Obama’s Cousin Won’t Let Us Go After Terrorists

Looks like Barack has some more family problems on the horizon. Apart from waiting for the videotape of his wife, Michelle, to hit the airwaves (looks like October if he is the nominee), he now has his Kenyan cousin to worry about. Raila Odinga is the Prime Minister of Kenya. He is on the record espousing a political view that promotes Islamic law as the law of Kenya and has agreed to ban Christian broadcasts in Kenya. But more troubling is Odinga’s view that any Muslim residing in Kenya, visitor or relative, cannot be arrested or detained in Kenya for terrorism by any other country. So, if the men responsible for bombing the U.S. Embassy in Kenya in August 1998 are located in Kenya, Odinga is on the record denying the United States the chance to bring them to justice. Thankfully, he lacks this clout right now.

I find it astonishing that the press/media are generally ignoring the Odinga and Barack relationship. These men are cousins, at least from Odinga’s standpoint. And they have been in contact. Obama has been on the phone chatting with Odinga earlier this year during the Kenyan election brawl. Check out this video:
So why should we worry about Odinga? He is not a secular Muslim. Instead, he is committed to making Islamic law the law of Kenya. Last August, Odinga signed a pledge with the National Muslim Leaders Forum in Kenya. Here is a Raila Odinga MOU. I encourage you to read it.
This agreement is a security nightmare. For starters it calls for all Muslims residing in Kenya–and this includes Muslims from other countries–to be granted full National Identity Cards. Next, it specifically prohibits the Kenyan Government from turning over any Muslim suspected of “Terrorism or any other International crime” to a foreign govenment. And in within one year of his election, he promises to establish a “Shariah court in every Kenyan divisional headquarters.” Taken as a whole, these measures would make Kenya a safehaven for Islamic radicals–especially those who have attacked Americans. Until Odinga became Prime Minister, Kenya has been a reliable, responsible partner with the United States in battling Islamic extremists. Odinga has not yet been able to sunder that relationship, but he is on the record favoring terrorists who also happen to be muslim.
Barack also is getting is getting an indirect assist from Odinga in his Presidential campaign. Fox News Analyst, the toe-sucking, whoremonger Dick Morris, is frequently on air bashing Hillary Clinton. Before Dick started regularly bashing Hillary, he spent time in Kenya helping Barack’s cousin on a pro-bono basis. Here’s the evidence:

I think we are seeing a wonderous CHESS GAME in progress. Though Obama is apparently the more powerful player, because has more pieces on the board and in play, Hillary has the stronger strategic position. If she does not resign prematurely and makes it to the end game–which is Denver — Obama’s current advantage will evaporate. His pieece-strength (pledged delegates)will not help him in Denver. That is so because the super delegates, who cannot cast their actual vote UNTIL DENVER are free to change their mind and vote their own best judgment when Denver comes around. And, by that time she will have shown to the satisfaction of most of the SDs that Obama is too flawed a candidate to win the GE. I believe that is Hillary’s roadmap to victory. Moreover, the road to Denver cannot be shortened (if Hilllary does not want it shortened) because Obama, for all his lauded strengtn, does not have enough pledged delegates to win short of Denver!
Hillary’s (chess)game right now is to demonstrate, by whatever moves and strategies and chess pieces still available to her, that that she can win against McCain and Obama cannot. The present VP-rumor — “Hillary VP maybe, maybe not” — is a step in that direction. I think it may well be a very clever gambit that is placing a severe strain on Obama’s strength in chess pieces, if not actually holding the king himself in “check” right now. If Obama moves toward offering her the VP, he signals awareness of his weakness which, in turn, empowers Hillary as she has no obligation to accept such offering and will no doubt decline it. On the other hand, if he moves to NOT offer her the VP, he signals arrogance, lack of realism and inability to make needed amends. This also is a plus for Hillary who is then free to move away from appeasement with Obama and forge her own way to Denver.
The beauty of the VP gambit is that, while his position is disadvantaged no matter which way he moves, she is unaffected by whatever way he moves, as she has debunked any talk of interest being Obama’s VP. The gambit is for the consumption of the super delegates who are watching the game with intense interest.

Can you go more deeply into this? What are the groups which make up National Muslim Leaders Forum (Namlef)? For instance are there groups with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood or al Qaeda? Do any of these groups follow the teachings of Sayyid Qutb, for instance?
Let us say that both Obama and his cousin, Odinga, get to be President of the US and Kenya, respectively. Odinga executes his agreement with Namlef and Kenya edges toward Islamic Theocracy like Iran. Suppose this raises security concerns of an Islamic “Axis of Allah” (sic!) running through the Middle East and East Africa across the southern approaches to the Persian Gulf, very possibly threatening US security and/or interests.
So will President Obama sign a finding to destabilize his Cousin’s government?

Even before I knew anything about Obama, the hairs on my arm stood up just reading some of the letters and statements he was making about Kenya. Interfering in a foreign election? Getting involved in a foreign country’s politics? Under what authority? For what purpose?
I think in Canada this is actually a criminal offense. I think Michael Moore got caught up in it at one point, didn’t they try to charge him? The US doesn’t have quite the same attitude, but it just stuck me as so inapropriate for a US politician to get involved like Obama did. He’s not an ambassador or a diplomat. There was a real blurring of lines there, was he acting in an official capacity or a personal one? Did he consult with congress, was he appointed by anyone? Of course not, he took it upon himself to act independantly and without any accountability.

As for ‘cousin Odinga’, a little knowledge about local definitions would help. Odinga is not a cousin, or related to Obama’s father’s family.
In Kenya you can be called cousing if your people are from the same clan, and a clan can have tens or even hundreds of thousands of members.

Proof? I’ve only seen an article on the BBC that says Odinga claims to be Obama’s cousin. He doesn’t actually offer proof and neither has anyone else.
Why I came to this website.I just happened upon it and became curious.I’d read stuff through the email by my friends about Barrack Obama and shrugged it off as a smear campaign by the Republicans.. Which is what the Republicans, at least the hard core ones to do. But I found that this race was becoming more disturbing and I really couldn’t pinpoint why.
I read some stuff on Obama , that he had a Muslim background and it didn’t seem as anything negative to put my finger on. My reaction was,”Ok ,so what, that doesn’t make him a radical ,it’s just a part of his heritage and he was probably being smeared by the Republicans so they could discredit him like they did Hillary.I knew that the media pundits were taking their shots at Hillary and gender ,but I had not connected this to Obama or the way his campaign was being ran.
But I was aware that many Hillary supporters were not going to vote Obama if he got the nomination. I couldn’t understand why though
Most people are not going to know about all the things you have written on this website, or the research you have done. It’s not out there for the public to see. They don’t know,OK? What would I have done had I’d not come across this website? Voted for Obama , thinking he would be as good as Hillary and make a decent president.

Tribal relations are different in Kenya. Odinga and Obama belong to the same tribe and are probably “related”. It was Odinga who proclaimed himself Obama’s cousin to the British papers. No one is making this up. Obama did go around with Odinga during his campaign.
This is were we get the dangerous naivety of Obama. Obama went there as a US Senator. Being seen with Odinga and being from the same tribe gave Odinga perceived US tacit support and legitimacy. When the vote didn’t work out..there was blood shed and people were massacred.
Senator Obama is dangerously clueless. Do we really want this guy leading our country beleeving he is experienced in foreign affairs because he lived in Indonesia as a child and needs no help. Someone needs to help this guy to the door.

Obama does not wear nice clothes. He wears the same navy-black suit and the same white shirt every single day. He is trying to look like a preacher or priest (or moslem cleric in the West who mostly wear black). To me, I see a man who is so incapable of change that he can’t even change his clothes. It’s formula costuming.
And ditto for his wife, who appears to love the Saudi-black Americanized burka look. She too sees the world as black only and wears that colour almost every time she’s on TV.
I have very, very bad feelings about Obama. His Muslim heritage scares me very much. His lack of respect for the flag or pledge of allegiance bothers me too. I know I have read somewhere they talk of a dark skinned man…someone out of Africa, that everyone will think is a good man, bringing peace, etc, but that is when you see his true colors and they are evil!! Is this man Obama? I do not know, and maybe I am just being superstitios, but he scares me. John Kerry endorsing him…well, that is one more little red flag. John Kerry being in Skull & Bones….

Mr. Craig is not your ordinary political hack, rather a back-room deal maker for would-be presidential assigns and South American terrorists.
In Evelyn Pringle’s 3-part expose’ on Obama’s rise in Chicago politics, she states that ANY FIFTH GRADER would have been able to obtain the info she did on Obama, so the question is, why DIDN”T the DNC? What conspiracy is afoot here? My sister asked me,”How do we take over the White House?” I answered, “With our votes.” She responded, “NO, I mean, I think we need to PHYSICALLY take over the White House!!!” Let’s hope the DNC wakes up before it comes to that!!!

If your library doesn’t have them, ask the librarian if they’re part of the ‘library loan’ system. If so, request the librarian to search for the books. I do this ALL time time with my library – the cost is just $1.00 for each book no matter what part of the country the requested books come from (check cost first; it might be different in different states).

It’s a wonderful service, isn’t it? Although the books I usually look for are sometimes in other states, of course I have to pay the $1.00 (WELL worth it, right?). When I find books close to my town (zip code) using worldcat.org, I just drive there and pick it up (saves $1.00, but costs $5.00 in gas to get there – lol! Actually, when I want a book that’s close to my town, I want it NOW – so I pick it up).

For what its worth, most educated people understand that Marxism provides valuable insight into capitalism. Broadly speaking, this sad situation here, with desperate Clinton supporters going nuts at the behest of a sleazeball asshole – is a fight among proletarians, while the capitalists and their three candidates hedge their bets. Obama is as much a tool of capitalas Clinton. That said, his presidency has the potential of making some important differences in the realm of foreign policy.
With recent statements from HRC and a bevvy of pondscum types like Larry Johnson, it seems that some sectors of the bureaucratic class are very fearlful of Obama, specifically in how he would disempower them (I’m thinking the scum that resides in Larry’s part of the world). The Obamazoids are unable to connect the dots. Dick Morris somehow arrived in Kenya to help Obama’s cousin Odinga with his election campaign. Did Dick Morris just wake up one morning and suddenly decide that he felt like going to Kenya that day? And he was helping out pro bono because he is such a generous person. Dick Morris is such a nice guy and likes helping out obscure African political candidates just for the fun of it! And lo and behold, when Odinga lost the election, there was fighting and some people got killed.
Now Obamabots, let me explain something to you. They have something called tribalism in Africa. I will try to give you an illustration of tribalism. I lived in Lagos, Nigeria and worked at a government run secondary school. At lunch time all the Yoruba teachers ate lunch with the other Yorubas, and all the Ibo teachers ate lunch with the other Ibos. These people are college graduates and teachers but they do not like each other much. That is just how things are there.
In Kenya they have tribalism. The ruling party is Kikuyu. The group that is not is power is the Luo. Odinga is a Luo. Obama’s father was a Luo. Obama’s relative Odinga lost the election, a corrupt election, like elections usually are in Africa and other places.
Then the ethnic cleansing began. Kikuyus were forced out of Luo areas and Luos were forced out of Kikuyu areas. Lots of people got killed. (It’s like the ethnic cleansing that just took place in Iraq thanks to George Bush’s invasion. Have you heard about that by any chance?)
Now here is the conclusion I draw. Of course you must remember I am one of the pointy-hat wearing, post-menopausal, racist, bitter, typical white people. You don’t have to believe a word I am saying. Obama interfered in a foreign election to help out his Kenyan relatives’ ethnic group.
One of you Obamalamadingdongs posted that the State Department sent Obama to Kenya. Now let us apply reason to this issue. Why would the Republican-controlled State Department send a Democrat, the junior Senator from Illinois, to interfere in a foreign election? And how would notorious hack for-sale-to-the-highest-bidder Dick Morris end up working there, working pro bono no less? (Do you think maybe Hillary sent Dick Morris to Kenya?) Here comes the tough part, Obamazoids. Draw your own conclusions about how ethical and/or legal were Obama’s actions in this matter.

As far as sharia law, while I certainly wouldn’t advocate for it, IIRC it would condemn terrorism also.
It seems perfectly reasonable to me that countries should start being opposed to extradition. The likely outcome for a terrorist SUSPECT sent to the US is that he will end up in GITMO or worse with no recourse to legal assistance of any kind in attempting to prove his innocence. So he’d be locked up and the US would throw away the key – which is what we do today. I can understand why a country wouldn’t want to participate in that kind of ‘justice.’
This is not to say that I agree with the president of Kenya but I think your assertion that his position’s would be a problem for Obama seems weak.
