CLINTON SOLID IN KENTUCKY; OREGON IS OBAMA’S IN TIGHT RACE

5/19/2008
Two states. Two Democratic Primaries on the same night. And the differences in the contests are like night and day, according to a Suffolk University poll.

In Kentucky, Hillary Clinton (51 percent) led Barack Obama (25 percent) by 26 points, followed by John Edwards (6 percent) and “uncommitted” (5 percent), while 11 percent were undecided.

In Oregon, Obama (45 percent) led Clinton (41 percent) by 4 points, with 8 percent undecided and 6 percent refusing a response.

DESCRIPTION: Hillary answered questions from undecided voters on Oregon issues in a town hall hosted by KGW in Portland. By the end of the night after a standing ovation, Hillary won over the crowd in the room and thousands watching on TV. Clinton’s hourlong town hall did net her some undecided voters in Portland. …. THE REST OF THE DESCRIPTION IS BELOW THE FOLD.

REST OF DESCRIPTION OF VIDEO ABOVE:

Jennifer Hildrich, 50, of Portland said she was torn between “the outsider talking about change and a new day” and “the savvy political insight of someone who will get something done.”

Hildrich said Clinton impressed her with her detailed plans for addressing major issues. Then Clinton closed the deal for Hildrich when she implored voters to consider who would be the most effective president on day one.

Judee Jacoby, 64, of Damascus said she too showed up at the town hall meeting on the fence over whether to back Obama or Clinton.

By meeting’s end, she was firmly in Clinton’s camp.

“I like her views on health care and on education,” she said. “I just feel she is very personable and warm, someone an average American like me can relate to.”

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::

DESCRIPTION: Hillary traveled throughout Oregon on May 16 and kicked off the day with a roundtable discussion on economic issues with the Mehlbrech family in Junction City. “A lifetime experience…this is a great thing for a small town” said Marv Mehlbrech

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::

DESCRIPTION: Hillary calls out the wussy-one on his ducking out on debates in an interview with KGW Channel 8 in Portland Oregon.

Not to be confused with “Moon Over Parma,” of the old drew carry show…

Hey all!!

I have not contributed to a campaign since 2004.
At the beginning of the primary I was an Edwards supporter ( I don’t know how I feel about that now) but I did not even contribute to his campaign. Well,

I just went to http://www.hillaryclinton.com and signed the petition to count the MI and FL votes and contributed a ten spot and I feel fine ;)

Peace

Are you not paying attention to the world around you? Who still buys Obama’s bullshit of a new day? His empty resume and rhetoric? Gah.

Obama only goes to Oregon to read off of a teleprompter and have a massive crowd act like he is a rock star. Hillary stands in front of the people and answers hard questions. Come on Oregon! Who do you think will make a better President?
Hillary!!!

Comment by Donna Jones | 2008-05-19 12:11:18

Oregon voters were not the only ones at Waterfront Park. On many weekends it is so crowded and congested that you can’t walk comfortably. It is a great place to spend a sunny day and often get lots of freebies….like concerts and sidewalk artist etc. Kayakers and bicyclist and walkers are always coming and going. A friend told me lots of Seattle people were there last weekend..so Oregon is not that enthused about Obama……don’t read the spin that it was all for him,….it wasn’t.

Thanks for that report. A big rally loaded with people from other states is nothing compared to the HUGE “rally” of the vote in Kentucky! That rally matters!

Comment by Gorgegirl | 2008-05-19 13:13:05

Not only were a lot of out-of-staters there at the request of the Obama campaign, but I would say that the number the Obama campaign gave (75,000) was unrealistic. If you have ever been to Tom McCall’s Waterfront Park, it is about a half block wide by 2 blocks. No way can 75,000 fit onto it. He is trying to emulate JFK and Bill Clinton who both drew wild crowds in the Pioneer Square area (before the Waterfront Park was a reality). To see a map of the area, go to http://www.savvyonthego.com/detail.php?p=id=881&hist=3

The picture on USA Today shows the Riverplace Hotel in the background (with the chimneys) and it is ‘A’ on the map. Since there is no Hawthorne Bridge in the picture, one has to assume that Obama is speaking on the south side of the Hawthorne Bridge toward the Riverplace. That is 2 blocks about 1/2 block wide – see map. There is no way 75,000 people can cram in there.

Right ON! I’m glad you posted that about the Oregon town hall.

Doesn’t Hillary always take the LION’s share of those that “won’t SAY” and those that are “undecided”?

I know my MOM’s age group are verrrry private about their vote. She has told me time and time again that she would NEVER tell a pollster who she’s voting for. She thinks it’s a private thing.

Comment by AF catfish | 2008-05-19 11:07:08

Does anybody else see a self-sabotage tendency in Obambi? I think he likes running more than governing, and when it looks like he may have to do the latter, the sloppy mistakes start to come out. Like the 57 states thing.

Early on when I was leaning Obama I thought — and even Josh Marshall said this at the time — it doesn’t look like Obama really wants this. He doesn’t want to compete for it, he wants it to be handed to him. I think Michelle and Obama’s supporters want this more for him than he wants it.

His quitting West Virginia and Kentucky, and not even campaigning that hard for Oregon votes (he didn’t try hard, he told one undecided in Oregon to read his two books when asked “how do we know we can trust you”? He said little, OK he said nothing, that was Oregon-specific in any of his ads) just tells me he’s quitting.

Like the student who fears he may be bad at math, doesn’t study for the test, then when he receives a poor grade says well I didn’t study.

I agree 100%. He is out of steam and looks demoralized.

Comment by workingclass artist | 2008-05-19 12:09:04

To be demoralized implies Morals….I think we are all better off if we see him for what he is….DEFLATED…might be more accurate…
I believe he is apolitical…and amoral…hence his campaign…
to demoralize is to corrupt the morals of . random house dict.
** EVEN IN THE FACE OF PURE AND UTTER EVIL…THOSE WITH A MORAL FOUNDATION….TEND TO GROW STRONGER NOT WEAKER **

It is difficult to change the language and our use of it with someone like OBAMA…But the truth is …this is no ordinary candidate in our system…and I will ( for myself ) be as careful as possible in the usage of lingo where OBAMA is concerned….HE HAS CHANGED THE EQUATION….I have been using a dictionary a lot over the last few months….as well as my old logic text book….

You know that “how can I trust you?” question from the other day. It struck me this morning that he has had that very same question in the past, publicly at an event. AND he answered exactly the same way (in NLP speak). Instead of talking about his experience or qualifications, he does an NLP technique where he draws the person in and creates a bond with them.

I suddenly remembered he had answered this almost identically in the past, it’s a formulaic answer (not from the heart). He draws the questioner in with words like “we” and “let’s”, and asks them to “help me” stay honest in this “dishonest profession”, etc. He’s totally doing this by the book. His NLP Tony Robbins training is paying off.

Comment by mimi | 2008-05-19 12:14:16

“he does an NLP technique where he draws the person in and creates a bond with them.”

This whole campaign has been a textbook of NLP. Even some of the newer trolls showing up this weekend were on here using that technique. I’m immune to it. I once went to an EST event at a HUGE stadium. Before the end of the evening, I had managed to get 2 EST kooks in a major knockdown drag-out fight as they tried to cnvert me.

I LIVE FOR THIS!!!!

I basically don’t care how this winds up over the next few weeks and on to Denver. My resolve is stronger than it’s ever been in my life. If Hillary is not the nominee, I will not vote for Obama.

He will have to:

WIN WITHOUT ME!!

Comment by AF catfish | 2008-05-19 12:30:38

Comment by AF catfish | 2008-05-19 12:32:32

Hey it’s a meme – he just doesn’t want it. His heart ain’t in it. Others want it for him more than he wants it for himself.

Hillary is actively campaigning in Oregon. She is not hiding in Iowa whining and blaming the voters for losing like Obama is doing in Kentucky.

Same guy who two weeks ago said the voters have had plenty of opportunity to get to know him and his positions on issues (so no more debates needed) now says the voters just don’t know him well enough. He says when he gets out and gets to know voters he does better, yet he refuses to debate, refuses townhall meetings and refuses questions from the press. He only appears in big forums where the audience is remote.

A bit OT, but how many of the pro dean blogs from 2004 now endorse Obama?

Comment by Dawnelle | 2008-05-19 11:47:50

A Deaniac Blog:

the DNC open thread has been anti Hillary for years (I had been going there daily since 2003 until recently)

There were about 30 regulars that posted….. the LIONS share of them were WES CLark lovers as well as DEANiacs…..(I know this as I used to run local polls and on average the same 30 IPs would participate)

When Wes went to Hillary, not many followed at first.
Most split between Richardson and Edwards with some die hard Biden supporters too. MOST of those were also elites btw, and eventually turned to Obama. THATS when I left for good.

Very few of us (cynNY, connie, gregg & dpd) followed Wes over to Hillary.

It was and still is a sore spot for me. I really thought I had developed some real friendships over there. Now I know the real truth. Elitism won the day for them. Their pompous, pious, sanctimonious (blech) personalities finally bled through.

Comment by Tom Plumb | 2008-05-19 12:50:10

I really thought I had developed some real friendships over there.

It’s as if any disagreement is taken as a personal insult, a threat, the mark of the infantile narcissist.

When I see people of that sort, I KNOW they’re going to behave in that manner, and it doesn’t surprise me at all, any betrayal.

In fact, its the individual who exhibits real dignity that surprises, now.

Comment by President Hillary Clinton will defeat Obama and his troll army! | 2008-05-19 11:27:02

It does not prove anything. Hillary can still win Oregon plus she wants to keep the margin close if she does lose. Look up “lowering expectations.” Wolfson is just doing his job lowering expectations.

Comment by beebop | 2008-05-19 11:31:17

Yeah … its a proven Obambi tactic ….

The Kentucky vote will be a humiliation of him and his campaign. She will stand there and make sure the message is sent. The following day he will roll out one more tired Democratic MAN to tell her to knock off the noise and get back in the kitchen … just in time for the last couple of states.

They don’t learn well there in Obamasamatraumaville, do they?

He was expected to win Oregon handily. RCP is still listing him as double digits ahead. A week ago he was up by 20 points.

So he probably will win. However, nobody expected it to tighten this way.

He’s in trouble.

Comment by President Hillary Clinton will defeat Obama and his troll army! | 2008-05-19 11:44:38

RCP is still listing him as double digits

True but look at the lack of data. There are only two new polls. If you just use the two new polls its a 5 point spread.

We’ll see what happens.

All eyes are on Kentucky. Hillary will crush him and any spin about Oregon won’t amount to a hill of beans. And she could still win Oregon.

Also, I am getting really tired of every article saying that Hillary is behind in pledged delegates. Not one word about her being ahead in popular vote and more importantly, ahead in the states that matter come November. That includes all of the states that there was rampant cheating by the Obamanots.
I hope and pray that she comes in ahead in all of the remaining states and PR.
She has earned the right to be here, dammit. And, it is certainly not because the media is her Prince Charming. That will be the day! It is because she has the stuff that real Presidents are made of.

I think Senator Clinton’s continued support and upsurge in the polls is stunning when you consider the “get out of the race, girl” messages and attitudes propogated by the MSM and political operative types early on. Day by day, week by week, month by month, she’s proven the “experts” wrong.

This is not a race for dog catcher but for the Presidency of the United States. Whoever told the Obama folks that BO deserved to be crowned? Hillary has proven herself a long-distance runner. And that’s not just politics. She’s chosen it as a lifestyle and she’s proving it again on the campaign trail.

Why are the Superdelgates doing a lockstep behind Obama? Follow the money. But we as American voters have more power than we think and we’ve been exerting that power in recent races. There will be no crowning moment for BO if the Oregon race is razor thin or an upset and Kentucky turns into another incredible rout.

See you in Denver!

Just got an email from our State’s Democratic Chair (Washington State) and his endorsement of Obama. This guy is a Super Delegate.

His email was barf-worthy. He talks about his reasons for choosing Obama: “I read his books, heard his speeches, and talked to people that found him inspiring.” Not one word about Obama’s experience for the job. Ironically, when he tosses the bone to Hillary in the letter, he talks about her “decades of public service” and experience, etc.

He also states that “the voters have spoken” so it’s time to move on and focus on November.

Yes.. I wrote to him. I kept it civil, but let him know that NO the voters have NOT spoken. Asked him why he and others are in such a hurry to shove Obama in, what are they afraid of? I reminded him of the REAL role of Supers, and that Hillary is the first candidate that has been shoved out of the race early, when she has so much more than any other candidate that took it to the floor.

I invoked McGovern, Dukakis, Mondale, and Kerry. I told him that the backless cometh in the form of a crushing loss in November if he and the DNC succeed in shoving Obama down our throats. Oh.. and I wished him luck with that coronation thing tomorrow.

I hope the media truly crushes Obama over this ridiculous coronation.

Just read that quote from Axelrove on Morning Cup o’ Joe. Now he’s peddling furiously.. the new meme is that suddenly Obama can magically do well in swing states. He also said that how a candidate does in a primary state can change in the GE.

Well.. yes, you’re absolutely right, Axelrove. In the case of Obama’s long-lost brothers: McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis, and Kerry, they actually do WORSE in the GE than they did in those same states during the primary. So yes, technically he’s right. It can change. Unfortunately for the addicted-to-losing DNC, the change is for the worse. Is that what all this hopey-changey stuff is all about?

Obama doesn’t like debates because he obviously never does his homework! He can’t speak in generalities and feel good rhetoric. It shows him for the empty suit he really is. He’s only as good as the teleprompter feed which has been lifted from others. Hillary has speaks to specifics and knows how to take action! Obama reads prepared speeches written by others. He won’t debate because he’s awful at it! No wonder he never did courtroom law.

I can walk into an Organic grocery into a field of Obama supporters, discuss real policy positions, votes, changes and they assuredly raise eyebrows and have pause. So many have no idea the true votes and policy differences between the two.

Democratic Presidential Nomination Rasmussen Tracking Obama 46, Clinton 44 Obama +2.0
General Election: McCain vs. Clinton Rasmussen Tracking Clinton 45, McCain 45 Tie

Ohio: McCain vs. Clinton Rasmussen McCain 43, Clinton 50 Clinton +7.0
Ohio: McCain vs. Obama Rasmussen McCain 45, Obama 44 McCain +1.0

In sum, a blowout in KY, a close one in Oregon, and Hill wins the national and Ohio matchups.

Some presumptive nominee.

Obama voted for Dick Cheney’s energy bill. Hillary Clinton voted against it. Cheney never submits anything unless there is MONEY in it for him. Three Huge pipelines coming out of Southwest Wyoming (Dick Cheney’s home state ;) ) to end at a hub in Oregon. El Paso Natural Gas will own the Ruby Pipeline coming out of Southwest Wyoming. El Paso Natural Gas is head quartered in Houston Texas– Houston, is now Dick Cheney’s home town ; ). Then there are the other two lines “Bronco Pipeline and Kern River Pipeline” coming out of Southwest Wyoming. Everyone knows about Dick Cheney’s envolvement in the oil and gas industry. Obama voted for Dick Cheney’s energy bill– Hillary Clinton voted against Cheney’s energy bill.

Another perfect example of his actions speaking louder than his words. This is his “I can work with Republicans” in action. He’s not opposed to doing business with Dems or Reps, just so long as he and his posse get a cut. This is great! It’s so new -(sarcasm) getting past the partisan bickering when we still had one party that cared about the citizens and one the taxpayers. Now we have a bipartisan auction.

If only he had done a town hall someone could have asked. That’s why he has to go to the waterfront on a hot day and pose for the crowd instead.

Ferraro suggests she may not vote for Obama
Posted: 01:00 PM ET

From CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney

Ferraro is a supporter of Clinton’s presidential campaign.
(CNN) — Geraldine Ferraro, the outspoken former Democratic vice presidential candidate and a supporter of Hillary Clinton’s White House bid, told the New York Times she may not vote for Barack Obama should he be the party’s nominee.

Ferraro, a former member of Clinton’s finance committee who resigned that post earlier this year after making comments many viewed as racially offensive, also said she thinks the Illinois senator has been “terribly sexist” over the course of the presidential

Hillary Supporters, Want to Send a Message to the DNC?

I was just reading a blog about the anger some Hillary Clinton supporters feel about how the Democrat’s nomination process is turning out.

I figure a lot of this is sour grapes. All the Democratic camps knew the rules (convoluted as they are) before the campaigning began. But the Hillary supporters do have a few legitimate gripes. First it must be frustrating to see your beloved candidate go down to a well-pressed suit filled with nothing but pretty rhetoric. I’m no big fan of Clinton, but I have to admit her record of accomplishment easily dwarfs Obama’s. (As does the record of about 10,000 other public servants.) Then there’s all the media cheerleading for Obama. I wonder how many Hillary supporters have now decided Fox News is pretty swell after all.

http://www.capertree.blogspot.com/2008/05/hillary-supporters-want-to-send-message.html

Comment by AnninCA | 2008-05-19 12:38:43

It’s much, much more than sour grapes. Read the piece just posted for a keen analysis.

This disaster will destroy the party entirely. I’m now very convinced.

I’ve lost so many elections that it’s rare when my candidate wins, so dealing with the disappointment comes naturally.

This time is different. It’s the way it’s been done.

I’m old (not as old as McCain, but still old) and one of the most unacceptable things Obama has done in his campaign is ridicule and demean older people. I am not happy with McCain as a second choice should the DNC destroy the party by stealing from Hillary the nomination she has rightfully earned, but I will never vote for Obama.

If the almost fifty years old smirky little jackass wants to make his ridicule of McCain’s age more effective, perhaps Obama should himself try to remember how many states there are, what states border Illinois, and what state he is actually in when giving speeches. I haven’t seen McCain make such stupid errors ever; but Obama’s recent gaffes make you wonder what other mistakes he would make if he had to deal with the stress of being President, considering how he is wilting under the pressure of just running for office.

Obama is too Old and Confused to be President
McCain is too Old and Confused to be President. That’s the message that Obama supporters are trying to put out and they have a point. After all McCain is clearly old. McCain is an aged 71 while Obama is a spring chicken at the tender age of 46.

Unlike McCain, Obama is unconfused and on the ball all the time.

For example Obama knows that there are 57 states in the Union and he’s visited every one of them. Particularly Mars.

Obama knows that 10,000 people died in a Kansas tornado that killed only 10 people. Clearly math was never his strong subject.

At Selma, Obama informed us that his parents met four years after he was born and that his Kenyan diplomat father had a flag draped coffin.

He knows that Canada’s Prime Minister is actually a President

Obama knows they speak Arabic in Afghanistan and that there are poppy fields in Iraq

Obama knows that Matt Lauer is really Tim Russert

Obama had no idea whatsoever that his home church and the reverend with whom he had a 20 year relationship was a crazy america hating racist.

Hell Obama couldn’t even figure out how to use the voting buttons in the Illinois State Senate

Obama Gaffe Check
For a guy as bright and intelligent as Barack Obama, he sure says some stupid things. He makes Joe Biden look guarded by comparison.

Stick a fork in him, he’s done.

Here is an incomplete catalog of Obama gaffes:

When asked how we would respond to another major al-Qaeda attack on the U.S., he talked about disaster response instead of military action.
Last May, in the wake of the deadly Kansas tornado, Obama said “Ten thousand people died – an entire town destroyed”. The death toll was actually 12 people.
Obama stated that he would meet with enemy dictators – without any preconditions.
Not long after, he said “if we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharaf will not act, we will.” With allies like Obama, who needs enemies?
He then declared that the use of nuclear weapons against al-Qaeda were “not on the table.”
Obama just last week referred to the ‘president’ of Canada. Canada has a prime minister, not a president.

Comment by AnninCA | 2008-05-19 13:20:24

Well, the “president” of Canada is the one who announced that Hillary had NOT, in fact, ever been in contact with anyone in Canada over NAFTA. :)

(Thus revealing to the world what we already knew. Obama lied.)

So maybe not knowing his title is another Obama snub. *wink*

Just Walk

After Tuesday Senator Clinton will have surpassed Obama in the popular vote count. Senator Clinton’s victories are all in Democratic stronghold states or states the Democrat needs. Senator Obama’s victories are almost all in GOP states.
In yet another astoundingly arrogant move Obama plans to be in Iowa Tuesday to “declare victory” . Though he won’ t have won the nomination. We, the people, are being gamed. We’ve been gamed all year in this process. Howard Dean and Donna Brazille have destroyed the Democratic Party. There can be no “healing process” because what Dean and Brazille have done is not a “wound”. It is a robbery. We need a justice process. Not a healing process. Please understand this one fact: If Obama is the nominee he will have been awarded it with a minority of Democratic votes and an elite cabal. That fact is the alpha and omega.

I know I won’t vote for Obama in November. I know I might vote for McCain.
And I know I am at peace with it.
I know the GOP will pull out all the stops to defeat Obama and I know I will support whatever they legally do. Obama is a dangerous fraud. We need at least 2 parties in this nation. Right now we only have one: The GOP. The Democratic Party is in full melt down. Fine. Justice should be served. If we, the majority members of the Democratic Party will not have our candidate nominated because a minority cabal gamed the system then we can do one thing: WALK. Walk any direction you like. Just WALK.

There are no scare tactics that can force me and millions of others back into voting for the person who lost in the process but was awarded the game.

He didn’t win California

He didn’t win New York

He didn’t win Texas

He didn’t win Florida

He didn’t win Pennsylvania

He didn’t win Massachusetts

He didn’t win Ohio

He didn’t win Michigan

He didn’t win Catholic voters

He didn’t win Reagan Democrats

He didn’t win women voters

He didn’t win white voters

He didn’t win Jewish voters

*He didn’t win the Latino voters

He didn’t win the Asian voters

He didn’t win the working class voters

He didn’t win.

What started out just days ago as pent-up anger at Obama and his supporters – including the media – by Hillary Clinton supporters in response to what they say has been a nasty, duplicitous, hypocritical, unfair, dirty, nasty campaign waged AGAINST them by Barack, his supporters and their media allies, has turned into a full-throttle movement that is gaining momentum, money, message and manpower (WOmanpower).

Just a few short days ago Hillary Clinton supporters were seething with anger as they rehashed over and over again among themselves in chat rooms, blogs and other forums across the Internet what has happened to them, their party, and their beloved candidate, Hillary Clinton. But now they have started web sites and blogs to develop strategies, associations and networks of like-minded people to defeat Barack Obama in November. Many Hillary supporters have not yet decided what exactly they will do to defeat Obama, while others HAVE decided on various strategies to set-in-motion their goal – the defeat of their foe, Barack Obama.

I just went back to an anti-Hillary site that I used to go to before the Primary. I could barely stomach the responses as they commented on an article there about how the race was over. One woman actually talked about being embarrassed by Hillary’s misogynist claims and wanted Hillary to donate $20 million of her own money for the GE to compensate for the damage she’s done. Others dismissed the Feminist impact and proclaimed not to worry, they’ll be back in the fall. No way would they vote for McCain who called his wife the c-word. Another, dismissed Hillary’s supporters saying they didn’t need them.

How many commenters on that particular thread from last week? 30. And in general their comments section is tallying an average of 10 posts, some less than 5. Someone mentioned noquarter as a pro-Hillary doing damage to their Precious O.

These people are delusional. It hasn’t even occured to them to look at just the number people posting on their site. The blog about yesterday’s Obama Oregon rally had 18 comments. They even had the audacity to complain that MSNBC had downsized the event to 65,000. As if the Porn Network has been anything but in the tank for Obama.

Whether it happens in Nov or August, these people are in for a shock of gargantuan proportions. I’d pity them except they are too dangerous.

You know Fl. is the state winner takes all. Obama has flat refused to let our votes be counted unless he got as many as Mrs. Clinton did .Also in Mich. Both states voted for her. Fl. votes were complete Mich. didn’t have his name on the ballot but he took it off as not to be embrassed, but the citizen of these two great states voted anway after we were told the big whigs had screwed us up again. We spoke loud and clear who we wanted Mich. voted and spoke loud and clear who they wanted . Those who did not want to vote for Clinton voted none of the above or undicided. Give all those to Obama .He deserves them. She still won the two states. Well I will be going to Washington DC. for hext saturdays committe meeting to decide on how to go ahead and take the votes for him.We will voice our feeling on the matter. Yes Mrs. Clinton has had the the win taken away from her. rememenber George bush did this first and showed them how easy it is to steal . People keep fighting and do alot of praying the God will save Our great county form sue destruction. God bles The United States of America. I wil never vote for him hope he doesn’t come to our stste. We don’t want him in our state.

I think Clinton will be railroaded, I hope she has a good attorney, ready to hit the ground, running, those tracks being laid NOW.

Good thing, Dean and Brazile and rest of the democratic elite are such fuck ups, a kangaroo court will backfire, as does everything else with those clowns.

I wonder if the Obots at the convention will be rude jerks when Hillary speaks?

Remember, there’s no black rescue squad waiting to save Obama in Oregon, and the mail-in vote is almost 50-50. The last poll I saw was 45 BO and 41 HC, with 8% undecided and 6% unresponsive. 14% of the people in Oregon are still on the fence. No wonder Barack is going to be in Iowa tomorrow night. Even he doesn’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow in Oregon.

By May 31st, hopefully Hillary can say that she has the popular vote and has won in the states that will give her the advantage in the electoral college, so this is FAR FROM OVER!!! In fact, Obama is on the run right now, there is nothing positive about him in the press, and in fact, he is nearly messing his pants over the supposed video floating around out there about Michelle railing on “whitey”. So, sit tight , folks, be patient, give it a little longer, and pray that the people of Oregon will come together like West Virginia and Kentucky…it’s very close and we need them to make this happen. This will be going to the floor of the convention either way, because if it doesn’t, we will all be voting for McCain in November!

Imagine if Hillary pulls an upset in Oregon.
DemocratUnderground will have to be shut down from the shock.

After all the cries for Hillary to drop out – let’s give them a taste of their own medicine. If Hillary beats him in both Oregon and Kentucky tomorrow, maybe it’s time Obama started considering career alternatives…

especially since he was so ahead in Oregon. Can’t even win over the rich white liberals now? Poor Obambi.
