Then I realized HE JUST THREW HIS HOME STATE UNDER THE BUS and nobody seemed to notice "been to 57 states and counting...I wanted to go to Alaska and Hawaii but my staff couldn't justify it." HA: His only childhood home in US, which solidly voted for him - and he couldn't "justify" going there (no, wait, it wasn't his fault, his staff wouldn't let him.) HOWEVER, he could justify taking a weekend vacation in some other islands... just not the ones he's from who voted for him. He could also spare numerous other campaign interruptions to fly back to Chgo and do damage control on Rezko trial.. but we all know his staff could certainly justify that.
