The problem isn't just that the banks are failing, the problem is that they are up to their necks in payoffs and gaming the market unethically and illegally, and Obama and his cronies are neck deep in it as well. It is insider trading and manipulating the market, exponentially magnified - the opposite of true competition. Bankruptcy would mean all that coming out to the light of day, ergo there will be no chapter 11 for these financial giants. Obama and his masters will willingly bankrupt this country before they allow the lid to be pulled of what they've been up to.
