John sounds a little shrill doesn't he? Or could it be a little bitchy? Oh, I've got some PMS pills for him.

There, there, John, be a good little boy and just vote for the democratic nominee, sweetie. You will be just fine, hon. You really don't know what is best for you or the DNC, so just run along play.

Doesn't this sound familiar???

MY POSTED RESPONSE TO JOHN'S TANTRUM:

You declare Obama the winner (PRESUMPTUOUS) of the Democratic nomination in an article I found to have all the merit and charm of a two year-old's hissy fit. Problem is, he got where he is by all the free campaigning on his behalf by a fawning, drooling media, and by CHEATING his way through caucus states. Since close to 670 or so delegates have come from caucuses, what happened in them DOES matter.

If you are at all interested in the truth, read on about what happened in just one county in Texas.

I was a member of the Credentials Committee for the Democratic Party of Collin County, Texas.

After witnessing a complete disregard for the rules of the Texas Democratic Party at my own caucus and hearing stories of bullying, intimidation, and cheating at other caucuses, I obtained copies of the caucus sign-in sheets for my county and have been analyzing them since mid-March. The data I have compiled, the written records from the caucuses, as well as my first-hand experience as a Credentials Committee member supports many allegations and complaints against Obama supporters and the Obama campaign made by voters in Collin County, in Texas, and in many other states with caucuses.

Caucuses are extremely open to fraud. If my findings and experience are any indication of what happened at them, (and I have heard ours was actually one of the better run ones), the Superdelegates should take the information into account when deciding who to support. Ever wonder why Obama wanted to do a caucus in Michigan? I can thoroughly explain.

I also witnessed the almost complete disdain and dismissal for the grievances of Hillary supporters who sent complaints and challenges to our Credentials Committee. The committee was mostly pro-Obama, including our Chair, as was the person who was legal counsel to the Collin County Democratic Party. This same pro-Obama attorney was the Rules Committee Chair. Even when it was pointed out specific delegates were ineligible, it was completely disregarded. There appeared to be a systematic attitude of making sure Obama would be the nominee, come hell or high water.

I also authored the Minority Report for the Collin County Credentials Committee and submitted it to the Texas State Democratic Party. It details the many outrageous problems at Texas caucuses as well as the lack of proper handling of complaints presented to the Credentials Committee. Our committee did not thoroughly make sure everyone who voted in the caucuses had voted in the primary or in the right precinct, or were even registered to vote in many cases. I did. On my own.

I have seen evidence of fraud such as sign-in sheets (which are used to document votes) lacking serial numbers and having been printed off the State Party website and most likely passed around prior to the caucuses. I have unequivocable proof of delegates who must be ELECTED the night of the caucuses added days or weeks after the caucuses, and of caucus packets taken home by Permanent Chairs- which could subject them to alteration.

The complaints you may have heard about the Texas caucuses in the media from the Clinton campaign are not just whining. There were alot of shenanigans down here. 70% of the caucuses were run by Obama supporters. I have the data to back this up. The people in control are the ones able to cheat. Many Clinton supporters are FURIOUS because of their experience with the absolute rigging of caucuses in Texas. But then I suppose Obama learned well how to play dirty through Chicago politics.

So, John, Hillary makes you "yell at the TV like she's George Bush, and no one other than George Bush makes me yell at the TV - until now" ? How about this...Obama makes me so sick I would rather have four more years of GEORGE BUSH, than a sneaky, lying, unpatriotic cult leader shoved down my throat by the Democratic Party, Mr. Tingles Chris Matthews, or Oprah. I do not care what Oprah thinks I should read, eat or wear - and I sure as shit don't care who she thinks I should vote for.

You all are screwed, because you have done a bang-up job of alienating Clinton voters with exactly the kind of crap you wrote here. Good luck getting him elected with 70% of Clinton supporters turning their backs on a Democratic Party that did it first to them. There is no one issue the Democratic Party stands for that would make me feel as passionately about voting Democrat as I do about voting against The Chosen One.

Most of us absolutely plan to campaign DILIGENTLY for McCain if Obama is the nominee. If the DNC thinks we will all be joining hands and singing Kumbaya, they are delusional. If Obama was winning fair and square, I could take that. What I CANNOT and WILL NOT accept is how he got delegates in Texas, and probably other caucuses. He was given a free pass while Hillary was vilified in the MSM, his supporters have been vile to us and to her, and they are truly crazy if they think we will all be "one unified party".

You're a complete idiot. It is the Obama supporters like you who will lose the election for Obama, if he gets the nomination, because those of us who support Hillary will NEVER vote for Obama, and it's because of YOU. You should be kissing her ass and kissing the ass of every one of her supporters, if you want Obama to beat McCain, you FUCKING IDIOT.

Cathy in KS, that was such an interesting post. I fully agree with everything you said. I always knew there was rampant sexism in our culture, but I tended not to see it as much within the "progressive community" because I thought progressive men were surely enlightened... Hillary Clinton's campaign has brought it all out, however, and I know better now. It's extremely disappointing, and I will never be the same again.

It isn't easy for some women to even admit that there is sexism in America because it quite simply makes them feel bad to face it. There are women who are content to pretend it doesn't exist, deny it when confronted with it, and place blame on the woman when it happens to someone else.

I think that is what has happened with some of the women who support Obama. They have certainly seen the sexism toward Hillary, but I have seen them actively deny it. It is better to blame Hillary (rather than feel empathy) for the way she has been treated, then to accept the blatant sexism she has endured throughout this primary. Because if Hillary is being treated poorly simply due to her sex, what does that mean for all women in our society? That is why there are women who will deny it to the end.

This man's comments are just another reason to not to support Obama. Hillary Clinton is a "saint" to always be so cheerful, energetic, with this awfulness in the media. Just when I become discouraged and incensed by hateful, stupid blogs like John A., I remember the courage and dogged determination of Hillary Clinton.

If she can fight for all of us, I will fight for her. My revenge is to dig in my heels and continue to support the one candidate who has Americans' best interests at heart!

I was raised Roman Catholic and although I belong to another religion now, there are some beautiful images that I still carry in my heart. A very devout nun in the mid-19th cent. had a series of visions while in prayer and meditation of Mary standing on the globe of the earth and stars around her head. The "miraculous medal" came into being because of this nun's visions. I think her name was Catherine Laboure.

And of course there was the even more famous Bernadette of Lourdes visions again centering around Mary and stating that she was "the immaculate conception." The miraculous, healing waters at Lourdes started with this simple, peasant girl's visions.

Now how does the above relate to Hillary Clinton and her campaign for the presidency. I think these 19th Century visions that were attributed to Mary - the Mother of Christ were Jungian "archetypes" of the rise of the power of the "feminine" that was to manifest outwardly in the 20th and now 21st centuries. For too long the world has lived under the dominance of the "masculine principle" which when it is out of balance leads to hate-filled words, violent crimes, and war.

In contrast, the "feminine principle" reminds us that we all are connected and therefore "what we do unto others is what we do unto ourselves."

Hillary Clinton has become a "symbol" for many of us. For those of us who support her, she embodies the ideals we hold about ourselves and those around us - courage, perseverance, compassion, and service to our fellow human beings. For those who revile her - she is the embodiment of their "dis-owned" parts of themselves - their shadows that lurk just out of their sight.

As so many have said the "real" problem in this democratic primary is not "racism" but "sexism." The "feminine" has been reviled and rejected until quite recently in our society and the world in general. Sexism is so pervasive in our society that most of us are not fully conscious of it or its devastating impact on society at large.

When girls and women are made into "objects" rather than being fully human, it's okay to ridicule them, attack them on a personal basis, and in the worse case scenarios commit violent crimes such as rape against them because they are the ones to blame. In a society that condones and tolerates "sexism", the wife-beater is justified in taunting and beating his wife black and blue because she brought it on herself by making him so "mad." Sound familiar?

Hillary Clinton will not go away and her supporters stand staunchly behind her. She and we - her supporters - both women and men have too much at stake. If we are to make this a more "just" society, a more "compassionate" world, a country where caring about your neighbor's welfare is caring about your own, where the "measure of real change" is not just inspiring words but words translated into "action", then we must support Hillary because she is the candidate that comes closest to embodying those ideals.

Take all those hatefilled things he said, substitute the name "Obama" and that's exactly how I feel. I LOATHE all things Obama. IF that's not enough, this great "Uniter" has caused me to feel like a racist when I never used to. Now I look at people of color with suspicion....wondering if they subscribe to the same filthy tactics of their great leader. I can't say it enough, Obama makes my skin crawl and I will NEVER vote for him.

Exactly, Obama has enough political juice and intellectual laziness to be someone's puppet.

Hillary has enough political juice and intellectual fortitude to actually solve probelms.

Playboy had a very interesting article about the psychological garbage all those anti-Hillary books spewed. Many obviously compared Hillary to other strong women in their lives.

Couldn't find a link but it was by Laura Kipnis.

Here is a 100 word write up of the article...best I could find.

Hey John,

YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. Take a deep breath and calm down.Hillary Clinton has a tremendous amount of support. I know people who used to not like her, and now they think she is terrific. I personally have always respected and admired her.

If the media had vetted Obama like they should of, we would not be in this mess. When folks found about Reverend Wright, Rezco, and William Ayers, they just couldn't cast their vote for him.

That's life my friend. I am thrilled that W.V. got to cast their votes, and we heard their opinion loud and clear. So please know Hillary Clinton is not the boogeyman. Her heart is in the right place, and she will make the USA great again. I promise.

If Senator Hillary Clinton is so powerful that she can actually make people and organizations do things they don't want to do..then maybe we should vote for her. If Hillary Clinton is so powerful that she herself alone can make people not send money into the DNC..then we really need to vote for her. Just think what will happen to the flood gates of cash when Senator Clinton proclaims where people should spend there money and how much they should spend. Senator Clinton has the power my friends and we all better wise up to it.

Honestly this sounds like an adolescent rant at his mother for not letting them go to some stupid party.

I have never witnessed more over the top psychology suspect repressed garbage being flung at Senator Clinton.

Meanwhile Senator Obama gives people tingles up their legs and Tucker Carlson is in some 9th grade adolescent homo erotic awe of him.

The entire country needs a shrink.

I'm so angry at these turds. I want her to utterly destroy Barack and burn the house down on the way out! This does not feel like the party I have supported and worked for for so long.

Obama and his supporters once again show themselves to be the classless and clueless fools they are. It is all about "the One" -- never about the American people.

Edwards has likewise allowed himself to be used to cover for the Obama-camps panic by trying to ruin Hillary Clinton's amazing victorious news cycle today.

And Donna B. is gay -- and she supports the homophobic B.O.

 Why?

Obama is sexist and a homophobic jerk -- two reason why she should NOT be supporting the messiah [snark].
