She wrote me this e-mail. I asked her permission to reprint it, and she said yes. So here it is — the truth from a woman somewhere in Oregon who sees through the Obama bullshit:
Dear Susan,
This email is very difficult for me to write. I am a forty-five year old woman that at first was interested in Obama and thought I could see myself voting for him if Hillary did not win the nomination.
I set out to do my due diligence, researching the background of this inspirational man. Unfortunately, what I found has been very disquieting.
Obama has repeatedly chosen to associate himself with dubious people and seems to have actually sought them out to help further his political career. People like Tony Rezko. Jeremiah Wright. Nadhmi Auchi (Saddam oil for food scandal). Frank Marshall Davis (Communist). Louis Farrakhan. Reverend James Meeks. Cousin Odinga. William Ayers, who, besides bombing the pentagon, actually paid Obama to be director of one of his “charities” for many years.
Obama tried to diminish the connection, but in fact, he cannot – he was essentially employed by Ayers. Obama made a very hinky deal with the devil on that house he lives in, and it will come back to haunt him.
Obama’s wife seems to be a very angry person that appears to only see the worst in our country. Could it be something that she picked up while listening to the vitriolic, hate-filled speeches of Jeremiah Wright in her church?
The church that Obama is still a member of is one that believes in a “Black Value System” that follows the teachings of James Cone. If you research Cone’s idea of Black Liberation Theology, it is a victim-based marxist theology that engenders distrust and resentment towards white people. It is a world we are trying to leave behind as a country and the fact that Obama still is a member tells me all I need to know about him. His emergence out of the cesspool that is Chicago politics, makes it impossible for me to believe that he is not already corrupt, and his wishy washy positions on healthcare, banking industry reform and nuclear power make me suspect that he is being propped up by big business interests.
Obama is far from a uniter, in fact, he has managed to divide nearly everyone in the democratic party — and that with the complicity of the top echelon of the DNC, which is doing its darnedest to lance the working class whites from the party by proclaiming that they don’t really need them to win. The willingness at all costs to throw one of the best candidates the party has ever seen off the train is emblematic of what women in this party feel is being done to them. Party members that think we will just pull the lever for Obama in the fall are smoking the hopium. Many of us will never, never, ever, vote for Obama. At least we know that McCain has experience and is a true patriot.
It is definitely time for a new party to rise to power…one that is centrist with true democratic values and a platform of compassion and that is a champion of the working class that makes this country great.
As soon I have voted in Oregon, I will be changing my affiliation to independent. I do not recognize the democratic party as sharing my values any more. Maybe next election cycle will see the emergence of a true viable third party. I do not want to vote Republican, but it won’t keep me from writing in Hillary Clinton in the fall.

The only way to defeat Obama is to vote for McCain, or if Hillary switches to the Independent party, then we can all vote Independent. But, please do not stay home and do not write in your vote. Oh, I forgot to mention that this revolt is now in its beginning stages. We are busy fighting for Hillary’s nomination. You will see more of it in response to any shenanigans by the Obama campaign if he tries to declare victory on the 20th as previously noted. Also, the DNC needs to be very careful about intervening on his behalf.
The revolt will include Democratic voters leaving the Democratic party en masse. The end result will be Democrats voting Republican in November, and the eventual demise of the despised Obama.

Tell me what about Illinois politics is so successful that it must go nationwide?
I’ve seen no effective legislation exports to other states, such as CA does regularly.
I’ve seen no gang, educational, or environmental reform that should be copied.
I’ve seen an 11% local tax rate that can stay in Illinois, which frankly points to greed and mismanagement than results.
So, please without the help of Google…what has Illinois ever done that should be copied on a national scale?

I recently heard that Obama is now in debt for his primary campaign. The last time I read anything about Hillary’s campaign finances, she has at least $40 million in her account to fight against John McCain in the general election. That money has been in her account, and it could not be used for her primary contest.
As for donators, and their donations, Hillary has many new donors, too. I have never donated to any campaign in my life. This was a first for me, and I chose to give my money to Hillary.
Also, don’t brag about a campaign that has obtained MOST of its financing from large donors, not the small donor like myself. Yes, he has many small donors, but you don’t obtain $ 250 million dollars for your campaign from 1 million people who supposedly make small donations of $25 to $ 50 dollars. It don’t add up, and there is a lot of misinformation on this from the Obama campaign. I can’t wait to see who Obama owes if he becomes the nominee. Actually, I take that back. I think it will disgust me.
Finally, please take your head out of the sand. West Virgians indicated that a good 50% will not be happy if Obama is the nominee. Obama is having trouble in Massachusetts where some polls show him either tied or losing to John McCain. Since Massachusetts is a liberal bellwether, Barack has BIG problems with true Democrats. He may have support from some independents, monied liberals, and African Americans, but a victory coalition that does NOT make.
Here in Florida, Hillary wins while Barack loses to John McCain. Ohio, an all important swing state, polls similarly. While there is no doubt that Barack will win some of the states that Hillary won in the nominating process, he will not win many of the swing states that are a necessity for a Democratic win. In fact, I have seen polls that indicate that Hillary could win Missouri, while even though Barack out polled here slightly there, he would lose to John McCain. Sounds like buyer’s remorse to me.

There’s definitely a revolt. I started my pro-Hillary blog just this week and I’m a nobdy without a huge following. On my poll, only 5% of the people voting said they’d vote for Obama in the GE without Clinton on the ticket. The rest are mostly split between McCain and writing in Hillary.
No, it’s not a huge number of people responding, but that I’ve even got this many responses in such a short period of time on a small blog like that says a lot to me. I’m frankly surprised that so many people are standing firm on not voting for Obama.

That is why Obama gave to charity less than 1% of his earnings prior to making his move toward the Presidency – it’s not about actual dollars; it’s about PERCENTAGE of one’s income and OBAMA cared “so much” about the downtrodden that he and Michelle gave them…NOTHING.
It’s all about money – that’s why he whored out his office as State Senator to write letters of recommendation for various companies to receive grant money only to in a 1 to 5 day turn around receive “campaign money” donated to him by the same companies for whom he wrote the letters.
That’s why he worked so hard since 1995 to help REZKO obtain grant money to build and manage low income housing (slums) while never once …never once in 13 years caring enough to walk into one of those buildings to see the leaking roofs, roaches, lack of heat, peeling walls that he in his corruptness inflicted (through Rezko) upon his own constituents. Obama – who the same week 11 REZKO buildings were closed down for disrepair or repossession was accepting campaign money from TONY REZKO.

This wonderful e-mail illustrates perfectly how so many feel about Obama. It’s not just that we dislike him or are angry about the hate-based campaign he has run. The main reason for not ever voting for him is that the more research that is done, the more it becomes apparent that there is no reason to vote for him and many really significant and really scary ones not to.
If Hillary is not the nominee, I too will write in her name in November. I know she will call for unity, if she does not get the nod, but I cannot and will not support Obama. I understand that she must do so.
He is an opportunist and his arrogance exceeds that of the current CIC. He has proved beyond all reasonable doubt that he is not interested in liberals and their positions and would rather pander to the centre-right to attempt to bamboozle and hoodwink under the guise of hope and unity. He has done more damage to the Democratic Party, along with his “old-tyme” supporters, that he supposedly has cast aside than the Republicans could hope to do.
I want to see some Democratic values and proposals that confirm those values – not cast aside the very heart of the Democratic Party. I will work as hard as possible to ensure that as many Democrats that can possibly be elected to Congress, but not the Blue Dogs, so that hopefully we will have a veto-proof Congress and that is our only hope.
We have survived eight years of Bush, who was also nothing by all hat and no cattle, a myth conjured up and dressed up as a candidate and we will survive the assault on our Party as the insider factions fight out their war. Unfortunately the price of that is another four years of Bush policy – whether than be under McCain or Obama if Hillary does not prevail.
And as far as I am concerned, the Pelosi Club, Dean, Kerry and Kennedy along with the media can take the peace offerings and put them where the sun doesn’t shine. I don’t need, as he called for today, anyone patronizing and being “nice” to ensure his election. He doesn’t need me, his campaign said so and also calls me a racist – since I am a “typical white grandmother.”
Anyone who knows anything about branding and marketing and the Alisnkey theory which he taught for many years can see what a fraud he is. And listening to him, if the truth doesn’t fit, he makes up stuff …

Voting for Hillary is not going to do the job. We need to vote for McCain to make sure Obama does not get in. Here’s a post I copied from someone earlier that explains it best:

Obama campaigned for Odinga in Kenya in 2006 – a year later = death and destruction by Odinga radicals on all Kenyans.
These are the same styles employed by more ominious figures in history including Mao and the Cultural Revolution in China, as well as early rise of Fascism, and dare I say it – even the beginnings of Nazism.

As of today, there are over 465,000 men and women who have been severely injured in Iraq and will NEVER lead normal lives. How is McCain going to help them? He won’t even vote FOR the GI Bill! Ty’s mom rolls him out in his wheelchair and my 14 year-old son, who has looked up to him before and after Iraq and tries not to see his injuries and, instead, prefers to see his sacrifice for this country, continues to try to entertain him. However, it is so distressful to believe that people would vote for someone over their emotions because her/his candidate lost; rather than voting to save lives. After seeing my neighbor’s son on almost a daily basis, looking at the pictures of our injured young men and women, have you no mercy? Don’t you have any desire to bring them home? I’m a Clinton supporter who also feels Obama has broken our party. I’m a Scandinavian following the primary with interest. From my viewpoint Hillary and Obama are both viable candidates and I’m certain that for me and the rest of the world (yes that includes the US), both would be better than McCain.
I’ve read many, many comments about this primary. Some talk about issues, other about character and background, and some have been racist and misogynic. There seems to be a lot of irrational Obama-hatred AND Hillary-hatred around.
There are a number of things I don’t understand of the often repeated statements here:
1. McCain will be less harmful than Obama. Seriously?
2. Obama doesn’t love America. Huh? Is this the flag-pin issue? Talk about non-issue.
3. Obama is the establishment candidate. How? He has refused money from lobbyists and has the most donors. How does this imply that he’s bought buy the big corporations?
4. Hillary supporters gladly engage in misogynic commentary regarding Michelle Obama.

1. Yes. Mccain is less harmful. What America needs right now is a moderate. Hillary is the best chocie for this, but if its not her then Mccain will do.

1. In my eyes, McCain is an extremist on foreign policy issues. He will do nothing to stop Bush’s mistakes and will continue to make enemies in every corner of the world.
2. Obama has publicly denounced the aggressive remarks of his pastor. Meanwhile, McCain is happy to be endorsed by a pastor that said that USA and New Orleans deserved Katrina.
3. Blacks are a minority in the Democratic party, and vote to a lesser extent than white people. The vast majority of his votes are from white people. Besides, I don’t understand the one-drop rule and I don’t think that Obama is black. He’s obviously of mixed heritage, as are most Americans.
