What would happen to the Dem chances if he were indicted once he became teh nominee? NO DEMOCRAT could possibly win by having to take his place. We can't risk it all on him. Some will rather vote for McCain just in hope that Obama does not become President. Many, including us, will gladly vote for Hillary if she decides to jump to the Independent Party.
