Offensive Slave References Scrubbed from Obama Website

On April 6th, I reported that Barack Obama’s website had a disgusting analogy comparing what is going on in this election as a choice between two types of slaves: Field Slaves (Obama supporters) and House Slaves (Hillary supporters). Since bringing this to the attention of the world-at-large, suddenly and without explanation, the offensive page has been scrubbed, like so many other clearly offensive statements and connections from the Obama campaign.
But I remain confident that the story accomplished what it set out to do. The hypocrisy and the hatred coming from the Obama campaign needs to be called out every single time it appears. Join with me in making sure we hold their feet to the fire.

Yes Obama is Black — but the issue is that he was raised in affluence — so it is a cultural/class issue. Obama also grew up in Hawaii (except for the side trip as a child — which he now credits with making him an expert at US Foreign Affairs).
Obama went to one of the most exclusive and expensive High Schools in Hawaii — Punahoe. And in Hawaii it really isn’t a big deal to be a person of color.
Obama was not a child of poverty and he didn’t have the US mainland black experience growing up.
The issue as I see it is one of Class — Obama is very upper class, in his education, experience and in his outlook. He has learned about the black cultural experience sort of like an Anthropologist learns about another culture. Or a male tries to understand what it is like to grown up female in a sexist culture.
Obama is also white — and he seems to have rejected that half of himself.
Why does only have of Obama count? Are we back to the days when one drop of blood makes you black? I know what you mean, but you’ve missed the point of those who are discussing this. The question at hand is why is Barack Obama only black? Why is it that his mother’s line not considered, honored, or apparently respected?
That’s the question. So if you have a comment Don’t ignore the rest of the comment and say something stupid like, “WTF with those type of comments?”

I have this argument regularly with two friends, each an immigrant to our shores from Nigeria (each earning $100K+). One is just a regular guy who happens to appear, well, African in descent.
The other, you would think, was reared by the Panthers and learned his ABC’s from Angela Davis, as Hughey Newton looked on. ALL things (drought, AIDS, gravity, ED, compound interest) are artifacts and legacies of The White Oppressor Pigs. I have never told him that my great-great grandfather was a slaveholder, saving that for a Kwanza present.
Both arrived by Boeing, not by boat. One is good company because he’s smart, has a terrific sense of humor and plays a mean game of chess.
The other is worth knowing because he’s great for a laugh without knowing it.

You know, the sad thing is, I’ve been called these same things by my family and friends for so long at this point in this primary season, this doesn’t even surprise me at this point. I’m disgusted, but not surprised. Might I consider punching “Shae” in her pop-eye should I see her in the street? Maybe.
I can tell you around what time the “Slaves” post was removed. I was sending a friend the link from the official Obama site and after sending it I went back to Oblahma’s site and it was gone!
The email was sent on Sun, 6 Apr 2008 23:28:53 -0700 (PDT), so the page was removed within the 10 minutes prior to this. Funny, it was on Otrauma’s site for 7 weeks, but wasn’t taken down ’til the day after it was exposed to the rest of us.

Obama supporters trying to draw an analogy between Obama and “field slaves” and Hillary supporters and “house slaves” just shows how ridiculous things have gotten in American politics. The junior Senator from Illinois isn’t just playing the proverbial race card, he’s running a veritable race casino.
Obama may think that he as been toughened by Chicago politics, but if he becomes the nominee, he will move from the plush environs of Casino Royale to the blistering sun of the World Series in the blink of an eye. Republican 527s are the guys that took a naval officer that won a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts in four months of combat duty and turned him into a weqlthy, aloof, blow dried, one world poofter. That was tough.
Making a guy who won’t salute the flag during the national anthem, who chooses a church that indoctrinates his daughters in anti-American racial hatred, who worked as the mouthpiece for a criminal slickster that arranged to get him the home that his entitlement-seeking wife was nagging him about at less than asking price, and who hangs with a home-grown terrorist whose only regret is that he had but too few bombs with which to create mayhem in his country, into a young, hustling opportunist who doesn’t know Bagdhad from a bag p’donuts should be a relative walk in the park.

I will actively support anyone against Barack O’blahblah’blahma. If voters in the coming elections cannot see to knock him out of the race, I have to question what the Democratic party has become.

The only person to be a slave who is running for president is John McCain. He was a prisonner of war, forced to submit against his will, denied freedom of speech and movement.
The only person to be a slave master who is running for president is Barack Hussein. He has, like all cult leaders, convinced his followers to give him their money, during a supposed recession according to him, so that he can use it to buy men and women. (i.e. media corporation CEOs and reporters bought or blinded by his money)
