Another great cartoon and appropriate backup commentary by Pat who is becoming a leading political cartoonist. I’m just hoping the Dem delegates are seeing your series of cartoons and comments that very nicely question the poor judgement and electability of Obama. No doubt the Repubs are enjoying your work and will use it if the AA messiah becomes the nominee. Let’s hope they don’t get the opportunity to hone in on the implications of Obama’s history of associating himself with shady characters. And let’s hope the Dem delegates are aware that if Obama is the nominee, McCain will devastate him in an election. Hang in there, Hillary!!!

Do you know why Craig Crawford stopped appearing on Olbermann’s MSNBC program? I know he was supporting or fair to Hillary. Was that not tolerated? Did he get fired? or just not called? Does anyone have any facts on this?

I just read that it will be a few weeks before there is a verdict. Then there is time before sentencing IF he is found guilty. Then there’s the question of what the public will ultimately know about what information Rezko will trade for a lighter sentence.
Bottom line: Obama wrote letters on behalf of Rezko and friends to promote their business dealings with Illinois, and Rezko and wife purchased the property next door to Obama’s mansion making possible Obama’s purchase of his mansion for $300,000 less than the asking price, after which Obama bought a strip of Rezko’s property to improve Obama’s – not to mention Rezko’s political and financial support of Obama.
One does not need proof in court to recognize “influence peddling.” What really angers me is that Barack just said, in his most recent “eloquent” speech that we will end the old politics of influence peddling. Either he’s the hypocrite of the day/year/decade/century (?) or he doesn’t want to participate in influence peddling anymore.

Consider further the verbal attacks on women and the elderly that have come from what I call the ivory tower wing of the party.

And the disabled, who they feel is “dead weight” and expendable (the Terri Schivos of the world). Ever wonder why euthanasia is pressed h-a-r-d by this sub-group? They don’t want it to be a personal decision, but a State one decided by strangers with different values (so evident in Texas by giving doctors rights to kill patients by their expertise — ask how many folks who have been misdiagnosised how much they trust MDs on THAT decision!).

In other words they want to practice Eugenics on the scale that would be worse than Hilter’s “T4″ “euthanasia” campaign.

They put the State before the individual.

Well ChrisXP….There are some very effective Democrats that are not backing down to bullying by either Obama or the GOP….A vaccum is always dangerous….It leads to totalitarianism….The STATED REPUBLICAN GOAL IS TO ACHIEVE PERMANENT MAJORITIES IN BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS….

leadership….Excepting Clinton….But I’m not a slash and burn extremist sort of person either ( except in my painting )….So I believe that those who are corrupt aand or incompetent should lose their office…..But I do Not ENJOY THE DEMISE OF MY PARTY….I LIVE IN TEXAS AND THE GOP ACHIEVED THEIR FASCIST WET DREAM HERE AND IT AINT’ PRETTY…..**
