Then she will not have much blood on her hands, so to speak, and be set for 2012. The same article says that Bill and she probably disagree about the VP. She's not interested. Bill might be more. It's a good article, entitled, "What Hillary Really Wants." Essentially, it's to get firmly established as the popular vote winner going out and then watch him fail.
