Hagee and Parsley aren’t McCain’s spiritual advisors. McCain doesn’t attend their churches, he is not a “member”. They are popular evangualists that endorsed McCain, just like they would any republican.
Obama goes to Trinity, Rev. Wright shaped Obama’s spiritual life, Rev. Wright was a father figure to Obama, his “crazy Uncle”.
This Catholic guy is a political ally plus a spiritual advisor.
This church is CRAZY… nothing but hate for white people. Clearly this man was singing to the choir at this church… the church Obama and his family ARE members off…THIS HAPPENED AT OBAMA’S CHURCH!

Yes but you were raised in your church. Obama was not raised in TUCC, he joined it as an adult because its ideology was computable with his. He is still a member and used pictures from it in the Kentucky primary.

Like your parents, Obama has brought his children to a church that he believes in, as your parents tried to bring you into their beliefs. Your argument works well for the Obama children but not for Obama himself. In your analogy, Barack and Michelle are clearly acting as your parents did.

In moments of doubts, deep challenges to one’s conscience, a spiritual mentor advises you on the best course of action, of course according to the scriptures, and eases your conscience. Do you want these thugs such as Rev. Wright, Father Pfleger, and Rev. Mess advising our president? What kind of guidance and advices are they going to provide? No, no, no, these people are bad people.

Old timers, in my neck of the wood, used to say, “If you spend a night with chickens, you wake up clucking; and if you spend a night with pigs, you wake up stinking.”

Obama spent 20 years with these folks; hence, he believes what these folks believes. Period.

McCain disavowed Hagee.

Obama’s church has chosen another black supremacist who uses hate speech against all whites. Obama has yet to even mention quitting this racist church. Apparently he’s in some agreement since he stays even in the midst of all this negative controversy.

If you don’t want a massive walkout by disgruntled Dems who can’t or won’t support Obama (and he has no chance to win, whether or not we walk out), then tell them they must not make him the nominee. Back when Pelosi thought Obama would win the popular vote and HRC would steal it from him, she said she couldn’t imagine selecting a nominee that wouldn’t also get the popular vote of the majority. Now she’s changed her tune.

So we must help the superdelegates understand, we will vote Republican or not at all and that will be sure these people will not be put in office again and Obama will lose, too. Ask yourself why is the party willing to lose a large percentage of it’s members to nominate a loser? Why follow losers?

All of you folks who are so appalled at what the Priest said: Have you never disagreed with someone at your church? Just because this guy said it, doesn’t mean Obama agrees! This is pure and simple guilt by association. Did McCain agree with everything Hagee and Parsley said?
Get a grip people. This election is about the economy, oil prices, falling real incomes, an unnecessary war in Iraq, National Debt going through the roof: REAL ISSUES. Cut the crap about what Pastor said what. We are electing a President, not a Pope.
