The width of her hips is irrelevant to her intellect or compassion. Actually, women carrying weight on the hips and thighs is very good for their children. Women with their weight there have very good brain building Omega 3's in their bodies. Their children tend to have higher IQs. That, and smaller breasts that have fewer problems with mastitis and other diseases, is the best purely from a child-bearing viewpoint. But, it is irrelevant to HER qualifications.
