take care of destroying Lebanon) by supporting Hezbollah. You are not going to destroy our will in Iraq. And you do this at your own peril”

    “Funny” is not the right word to describe what has taken place in Iraq under the Bush administration. Sad, discouraging, criminal more like it.
