I wore my Hillary t-shirt when I went to vote a few months ago and they almost turned me away.

The only reason they allowed me in to vote was because no one else was there at the same time I was there.

Maybe I should order me a “Typical White Person” t-shirt and wear it when I vote in the general election.

One of the lies Obama tells is that Superdelegates should “vote with their constituencies”. Richardson, by that logic, should have endorsed Hillary: the same with Kerry, Patrick, and Kennedy of Massachusetts, since Hillary won New Mexico and Massachusetts.

John Brennan had a long career with the CIA, even serving as chief of staff to the director of the Central Intelligence Agency – then George Tenet — and later as deputy executive director of the CIA.
And if Brennan has a loyalty, it is to his former boss and Clinton appointee George Tenet, who served as head of the CIA from 1997 to mid-2004 — under both Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
A Salon article confirms Brennan’s devotion to the former CIA director in a story it ran after Tenet’s “tell-all” book, “At the Center of the Storm,” hit the shelves in the spring of 2007:
Tenet’s ties with contractors were underscored last week in a dispute between two groups of former CIA officials over Tenet’s legacy. On April 28, six former intelligence officers wrote to Tenet, saying he shared culpability with President Bush and Vice President Cheney for “the debacle in Iraq,” and suggesting he donate half the royalties from his book to Iraq war veterans and their families. All of the signatories had severed their ties to U.S. intelligence, although three of them, Phil Giraldi, Larry Johnson and Vince Cannistraro, work as consultants for news organizations, corporations and government agencies outside of intelligence.
A few days later, six recently retired officers responded. They called the first letter a “bitter, inaccurate and misleading attack” on Tenet and pointed out that it was drafted by officers who “had not served in the Agency for years.” Tenet, his supporters said, “literally led the nation’s counterterrorism fight.” And three of its six signatories were directly involved in that fight — as contractors. And even while an Obama “advisor,” Brennan has spoken out publicly in direct opposition to positions and votes taken by Sen. Obama, as evidenced in an article published by the nonpartisan think tank Think Progress:
Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) has consistently spoken out and voted against granting retroactive immunity for telecoms that participated with the administration’s warrantless wiretapping program. This stance was part of the reason he won the support of Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT), a leader on civil liberties issues.
One of Obama’s advisers on intelligence and foreign policy advisers, however, is someone who “strongly” supports telecomm immunity. John Brennan is a former CIA official and the current chairman of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. In a new National Journal interview, Brennan makes it clear that he agrees with the Bush administration on the issue of immunity….
So the implication advanced in the out-of-context Washington Times report that Brennan is somehow an Obama loyalist is betrayed by Brennan’s decades-long resume showing that his true loyalties are to the CIA and his former Company boss (a Clinton appointee) George Tenet. That doesn’t mean Brennan’s advice is bad; in fact, he probably can offer any presidential candidate great insight into the inner-workings of the intelligence world. And the fact that one of Brennan’s employees has been implicated in the passport scandal should not automatically tar Brennan – as the Times story does, in order to also tar Obama.
But there can be no mistake from the copious public record that Brennan is a Company man, and if he owes any loyalty, it is to the people who have enabled his career: George Tenet, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

Hard Fact; thanks for the post. In terms of Obama and Brennan, I was not attempting to infer anything specific…However it’s a strange crowd to run with.

Richer recently left Blackwater to become the CEO of Total Intelligence, a new company formed with Black and other ex-CIA officials to provide intelligence services to corporations and government agencies.

Total Intel, as the company is known, is bringing “the skills traditionally honed by CIA operatives directly to the board room,” Black said. Black had a 28-year career with the CIA.

“They have the skills and background to do anything anyone wants,” said RJ Hillhouse, who writes a national security blog called The Spy Who Billed Me. “There’s no oversight. They’re an independent company offering freelance espionage services. They’re rent-a-spies.”

Just odd that Blackwater was responsible for assisting in the escape from the Green Zone of one Aiham al-Samaraie.

He [Rezko] allegedly paid it through his new company called Companion Security to Iraq Electricity Minister Aiham al-Samaraie, a classmate of Rezko at the Illinois Institute of Technology two decades ago.

Idea for enterprising YouTuber out there:

Splice together all of the calls for Hillary to drop out throughout this primary in a YouTube - then flash forward to her clinching the nomination, then winning the GE - then flash to Russert or somebody saying “When is Madame President going to drop out and let Senator Obama be president?”

That’s the rough idea. Point out how divisive it is to call for one candidate to drop out.

When will white women learn their place? When will they admit that they’re all racist like Obama’s white granny - because when they realize that they’ll wake up and realize their obligation to vote for Obama to absolve for his granny’s sins.

And when will WHITE women stop talking about stuff like the glass ceiling? As Obama said in his speech, this is a problem not shared by all women but just WHITE women.

His wife Michelle is not a black woman but a black AMERICAN.

I can see republicans wearing these at their convention if Obama is the democratic nominee like they wore band-aid during 04 convention to mock John Kerry.

Y’know, though I personally detest BO, I have to say my beef isn’t with him as a man. It’s the fact that I know if we nominate him he’s gonna lose. He’ll be drummed out of National Politics like Teddy Kennedy out of the Hall of Saints. We will lose.

I am a “typical” middle-of-road voter, my votes are based on issues less on the party affiliation. I am a registered Democrat, I voted for Arnold S. for Governor of Californina, since he is more sensible than the out of touch Gray Davis.

I can say this with certainty that if OBAMA was the Democratic nominee, He would loose BIG. NO True American will vote for a candiate whose his closest spiritual advisor for 20 years called for GOD D’ America only 1 week after 9/11.

The DNC has a destructive streak, they tend to nominate lefties whose values and believes are not supported by majority of Americans.

Many many years ago, I remember a host of black comedians, such as Richard Pryor,who were talking about white folks who would cross the street whenever a black man was walking towards them on the same side of the street. Now, mind you, the comedy clubs were filled with white folks who thought this outrageously funny, but trust me on this one….it was true for the most part. Of course, this was after the riots in Watts (1965), Detroit, etc.but Obama pretty much expressed his white grandmother’s feelings for the times in which they lived.

As for my vote this year, I’m going to vote for whoever wins the nomination. It’s the democratic thing to do. I’m not happy about it but McCain isn’t the answer for a country that has been robbed of its life blood— and, to those of Iraq, et al who’s been inflicted with imperial behavior…Norma

Last week, Obama took center stage to speak in a masterfully orchestrated explanation of his 20-year association with Rev Wright! A speech perfectly timed to derail his opponent’s speech on Iraq!

Many media types are calling it one of the greatest speeches in American politics!

BUT was it?

Could have been, if not for the almost 20 year relationship Obama had with Rezko! Every new revelation between Rezko and Obama exposes a tighter bond and a further depth of corruption within their ranks!

Obama’s relationship with Rezko places every single word uttered in that speech of last week in a completely different context!

To be the person playing the double sword of righteousness and deception does not allow the words the speech projected to be anything more than a grasping at America’s Achilles heel for self-preservation!

Could have been, if not for Obama’s inaction to the closure of the Maytag plant and the close ties with the Crown family!

Could have been, if not for Obama’s continual lies over various situations from NAFTA to Rev Wright!

Could have been, if not for his campaigns memo of SC on Race Card!

Could have been, if not for allowing Michelle to inject race towards a completely off topic the reality talked of by Bill Clinton!

To allow Obama a free ride by using racial divide as an excuse is worse than condoning Rev Wrights speech on the Sunday following 9/11 while bodies are still being recovered from the fallen buildings along with every other bile sermon Rev Wright made, because it shows that America does not stand for change and advancement, but for allowing a desperate man to cocoon its people into silence just as his wife managed to do to Bill Clinton, by Michelle Obama twisting the context of his words with racially injected statements!

So why the cyies for Clinton to withdraw, because the Obama campaign knows many will not let the reality of Obama go and will keep it clearly and loudly brought forward as it should be, not as Obamabots wish it wouldn’t be, because every word Obama utters manages to make him fall from grace more and more and when someone in the Media FINALLY connects all the dots, the name Obama will be history!

The interesting thing is this. We have watched voting for a candidate based on race destroy cities already. Detroit comes to mind. Is there a point where some common sense knocks a few people upside the head so that they can say “you know maybe this person has the best actual game plan for me.” I’m sick of people who mask their racism in the color of their skin. Because actually it is the “typical white” person who has fought long and hard with great personal hardship racism here in the US. If Obama wants to curse America then what does he want to make America? If all of America were black would that satisfy? Or like Rwanda will it continue on, features not black enough, this one “too white”. It’s already happening in Urban schools, apparently Obama is not able to address this issue because he IS this issue.
