In 1996 he made it possible to deduct it off income taxes for the first time and it happened to be exactly when we needed it. My daughter was in college from 1996 - 2000 and those years our cost was reduced due to him. She went to Cornell Engineering, so the cost was outrageous and he made it more affordable.
