D,

Another 'Rock on!' from me. This is a democracy and you are entitled to your choice. Too bad Obama and his supporters don't understand this. That you do, count yourself lucky.

But don't come here sneering in my face because I did my research too:

<em>No Universal Healthcare - absolute deal breaker for me

Privatizing Social Security - ditto

Foreign Polixy experience - zilch

Ties with Zibiniew Breszinksi - gives me hives

Hope and change? Still waiting for a specific interpertation of what that means.

Black Community issues? - "crickets" </em>

Obama has lied about so many things I will never believe anything he says. And I have a list.

Please post your list of Hillary Clinton's lies and we'll have a point-by-point discussion. ( Please be advised that Bosnia counts for only one <em>'lie.'</em>)

In the meantime, don't get in my face with a superior attitude about how you are ashamed of women. That you've accepted all the misogyny coming out of the Obama campaign and the msm leaves me with only one reply:

<strong>RIGHT BACK AT YOU!</strong>

I'm really hoping that this is true. Because this raptprick is so devious, him and his cabal, I have to think they they've got something really nasty up there sleeves. Let's pray that the good folks in the Republican Party get over their McCain disdain and not let this squeeze get elected. We have to make sure it isn't even close enough that they can cheat it.

Thank you for reaffirming one of the main reason I won't vote for Obama. If that's the kind of people who support him, then I know I belong on the other side. There's something wrong with a man who attracts that kind of fanaticism.

Thanks, Fly and HT! I smell a rat/troll...and when it looks like a troll and smells like a troll...(to quote someone else on this blog) scrape it off your shoe.

I don't think "D" is a "woman in her 60's" either. I was watching Carole King on Tavis Smiley's show last night (two of my favorite people on TV at the same time!) and she made me think of Hillary. These two strong, smart, talented women in their 60's who've accomplished so much in their lives and have so much more to give! Because all the women in their 60's that I know are the most talented, hard-working go-getters of all my friends...they're women I aspire to be. No, even a "woman in her 60's" who was naive enough to vote for Obama wouldn't make a comment like that. Because I know a woman in her 70's who voted for Obama, and her outlook on life is much simpler and more oblivious than that. The kind of attitude I expect from someone like, say, Claire McCaskill (yuck!).

Wasn't this the newspaper that was interviewing Hillary when she made her infamous RFK statement that was blown all out of proportion by the MSM? At least, the people who were interviewing her had sense enough to know what she was saying. That's more than we can say for some other so-called journalists. Yes, Keith, I'm talking about you.

Yeah, D, I'm pretty curious how someone could spend hours and hours researching the candidates and choose Obama. As of yet, I have never seen any Obama supporter give issue-specific reasons for supporting him. In the past year Obama and his associates have given enough material for any reasonable person to conclude that he is not what people choosing him (based on his books and speeches) thought he was.

I had to laugh at my State party chair, a SD, who wrote that he chose Obama "after careful consideration based upon reading his books and hearing some of his speeches" Not his record, not his integrity, not his associations, not his experience.. but two fictionalized books and some speeches other people wrote for him.

Is that the experience you cite? Other people's words that he recites? Does it not concern you that he is tight with the likes of Rezko (that guy on trial for corruption and such?), or those toxic pastors? Or perhaps his bff from Broadway Bank (the bank 9 out of 10 mobsters prefer in Chicago?) His lack of a paper trail from his State Senate days?

Or maybe it was how he suddenly found enough $$$ to hire an expensive law team to throw all of the challengers off the ballot when he ran for State Senator, by paying for a team of researchers to pore through every name on the (female) challenger's petitions. Maybe it was that incident that sealed the deal for you.

Maybe it was Penny Pritzker, the Subprime Queen of Superior Bank, as his finance director. Or maybe his top donors like Exelon (who Axelrod worked for) that got Obama's help with skirting responsibility for their actions.

Or maybe it was his white grandmother... who was tossed under the bus in order to quell the fuss over his racist pastor... that same pastor that was tossed under the bus with granny when polling revealed it was politically expedient to cut ties.

Could it be all those things that made you fall for Obama? Cuz it sure the hell couldn't be anything that had to do with women's issues.

I too was in Texas during the caucus'. I took my Mother and father to vote, then later that night I took then to the Local school for the caucus. I waqlked away to get a bottle of water for my Mother when a Young, tall AA walked up to my dad and asked him why he was there. My father, a Vet of Korea and Vietnam looked at this punk and told him to go to hell. He grabbed my Dad and started to pull him away from the table where he was to sign in as I walked up. Now I am 6'2", 290 and a former Bodybuilder. I have been told by some that I am an intimidating sort of fellow. lol.."One big Injun"!

Anyway as I walked up I told this punk to get his hands off my father or I would rip his throat out! He took a look at me and walked away. I noticed that as the night wore on, more and more people came and sat next to us as they too were being bullied by these punks! And another thing. I know a texas accent when I hear one and some of these punks were not TEXANS!

Anyway.....we called the police, my mother wanted this reported..They told us they could not help us as they could not find the "OFFENDER"! This happened ALL NIGHT, so dont tell me that there wasn't any Bullying going on.I SAW IT AND LIVED IT!

qwert- I was one of those people muscled aside at my caucus. Apparently by arrogant assholes like yourself. The people who were doing the intimidating at my Washington State caucus were affluent white males, who had the lifestyle that afforded them to be there. The shift workers, the people with small children and family obligations, those with NO transportation, the disabled, the elderly, had no chance.

My caucus location was completely unreachable by public transportation. It had two disabled parking spaces, and all the lot parking (in the small lot) was taken up by able-bodied Obama supporters.

It was a clusterfuck of momentous proportions. Hillary's signs were removed, I was accosted by Obama supporters. So don't tell ME that it was a matter of being "outorganized." I attended the caucus in 2004, as an Edwards supporter. Yes.. the Kerry people were more vocal, BUT it was NEVER NEVER like this. NEVER. You have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

The 2004 caucus was in a larger venue. It was run by Non-Partisan Democrats. There was order and civility. No one candidate dominated anything. Except for a few loudmouth Kerry supporters, it was largely civil. Had nothing to do with Edwards organization, or Kerry's organization. The gaming of the 2008 caucuses have EVERYTHING to do with systematic disenfranchising of Clinton supporters, and intimidation by Obama's followers.

I will never vote for that scumbag and his scumbag followers. Ever.
