This is not an issue of voting rights; this is an issue of party rules that were seriously compromised by two states hoping to promote themselves above everyone else….

strange.. in my country candidates need to reach 2118 delegates to become the Democratic nominee.

Under the Dem. rules, “Uncommitted” go to the convention Uncommitted. The Rules committee awarded the votes as Uncommitted to be given to Obama. This is a violation of the rules (speaking of Michigan).

The Sample ballot in Michigan says right on the ballot “Instructions: For the office of President, you may vote for candidate or you may vote “Uncommitted”…Write-In To vote for a candidate whose name is not printed on the ballot, write or place the name of that candidate
in the blank space provided …”

Also, Obama advertised in a National TV buy that covered Florida, IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES. He should be SANCTIONED, according to the rules and GET NO DELEGATES FROM FLORIDA.

Zero Delegates from Mich and Florida for Obama as called for in the Rules.

The Rules committee and the Supreme Court are picking our leaders, not the voters.

As witnessed in Florida, The Republicans jammed the DUNCE. How did the DUNCE play a no brainier PR situation?

So what could have been Dean saying, “We refuse to have the state of Florida Republicans dictate the circumstances of our Democratic Primary and we will stand by our deeply held principles, that every vote counts and every vote will be counted.”, we get;

the country witnessing the honest decent hardworking Democratic voters of Florida getting screwed first by Republicans, which is nothing new, but then by their own party, BIG TIME.

The level of distrust of Florida voters is some of the highest in the nation and the DUNCE was to busy scamming the “rules” and process for BO, to notice they literally shot themselves in both feet.

If was a Dem in the state of Florida trust your own party? I think not.
