Obama, Laughingstock-in-Chief

Let’s face the facts. A serious President laden with gravitas is no damn fun. Dwight D. Eisenhower, for example, not comedy’s best friend. Well meet Barack Obama.

Another wit has noted that there is an easy solution to the bloated Federal deficit.

Just appoint more Democrats to top level jobs. Their ensuing rush to pay back taxes could very well push us back into the black.

Obama is still shy of the 100 day mark in office but is quickly providing great fodder for comedians. Here’s another blast from Jon Stewart:

And then thought this man is not even from the country that voted him “Prezident”. What does Barry Soetoro or Muhamed Hussein Dunham know about his own country? Nothing.         Well, if you saw the video of the Obummers meeting the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, then you saw Meechelle shove her way between the Duke and the Queen. Normally, the Queen and the Duke stand together, as I recall, and the guests stand on either side of them. Of course, I am sure Meechelle wanted a pic of herself with the Queen, and she seemed to shove the Duke out of the way so she and Obummer stood on either side of the Queen with the Duke standing next to Meechelle. Just bad form all around. So embarrassing, sigh.

      The Obamas’ are an embarassment. They need to fire their social director or something. When Gordon Brown visited the U.S. he gave the president a very nice gift that was very well thought out. It was a pen made from the wood of one of the last slave ships. Barack and Michelle gave him 20 DVDs and they didn’t even work over in England. The Browns’ also gave the Obama children some very nice gifts and the Obamas’ gave the Brown children replicas of the president’s helicopter from the White House gift shop. Today the Obamas’ gave the Queen of England an ipod….and she already has one. The Obamas’ are tacky and remind me of the Beverly Hillbillies!

    Listen. Listen. Can you hear it? It’s the sound of Barack Obama bumper stickers being torn off of cars all over this freakin’ country. Are you kidding me? This guy’s a disaster. Change? Change? Nobody knew what change was then and nobody knows what change is now.

    But nobody voted for change. They voted for Barack Obama. They voted for this mythical creature that was created by the liberal mainstream media; by the propaganda machine that runs this country. If people had voted for change they would have been just as excited if Hillary Clinton, or Joe Biden was running for president. Are you telling me that if Joe Biden was running against John McCain for president, people wouldn’t have been enthusiastic? People who never voted before, people who never cared about politics who came out of their houses in droves would have voted for Joe Biden. No! They voted for Barack Obama, and they are finally starting to realize Barack Obama’s an empty suit! Barack Obama’s the worst reality show ever created in this country, and the biggest problem with the Barack Obama reality show is that we can’t cancel it for at least four years. We have to watch this thing day after day, night after night, week after week, month after month, and year after year.

    Episode # 1 – on the road to socialism.

    Episode # 2 – nine trillion dollars of taxpayer’s money spent on freakin’ nonsense.

    Episode # 3 – let’s take money from the responsible people and give it to the irresponsible people.

    Episode # 4 – Barack goes to Iran; tells them to stop their nuclear program. They spit in his face!

    Episode # 5 – Barack Obama asks Russia for help. Russia. Are you freakin’ kidding me? Barack Obama goes to Russia to help with Iran. If you help us with Iran we’ll get rid of our missiles in Poland. Are you freakin’ kidding me? We’re the United States of America, the strongest country in the freakin’ world, and you’re asking freakin’ Russia for help. Are you freakin’ kidding me?

    Episode # 6 – The stimulus money you’re going to receive in your paychecks is taxable income, so you’re paying a double tax because this is money you’ve already been taxed on. How the hell does this stimulate the economy?

    Episode # 7 – Barack Obama sends troops to Afghanistan. He didn’t want to stay in Iraq, because the war was costing too much, so now he’ll spend the same amount of money, if not more, to send troops to Afghanistan. How does this help the economy?

    When are you people who voted for this freakin’ guy gonna finally stand up and admit you made a huge mistake? Okay. And if you’re a freakin’ kid, and your parents are still riding around with a Barack Obama bumper sticker on their freakin’ car, I’d be embarrassed. I’d walk everywhere I had to go. The only thing Barack Obama is gonna be able to accomplish is get rid of childhood obesity at this freakin’ point!

    When are you people gonna wake up? Land of the free; home of the brave. We used to be the land of the free, the home of the brave. Now we’re the home of the stupid; home of the freakin’ screwed! Change. Change. I keep hearing about it. When is it coming? When is the anointed one gonna wave his magic wand and bring all this change? ‘Cause so far I’ve seen nothing. Absolutely freakin’ nothing!

      I just have to answer this troll. First of all, little one, the President does not rule, he governs. At least he does when he knows what he is doing, which this one doesn’t. And as for being brilliant, almost everyone who posts here can write better than Obummer, you being the obvious exception. He has other people write his stuff and then he just reads it off a teleprompter. He rarely speaks off the teleprompter and when he does, he is not brilliant. At all. So, take your silly self and get a real job. You will never get out of your parents’ basement at 5 cents a word.

    Well the update says he gave an autographed songbook too which is a nice gift. But I don’t know if it’s a proper gift for the Queen of England unless she loves Richard Rogers music and/or collects songbooks. Does anyone know?

    I bet the Brits are all sitting around snickering at the incompetence of the Obama Administration to think handing the Queen an IPOD full of photos she probably already has is a good gift.

      A rare edition songbook by Rodgers and Hammerstein, signed by Rodgers, is much more authentically American than an updated piece of technology or memorable than a framed photo of yourself, in my opinion.

    I am no fan of Obama. But I have to defend him here. Apparently, he has said on many occasions that they do not celebrate Christmas or gift giving to family or friends. Hence, I can see why he doesn’t put much effort in gifts to foreign leaders. Somehow I feel a little sad for him and quite embarass.

      Well he wanted the job of President so he should do what Presidents are expected to do – that is give appropriate gifts to foreign heads of states or citizens of great esteem. If he’s not sure what to do or what gifts are appropriate, then he should hire people with high level international experience in these things. After the gaffe with the Browns, the Obamas should’ve been doubly careful with this gift. Thank goodness for the song book. At least that was considerate.

        Anyone watching The Tudors on Showtime? Henry VIII would not have been amused at such a slight. Yes, it’s a long tradition by heads of state. Fortunately for 0, Elizabeth is a modern queen. Can you imagine him giving an ipod to King Faisal?

        I wouldn’t necessarily jump on an Ipod with personalized trip photos of the recipient as inconsiderate. But who cares if she has everything else ? Gift exchanges cannot be conceived as anything other than strictly a matter of public decorum and conventional diplomacy. Obama is only a conduit for the American people with an official tradition to uphold to the world and regardless of either parties personal taste, it isn’t the place of a president to personalize the relationship in a way that is cool, edgy, or ‘unique.’

      This has nothing to do with HIS family’s practice. If he understood history at all–gift giving has been a major part of meetings between kings, tribes, etc., from ancient times. These are historical traditions. As the person who is supposedly so smart that he didn’t need experience to be in his position, maybe he should have known this and should have been directing his staff to help him with it.

Even if you were willing to give Barry a chance, by now, everyone should know what he is all about. He is trying to level the playing field by taking away everything most true AMERICANS have worked for. He is for all of takers in this country. He has the mentality of his race. Most minorities feel they have something coming. At whose expense? Yours and mine? I don’t thing so. He has driven a wedge between the races. I think it is by design. That’s my opinion which Barry hasn’t tried to take away, yet. If he decides to take away our guns I’d love for him to come in person and take mine. He, in my opinion, is a BAD man. He has no intention of making this country better for all people. He has and agenda that I and many others are not happy with. He, as I write has just changed the health care bill agian. He really has no plan. Come on America, let’s wake up and take back our country. This guy is no good. Oh, by the way I am Hispanic. The only difference between me and other minorities is, I have worked for everything I have in my life. I didn’t look for help from others to make my life better. I did it myself, so I resent the fact that all of these so-called down-trodden people think they have something coming. Work for it. This president of yours, he will never be mine, is a give-way fool. I don’t like, respect or have any good thoughts about him. I, at 64 years of age maybe wishing my life away, but I can’t wait until two thousand and twelve.
