Here we are, 8 miserable, alarming years, after having G.W. Bush installed as President; and now we’re having B.H. Obama installed as nominee.

Both men completely inexperienced on the world stage; both with puffed up resumes and no qualifications or accomplishments; both evince a sense of entitlement and arrogance; both have questionable histories of associations and involvement in questionable behaviors; both use religion as a sword to divide; both are inherently opportunistic, with no guiding principles save their own unassailable power.

He fought in the name of a larger freedom, part of that arsenal of democracy that triumphed over evil, and he did not fight in vain. …

First it’s his grandfather who only heard stories. Then it’s his uncle who was there, only there’s no uncle and no American was there. Now it’s his great-uncle and there is somewhere else.
