HILLARY on Situation Room, CNN - 1 p.m. EST

obama_poster_crybaby.gifALSO: May I suggest that you all register your opinions of John Aravosis’s hideous, nasty diatribe here?

And: What is he so afraid of? That his Bubble Boy has burst?

Go away you horrible human being

by John Aravosis (DC) · 5/13/2008 09:25:00 PM ET

IT’S NOT CLOSE. YOU FREAKING LOST THE NOMINATION, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Good God. What is wrong with her? The Clintons and their campaign staff don’t give a damn that they are now hurting our electoral chances in the fall against McCain and against the Republicans in Congress. Their campaign isn’t happening in some vacuum, and they know it. Our candidates can’t fundraise because of her. Obama can’t focus on McCain because of her. Obama is wasting money on HER, rather than spending it on McCain, because of her. EMILY’s List, and AFSCME, and the American Federation of Teachers and others are wasting their members’ money on her now-failed race - money that they could be spending, should be spending, on other real races, races that haven’t already lost. She can’t win, the math says she lost the nomination, but she doesn’t give a damn. She’s going to stay in the race like some spoiled hateful egotistical brat.

More of John ranting:

crybaby20large1.jpgWhy is the media even covering her? The only stories that should be written about Hillary Clinton is how much damage she’s causing our party. How she’s hurting fundraising at the DNC - they even admitted it, they’re not raising the money they need to fight John McCain because of this woman. Why don’t you write some stories about how she is hurting our candidates who can’t fundraise because of her? How she has forced EMILY’s List and AFSCME and the AFT to waste their money because of her. How she has caused a civil war in the Netroots. Five months ago we all felt that we had 3 great candidates. Now, far too many of us loathe Hillary Clinton, and she has done her racist best to ensure that her supporters can’t stand Barack Obama either.

The Clintons don’t give a damn about our party. Their party, their church, is themselves. To hell with everyone else. I actually liked Hillary up until a few months ago. Other bloggers used to tell me that Joe and I were too nice to Hillary. People just assumed that we were endorsing her. Now I actually loathe her. She makes me yell at the TV like she’s George Bush, and no one other than George Bush makes me yell at the TV - until now. I actually can’t stand her or her husband any more. I defended her. I defended her husband. And now I’m actually wondering if the Republicans weren’t right about them. That’s how bad she has damaged her reputation. People who actually liked you, who actually helped you, who actually defended you, LOATHE you now. Call me a Clinton-hater all you like, but people like me were the ones who had your back. And we never will again.

I thought so, too, not much there in terms of original creative thought.

Same with K**.

Yo know why the bamster uses the song “99 problems but no that n****R, ot that b***h?”

Cause that’s how he, and his groupies think, you have to speak to them in their own language, without aggravating the situation.

John Aravosis — is going to have a long time to think about what he has done to his credibility. But supporting Obama now shows he has no core beliefs. So he defended Clinton — big f’n deal. Clinton was the only Democratic President to serve two terms and the most successful one in the last 40 years. So who in the hell does this man think he is? As I recall these guys gave us Ned Lamont and Howard Dean–so their track record leaves something to be desired. Go to hell John Aravosis.

Comment by Daryl | 2008-05-14 15:26:19

Memo to John Aravosis:

Umm…John

1. Record turnouts

2. Record voter registration

3. Record fundraising for the Dem party

4. More dems running for office

5. GOP exodus from Congress

6. The spotlight remains on dems which means free publicity and airtime. Also effectively pushes McCain to the edges

7. 64% of dems want the race to go to the end

8. Record tv ratings

9. Energized Voters

10.Whether 2025 or 2209 neither will have the required number when this process ends.

11. There is no rule of any kind saying the candidate with the most delegates at the end of the primary gets the nomination. If he or she cannot achieve #10 then it goes to the convention floor where super delegates will decide the outcome.

12. Might want to get away from blogging for a bit. Recharge the old batteries and realize that Hillary is not your enemy.

Hey John,

YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. Take a deep breath and calm down.Hillary Clinton has a tremendous amount of support. I know people who used to not like her, and now they think she is terrific. I personally have always respected and admired her.

If the media had vetted Obama like they should of, we would not be in this mess. When folks found about Reverend Wright, Rezco, and William Ayers, they just couldn’t cast their vote for him.

That’s life my friend. I am thrilled that W.V. got to cast their votes, and we heard their opinion loud and clear. So please know Hillary Clinton is not the boogeyman. Her heart is in the right place, and she will make the USA great again. I promise.

Oh, haven’t seen that before….

Actually, I think it’s just a normal shake-out. Huffington Post will fade.

The obvious is obvious.

Already, I never click on any google article from that site. It’s bound to be a rant, ripped off by someone who doesn’t write particularly well, who definitely can’t get beyond the basic headlines of the day, and who has very little “real” information to offer.

I’m all about honesty. If we’re blogging to rant, so be it. But let’s not pretend this is political discourse.

Comment by Talktruth | 2008-05-14 13:33:21

When did these people forget you can’t insult people repeatedly like Obama has and expect them to vote for you?

They keep insulting the education levels of Hillary voters, but really who is the stupid one if this simple fact keeps escaping them?

Apparently, it does take a college degree bought by parents to excuse the fact he turned on the same community he rests his bonafides on. They don’t get that people see Obama for who he is, not who he says he is.

Aravosis writes “The Clintons don’t give a damn about our party.”

Hope you are right. I hope the Sen Clinton realizes that the Democratic party does not cater to the majority of the Americans who are moderates but to the Left Leaning ultra liberals.

Time for Sen Clinton to bolt the party and run as an Independent.

Comment by Eurogirl70 | 2008-05-14 12:52:33

I find it interesting and pathetic that someone like John would have the audacity to say that the Clinton’s don’t care abut “our” party. Many of these self-styled “progressives” have voted Republican in the past or voted Nadar when we could have had Gore. They are not long-term members of this party. They have no chance of getting anything they want from the Republican sandbox so they have decided to crap in ours.

The Clinton’s gave us the first 2-term Democratic presidency in over 30 years. They gave us the first former first lady to run and win a Senate seat not once, but twice, and the second time around by even larger numbers. They have raised millions for this party and for Katrina relief. They have apologized for slavery and given unprecidented opportunities to minorities and women in their respective political careers. John is a bitchy little fag (just like Andrew Sullivan)….and I can say that as a lesbian!!

Comment by s. hall | 2008-05-14 14:31:49

politicsIsdirty — From your mouth to God’s ears. Hillary Clinton should run as an Independent. After all if people like that manic Aravosis think she’s hurting the party and all she’s doing is running for office. Then she should go for it. As long as you have the name you might as well play the game.

Comment by dark1p | 2008-05-14 14:46:15

Yes, yes, yes. I can’t tell you how many people I know who said they would love for Clinton to run as a third-party candidate so they could vote for her. I don’t think she’ll do it, but it would be great.

ginaswo — I heard that the DNC told Hillary that if she continued to run the Senate would ostracise her. What is she now Hester Prinn–is she to wear a scarlet letter C for candidate? I believe with all my heart that Hillary should run as an Independent. Hillary could bury Obama and Prima-Donna Brazile and show the American people that women don’t give up. Plus Hillary would be giving the people what they need — a decent president.

oh boy, is this guy in lalaland or what?! I recently had dinner with a family of obamabots and was shocked to realize that they really actually expect the annointed one to magically turn the markets around. It’s like someone has sprinkled pixie dust in the eyes of the members of the creative class who CANNOT face reality and they go insane if confronted with reality.

Comment by llilytoo | 2008-05-14 13:19:43

What is odd is I know a few Edwards people and they some how still believe John will be POTUS!!….something happens to people when Axelrod runs a
campaign. Does anyone remember Heaven Gate cult?? They believed they would be beamed up to a mother space ship behind a comet and killed themselves to do so… This all reminds me of that. Very smart people believing the wackiest shit.

You can’t ague with obamazombies because the appeal of Bambie is you don’t have to think…you just ” come to Obama “. So just to discuss it, one is asking them to give up the best part…hence the screaming if you persist in being logical.

Comment by Nag | 2008-05-14 14:18:18

llilytoo, you hit on it. I don’t know how it happens, but normally sane people stop thinking about Obama as a politician and start to think of him as some kind of religious figure… a Messiah. When that happens, watch out. There’s no talking to them, there’s no criticizing their Jesus substitute. That is deeply troubling.

Then add the crazy Nation of Islam and New Black Panthers as well as Black Liberation Theology and what you have is a recipe for absolute disaster come November. These nuts can’t see reality, they don’t WANT to see the truth about Obama… they REFUSE to see the truth. It will be Hillary’s fault (and our fault)when Obama’s ship goes down with all hands in November.

Comment by s. hall | 2008-05-14 14:43:14

The heavens gate cult was going to be beamed up to heaven in their running shoes. I know it was a tragedy however, I had to giggle at all those dead people dressed just alike in their running shoes. I have never and will never belong to a cult. I ask too many questions and can’t stand for someone to tell me to believe something just because they say it.

My post to the ABlog:

BWAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! I can hear you crying from way over here. It’s embarrassing getting beat by 41 points isn’t it? It’s not even close you say? Well, she just passed him in the popular vote. (And yes, I AM including the two states that Obama is too afraid to compete in, blocking the vote because he is afraid of losing there too.) You Hillary haters are the ones giving this election to John McCain, because you continue to arrogantly insult the 17 million people who LOVE (yes LOVE) her. If you succeed in ramming this empty suit down our throats, we will happily support his opponent. I’d rather have a known quantity managing our turbulent foreign affairs than a 3 yr. Senator with questionable judgment. Good luck with that. And BTW: Hillary has more dignity and resolve than you could ever dream of, as evidenced by your childish and whiny post.

It is just amazing that these people just ignore all the evidence that is readily available on Obama. It is all the things they despised, not one year ago.

His support of nuclear power plants and “clean” burning coal(what ever that is). He takes money from large oil companies, bundled of course. He aligns himself with people of questionalbe character such as Ayers,McKlurkin, Re. Meeks, Rezko, etc.

A year ago, John Arvavosis Obamabot whould have been ranting like this had this all come out about Hillary.

I, personally, think this has more to do with his years as an in the closet republican.

That’s just my opinion, however.

Cognitive — in 06 these bloggers were excited about Ned Lamont taking Lieberman. It was everywhere–Lamont was going to do it. Well Lamont got the nomination and Lieberman won the election. Then they decided Howard Dean should head the Democratic Party over the objections of people with common sense who said that Dean would bankrupt the party. Hello? party bankrupt — however no could have ever believed that Dean would destroy the Democratic Party. Aravosis — Fuck you.

Comment by LBJ's Love Child | 2008-05-14 15:19:55

s. hall,

You bring up a point that I’ve thought about, but hear much about: the Lamont-Lieberman race. I too remember how worked up TPM got about wanting Joe out (the first sign that something was wrong with TPM, because after all, Josh was for the war before he was against it), how “net-driven” it was, and how it was all the “new politics of the new progressive-sphere”.

And I remember the outcome.

One-Issue doctrinal purity is not a plan for the future, it is an excuse for failure.

That’s something that is so lost on his supporters. He’s in the corporate tank for millions and millions. Do they think he got the money for his Super-Delegate-Donating PAC by holding bake sales?

Axelrove is an expert at The Big Lie, isn’t he? Obama reads those speeches they write for him, talking about taking on the corporations and rejecting corporate and lobbyist money, and he is bathing in their money.

Hell.. I think that a majority of his $uper delegates are doing it for the $$$$

And oil, in Africa, john?

How many more black people, AFRICANS, will Obama enable those whack ass dictators to murder, all in the name of implementing foreign policy by “big oil?”

A foreign policy which is also murdering big oil, but, I know you have difficulty understanding the mechanics of the thing…

Ask Joe Biden, he’s informed about Africa, and oil.

Yeah, you’re genius, your comprehension, breathtaking.

This is about Barack Obama. Hillary can’t take my vote away from anymore than he can. Get your head out of your own ass and realize that a lot of people ain’t feelin your guy either anymore. And there’s nothing Hillary can do about it.

As far as I’m concerned you and Howard Dean can go into a corner and scream together. It won’t change a thing!!!!

Instead of speeches about race or the economy I think Obama’s orating abilities would be put to better use by telling his supporters to stop with this type of attack which I see as being directed toward those of us who support Sen. Clinton. I NEVER want to be on the same side as someone like Aravosis.

Comment by Catriley | 2008-05-14 13:05:59

Who the fuck is this John Aravosis? Seriously, I have never heard of him. I’ve been active with online political stuff since 2000, and Mr. Aravosis has never graced my monitor.

Nice tantrum — what an embarrassment.

I’d love it if Mr. Aravosis would cite verifiable examples of ANY democratic candidate or the DNC or the media EVER trying to so viciously to make a democratic candidate drop out before the convention. She keeps winning and winning and the calls get louder. SHE is not causing the rift in the Party, assholes like Aravosis and Brazille and Clyburn are.

What are you afraid you whiney-ass baby? We KNOW what you’re afraid of.. afraid that the rest of America will figure out what a fraud Obama is, before it’s too late.

Perhaps John Aravosis can make up for all that lost revenue on his blog by taking on a corporate sponsor.. like Pampers. Perhaps they have some big boy panties with unity ponies on them. WAAAAA!!!!!!

My, how the hateful language and angry tone in that blog really makes me want to vote for his candidate. NOT!
This is why Hillary has to stay in the race. We can’t let the bad guys win, and a vote for Obama is a vote for people like Aravosis. Voting for Obama is the same as saying that it’s okay to call a smart, capable woman a “hateful, spoiled, egotistical brat” as long as it helps the man get elected, or it’s for the good of the party.
All of the people who’ve endorsed Obama as the “unity candidate, who can bring our country together” need to read the poisonous venom that comes from the minds of his supporters and ask themselves one question: Do I really want to be associated with this?

I used to admire John Aravosis. I’m even “friends” with him on Facebook. I think I’ll be writing him a letter later telling him how disappointed in him I am.

A few months back we exchanged e-mails, where I thanked him and his blog for not enagaging in the Hillary eating that was going on at DKos and which made me swear off Kos a long time ago.

Slowly though, his pissant blog buddy contributor, Joe Subday began writing more and more anti-Hillary articles. John largely remained above the fray. A turning point came a month or so ago when John himself began writing Hillary hating articles. THIS, however, represents absolute rock bottom. How F-cking DARE he.

This is NOT “your” party John, and like I’ve said, if Obama and the Wright wing represents the future direction of the Democratic party, count me out.

http://notlarrysabato.typepad.com/doh/2008/05/the-difference.html

I’m giving a link to the popular Northern Virginia blog Not Larry Sabato. Here is his point today:

“Earlier this year, Hillary Clinton won Texas by a 100,000 vote margin in the primary. However, those who voted in the primary were allowed to return to the polls at 7 p.m. and cast a vote in the Democratic Caucus. Barack Obama supporters showed back up in mass, and Obama won the caucus, and a majority of the Delegates. So if you were motivated enough to show up twice in one day, you got counted twice- a new concept in Presidential politics.

Tonight we got another example of how much caucuses skew results: earlier in the year Obama won the Nebraska caucuses by over a 2-1 margin (26,126-12,445). Tonight when they had a non binding primary in Nebraska the results were way different as Obama barely won 45,805-43,185. That’s a 34 point margin turned into a 2 point margin based on method of nomination.

Before Hillary gets out, I hope she can force some media attention on this.”

Americablog and Daily KOS were my favorite blogs. I would check them first thing in the morning, then throughout the day for updates. When teh Hillary attacks saturated both sites, I attempted to provide a little balance with my own posts. Within days of my first carefully written (no name calling, no profanity, no smearing) I was banned from both sites with no explanation. I stopped going to both several months ago and have never been back. They both made it clear that they do not value my opinions or my vote. Hillary Clinton did not turn me against their candidate, they did with their crude, vulgar, sexist, pile. I went from supporting Clinton but willing to vote for Obama to not voting ofr Obama is he was the only candidate running because of their inabilty to understand that they can’t win in November and will never win another national election without me and the rest of Hillary’s supporters. We are the party base, we are the ones who turn out for every election (even when someone like Kerry gets the nomination) not John Aravosis and his fellow Hillary haters. I fear how this is going to turn out. Obama gets the nomination, losed in a landslide, and the bloggers will spend the next 4 years blaming on Hillary instead of accepting the responsiblity for driving us from the party with their hate and their seriously flawed, inexperienced candidate.

This is how clueless he is.
How she’s hurting fundraising at the DNC - they even admitted it, they’re not raising the money they need to fight John McCain because of this woman

Many of us decided to quit giving money to the DNC because of the sexism of the networks and the spineless DNC not standing up for a Democrat. They have also, as he is doing, asked for her quite repeatedly. Since they only want money from Obama supporters, we have obliged. Now he is having a hissy fit. If she left today, they would not get one thin dime, and I would re-register independent. Been a Democrat since the 60’s and now see they want to be the liberal elite party. No thanks.

Comment by s. hall | 2008-05-14 15:04:38

formerhoosier — Maybe Obama is not raising the money to fight McCain because he cut a deal with the Democratic Party to give them a portion of his donations–no quid pro quo intended of course. Hillary on the other hand, has refused to give the DNC money. Just call the head of the DNCosa nostra Howard Bonnano.

I was oblivious to the existence of these bloggers until recently caught up with my own career and this and that. This election has revealed the ugly side of American democracy and as unfortunate as it is, the ugliness is on the democratic side of which this Aravosis is a prime example. How is what he has written, the language and the expression a model of elevated political discourse? They think they are intellectuals, idealists, but they seem to lack simple humanity, dignity and respect for another human being, and the plain realistic assessment of the situation on hand. People like Aravosis, are they representative of American intelligentsia? I fervently hope not.

There seem to be a certain denial to accept reality from people like him. Politics is not some high-minded intellectual exercise. It requires an empathy and understanding of human needs at the lowest common denominator. How about taking responsibility for the inability of their candidate in relating to people who are not like him? Instead they are trying to further alienate and divide a whole nation.

I think we all should shun people like Aravosis and their clique. I will return in kind. I ask this man, this horrible human being to go away. He is more harm than good.

Apparently Gus you are having difficulty in processing the above diatribes against Mr. Aravosis. I am gay and so are alot of Hillary supporters that post on this blog. My anger with Mr. Aravosis is that as a gay man he should know better than to hitch his star to someone like Senator Obama; a man who told former SF mayor Willie Brown that he did not want to have his picture taken with current SF mayor Gavin Newsome, a straight man who happens to support gay marriage. Senator Obama has trotted out his anti-gay religious supports (like Donnie McClurkin) on the campaign trail and yet a gay Republican hack like Andrew Sullivan wants to subscribe to him a strength of character he has never yet shown. There are self-loathing gays on the right who want their privacy and protections and do everything in their power to deny others theirs. There are also gays on the left who are in positions of power who believe that if the proverbial “shit” hits the fan, it will not apply to them. Mr. Aravosis is in that latter category. Ms. Brazile would deny gay members of the Democratic Party be added to the civil rights charter of the DNC. Spare me your moral outrage. Hypocrisy is Hypocrisy. Anyone, of any race, gender, or sexual orientation is susceptible to being wooed by power and prestige; even at the expense of others! I am certainly not a self-loathing lesbian and if I thought for one moment this blog was creating a hostile environment I would not come here. You are a perfect example of a narrow-minded elite who refuses to have open and honest discourse regarding the fact that just because someone claims to have a (D) after their name doesn’t me that they AREN’T a lying, 2-faced, opportunistic asshole! Grow the F up!

Just think what will happen to the flood gates of cash when Senator Clinton proclaims where people should spend there money and how much they should spend. Senator Clinton has the power my friends and we all better wise up to it.

This man’s comments are just another reason to not to support Obama. Hillary Clinton is a “saint” to always be so cheerful, energetic, with this awfulness in the media. Just when I become discouraged and incensed by hateful, stupid blogs like John A., I remember the courage and dogged determination of Hillary Clinton.

If she can fight for all of us, I will fight for her. My revenge is to dig in my heels and continue to support the one candidate who has Americans’ best interests at heart!

I was raised Roman Catholic and although I belong to another religion now, there are some beautiful images that I still carry in my heart. A very devout nun in the mid-19th cent. had a series of visions while in prayer and meditation of Mary standing on the globe of the earth and stars around her head. The “miraculous medal” came into being because of this nun’s visions. I think her name was Catherine Laboure.

And of course there was the even more famous Bernadette of Lourdes visions again centering around Mary and stating that she was “the immaculate conception.” The miraculous, healing waters at Lourdes started with this simple, peasant girl’s visions.

Now how does the above relate to Hillary Clinton and her campaign for the presidency. I think these 19th Century visions that were attributed to Mary - the Mother of Christ were Jungian “archetypes” of the rise of the power of the “feminine” that was to manifest outwardly in the 20th and now 21st centuries. For too long the world has lived under the dominance of the “masculine principle” which when it is out of balance leads to hate-filled words, violent crimes, and war.

In contrast, the “feminine principle” reminds us that we all are connected and therefore “what we do unto others is what we do unto ourselves.”

Hillary Clinton has become a “symbol” for many of us. For those of us who support her, she embodies the ideals we hold about ourselves and those around us - courage, perseverance, compassion, and service to our fellow human beings. For those who revile her - she is the embodiment of their “dis-owned” parts of themselves - their shadows that lurk just out of their sight.

As so many have said the “real” problem in this democratic primary is not “racism” but “sexism.” The “feminine” has been reviled and rejected until quite recently in our society and the world in general. Sexism is so pervasive in our society that most of us are not fully conscious of it or its devastating impact on society at large.

When girls and women are made into “objects” rather than being fully human, it’s okay to ridicule them, attack them on a personal basis, and in the worse case scenarios commit violent crimes such as rape against them because they are the ones to blame. In a society that condones and tolerates “sexism”, the wife-beater is justified in taunting and beating his wife black and blue because she brought it on herself by making him so “mad.” Sound familiar?

Hillary Clinton will not go away and her supporters stand staunchly behind her. She and we - her supporters - both women and men have too much at stake. If we are to make this a more “just” society, a more “compassionate” world, a country where caring about your neighbor’s welfare is caring about your own, where the “measure of real change” is not just inspiring words but words translated into “action”, then we must support Hillary because she is the candidate that comes closest to embodying those ideals.

Comment by Bees | 2008-05-15 03:43:39

Cathy in KS, that was such an interesting post. I fully agree with everything you said. I always knew there was rampant sexism in our culture, but I tended not to see it as much within the “progressive community” because I thought progressive men were surely enlightened… Hillary Clinton’s campaign has brought it all out, however, and I know better now. It’s extremely disappointing, and I will never be the same again.

It isn’t easy for some women to even admit that there is sexism in America because it quite simply makes them feel bad to face it. There are women who are content to pretend it doesn’t exist, deny it when confronted with it, and place blame on the woman when it happens to someone else.

I think that is what has happened with some of the women who support Obama. They have certainly seen the sexism toward Hillary, but I have seen them actively deny it. It is better to blame Hillary (rather than feel empathy) for the way she has been treated, then to accept the blatant sexism she has endured throughout this primary. Because if Hillary is being treated poorly simply due to her sex, what does that mean for all women in our society? That is why there are women who will deny it to the end.

MY POSTED RESPONSE TO JOHN’S TANTRUM:

You declare Obama the winner (PRESUMPTUOUS) of the Democratic nomination in an article I found to have all the merit and charm of a two year-old’s hissy fit. Problem is, he got where he is by all the free campaigning on his behalf by a fawning, drooling media, and by CHEATING his way through caucus states. Since close to 670 or so delegates have come from caucuses, what happened in them DOES matter.

If you are at all interested in the truth, read on about what happened in just one county in Texas.

I was a member of the Credentials Committee for the Democratic Party of Collin County, Texas.

After witnessing a complete disregard for the rules of the Texas Democratic Party at my own caucus and hearing stories of bullying, intimidation, and cheating at other caucuses, I obtained copies of the caucus sign-in sheets for my county and have been analyzing them since mid-March. The data I have compiled, the written records from the caucuses, as well as my first-hand experience as a Credentials Committee member supports many allegations and complaints against Obama supporters and the Obama campaign made by voters in Collin County, in Texas, and in many other states with caucuses.

Caucuses are extremely open to fraud. If my findings and experience are any indication of what happened at them, (and I have heard ours was actually one of the better run ones), the Superdelegates should take the information into account when deciding who to support. Ever wonder why Obama wanted to do a caucus in Michigan? I can thoroughly explain.

I also witnessed the almost complete disdain and dismissal for the grievances of Hillary supporters who sent complaints and challenges to our Credentials Committee. The committee was mostly pro-Obama, including our Chair, as was the person who was legal counsel to the Collin County Democratic Party. This same pro-Obama attorney was the Rules Committee Chair. Even when it was pointed out specific delegates were ineligible, it was completely disregarded. There appeared to be a systematic attitude of making sure Obama would be the nominee, come hell or high water.

I also authored the Minority Report for the Collin County Credentials Committee and submitted it to the Texas State Democratic Party. It details the many outrageous problems at Texas caucuses as well as the lack of proper handling of complaints presented to the Credentials Committee. Our committee did not thoroughly make sure everyone who voted in the caucuses had voted in the primary or in the right precinct, or were even registered to vote in many cases. I did. On my own.

I have seen evidence of fraud such as sign-in sheets (which are used to document votes) lacking serial numbers and having been printed off the State Party website and most likely passed around prior to the caucuses. I have unequivocable proof of delegates who must be ELECTED the night of the caucuses added days or weeks after the caucuses, and of caucus packets taken home by Permanent Chairs- which could subject them to alteration.

The complaints you may have heard about the Texas caucuses in the media from the Clinton campaign are not just whining. There were alot of shenanigans down here. 70% of the caucuses were run by Obama supporters. I have the data to back this up. The people in control are the ones able to cheat. Many Clinton supporters are FURIOUS because of their experience with the absolute rigging of caucuses in Texas. But then I suppose Obama learned well how to play dirty through Chicago politics.

So, John, Hillary makes you “yell at the TV like she’s George Bush, and no one other than George Bush makes me yell at the TV - until now” ? How about this…Obama makes me so sick I would rather have four more years of GEORGE BUSH, than a sneaky, lying, unpatriotic cult leader shoved down my throat by the Democratic Party, Mr. Tingles Chris Matthews, or Oprah. I do not care what Oprah thinks I should read, eat or wear - and I sure as shit don’t care who she thinks I should vote for.

You all are screwed, because you have done a bang-up job of alienating Clinton voters with exactly the kind of crap you wrote here. Good luck getting him elected with 70% of Clinton supporters turning their backs on a Democratic Party that did it first to them. There is no one issue the Democratic Party stands for that would make me feel as passionately about voting Democrat as I do about voting against The Chosen One.

Most of us absolutely plan to campaign DILIGENTLY for McCain if Obama is the nominee. If the DNC thinks we will all be joining hands and singing Kumbaya, they are delusional. If Obama was winning fair and square, I could take that. What I CANNOT and WILL NOT accept is how he got delegates in Texas, and probably other caucuses. He was given a free pass while Hillary was vilified in the MSM, his supporters have been vile to us and to her, and they are truly crazy if they think we will all be “one unified party”.
