Rant for Hillary
By Ambrozine on June 8, 2008 at 12:47 AM in Current Affairs
The media, the talking bobble heads, as well as the brain dead so called Democratic party elders think that by choke holding Hillary to endorse Obama will influence her voters to vote for Obama. It is NOT going to happen, because most of her voters voted on the basis of principles, honesty and the true democratic way.
Hillary was seen as the clear-cut winner from the start and because of the hatred for the Clinton’s and media hype of Obama, the American people were fed with lies and propaganda about how the Clinton’s were race baiting. As a result of this the primaries took another turn, super delegates started to rush to Obama’s defense out of guilt, and to protect their own political agenda which thereby resulted in the Democratic Party’s fiasco and choke hold on Hillary.
The questions I ask Super D’s aka SUPER DONS:
1) What prompted your decisions to suddenly endorse Obama when Hillary began make her late surge in the primaries?
2) Which candidate do you really think has the core democratic base behind them?
3) Which candidate won most of the large states, and the states that will be crucial in November?
4) Which candidate won the districts of some of Obama’s top endorsers?
5) Which candidate got approximately 18 million of the primary votes?
6) What went on behind closed door during the extra hour after lunch at the RBC on May 31, 2008?
I also want to remind some of you Senators and District Representatives, you will be up for re-election in a few months, years or maybe less, but I can assure you the voters WILL NOT FORGET. Payback is going to be a b*tch.
AND NO HILLARY SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THE VP AS A COMPROMISE JUST BECAUSE SOME PUNDITS OR VOTERS SAY SO. AND NEITHER SHOULD SHE COMPROMISE ON ANYTHING AS A WAY TO SILENCE HER, PAY OFF HER DEBTS, OR TO WIN OVER HER SUPPORTERS. NO BLACKMAIL WILL BE TOLERATED.
I will keep saying, “HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A DEMOCRAT SCORNED, AND COME NOVEMBER WE WILL REMEMBER.”

Boycott Oprah!
Done with pleasure!
same here
yep
Go Ellen!!
I actually believe MOST of the pundits and supers are convinced most of the voting public are ignorant.
Especially since they voted in mass for gw twice!! How ignorant was that?
I can understand their little snobby minds only so far as I can THROW THEM!
Snot nosed, snobs & wannabee-elitists the Donna’s and Keith’s of the world dream ONLY of fine dining and a world where even well kept whites can serve them!!!
(they’re equal opportunity slave owners don’t cha know?)
pfffffffffft
A comment was made on Geraldo at large (Fox) last night by a reporter that middle class woking whites typically do not vote for threir ideals, but based on the color of the persons skin. So now we are just ignorant, racist middle class whites. This is how the media is hyping up the race card. Hillary did not start this, the media did.
That comment was idiotic on its face.
What about the 95% of elections where the candidates are the same color?
We don’t need to, she is already losing viewers. Helen Degeneres is now the No. 1 daytime talk show.
I want an investigation of AP, and why they came out with a bogus story that Clinton was “conceding” on the day of the SD and MT primary.
And an investigation of CNN on why they were happy to repeat it, and when the Clinton campaign corrected them, fabricated a story that Clinton was going to beg to be Obama’s vice president.
There is a difference between freedom of the press and soviet-style propaganda.
Sad to say this, but we need a law protecting Americans against money-controlled media. And this includes the NYT, who continues to bash the Clintons.
SAM ZELL AND RUPERT MURDOCH HAVE BEEN SITTING ON THE BOARD OF AP SINCE APRIL 07? JUST IN TIME TO FRAK WITH US
THEY ARE FOR UHHBAMA, THEY THINK THEY HAVE BOUGHT THEMSELVES A SHINY NEW POL….
keep doing, Opera is one the richest woman on TV, keep doing. Opera is not my favor. She cash on all those who dont use their brain, just to be ON TV!!! I can honestly say, that I blame for histeria about Obama, She started that MASS, we all know!!!
I’ve been boycotting Oprah and I second that
“most of her voters voted on the basis of principles, honesty and the true democratic way.”
yes we are honest and we have back bone. We are not politcal whore to just jumpt on obama’s camp because the party says so.
I recommend all of you to watch the electoral map strategy presentation on MacCain site. It is unbelievable, this is what we have been saying all along!! The Republicans are as happy as they can be with the Obama nomination.
McCain’s ads are on continuous rotation here in Michigan.
Gotta admit - I’m a bit disconcerted by Larry Johnson’s having described some of McCain’s key foreign policy advisors as “Bozos.”
But if Bob Barr has a team on the ground here, it’s underground, and that doesn’t do us much good.
So this year it’s Bozo v. Bozo.
I agree I am writing mccain about this guy larry talked about
maybe he can add some folks from Hillarys side
Irony Alert: Faux covered the fact that NO major retired ARMY staff had endorsed Uhbama OR mccain and they thought that interesting
they left out the 30+ FLAG OFFICERS WHO HAD ENDORSED HILARY THAT NO MSM COVERED of course..
sigh
I feel the most for the military who could have had Hillary and is now faced with this…..
Larry…
There are a lot of foreign policy issues for which you can contribute some reasoned and seasoned thinking. Change your blog back and help deprogram the lost souls yammering in the echo chamber you’ve given them, and are spending money on bandwith to support.
Emphasize the neocons in McCain’s crowd, as you pointed out. Reccomend them vote for a third party in a safe state and Obama in a swing state. Or don’t.. ..but you are really enabling insanity and haven’t even commented on the new revelations of Ledeen in Rome duped by Iranian agents.
what part of Obama being a threat to national security do you not understand? Yes, we’re venting here, this is a vent diary, so if you don’t like it leave.
Obama is a national security threat. At least McCain knows what he’s doing.
Larry Johnson himself, let alone HRC, thinks that neocons under McCain are a FAR bigger threat. This is objective, and inarguable. Give me empirical, fact-based evidence that Obama’s foreign policy advisers (mostly middle of the road liberal internationalists) are more dangerous than the crowd that brought us Iraq. And the concept of “national security” is nebulous. The nation decides what is “national security” or not. It a concept that obscures more than it
McCain is running a clean campaign, unlike Obama’s Chicago smear, intimidation machine.
I might disagree with McCain on some issues, but respect him, and may vote for him.
McCain was victimized just like Clinton. I think that is why he is keen on cleaning things up.
McCain is a rat. Douglas Valentine has written extensively on his his collaboration with the North Vietnamese. If you disagree with some issues, then you are objectviely enabling someone who is to the right of Bush even, on foreign policy. I understand your dislike of Obama, but be careful what you wish for. Voting for the hot-tempered nuclear friendly McCain is gambling with American - and Middle Eastern lives.
Do you want to be responsible for more war?
Douglas Valentine is anything but credible.
no, its obama that is dangerous. he wont even get a security clearance!
McCain will be in check with a democratic house and senate. In fact this is when our country has worked the best–when there is balance.
The congress will now have to get to work. Otherwise all of them will get primary challenges.
can we emphasize MCPEAK, ZBIEGNEW, MALLOY and the assorted other CARTER lozers obsessed with the USSR that doesnt exist except in their minds (not to doubt the power of Russia and Putin Mdyevev you understand but they will kick our buts economically if we dont FIX the economy also-hey remember when WE were breadbasket of the world, not any more it is Russia now)
can we get SOME NON pro Palistine anti Israel advisers in there ya think???
you know our ALLY Israel, remember them???
how about some advisers that dont want to play pat-a-cake with dictators or dangerous leaders who HATE us?? that would be ever so lovely!!!!
NO OBAMA NO NO NO
awesome rant!
The whitey tape is here! Obamabots already trying to spin it.
http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2008/06/the-whitey-tape.html
not the tape we’re looking for. don’t forget, barring circumstances, this tape will not be released until late october.
The tape will be released when it will do the most good. The way they throw the dispicable stuff under the rug is the reason the tape is being used strategically.
Yep — I don’t blame the GOP at all for withholding the tape.
The SHOCK value will be of maximum value in October — too early and the Obama gang will try to convince everyone that the sky is purple.
I remember the shock when the torture photos hit — and then the shock wore off and suddenly it was no problem that the US was using obscene torture methods.
I’ve heard racist rants from blacks — way back in the dark ages — and I am certain that Mrs. Obama’s rant is probably up there in the top 1% of racist rants.
do not click on it. It’s a bogus music video with a picture of ugly herself.
Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!
http://clintondems.com/no-vote-petition/
I support Clinton because electing Obama would be a disaster for this country with his hatred of everything not Obama, his ties to known terrorists, and his ties to crooked Chicago politics. Unfortunately, McCain is only slightly better. Clinton’s request to support Obama does not change any of the above. Sorry, Hillary. But I must vote in the best interests of the country. That precludes supporting Obama.
ditto, jwrjr.
puma.
Senator Clinton was forced to drink the kool aide.
Do NOT follow her over the cliff.
Obama is an African American version of Bush.
Bush was also sold as an agent of change, a Washington outsider and lots of people just bought into it.
They both went to Harvard
Both have messiah complex.
Bush’s wife is at least presentable though.
Obama is Bush with a tan… they even have the same ears. But George went to Yale.
Correction, George’s undergraduate studies were at Yale. He got an MBA from Harvard
How did he get in, I wonder?
Would love to see those SAT scores.
Probably in the low 300’s. At best.
MEchelle is the one with the real low SATS apparently. Someone posted that she’s still enraged over her low SATs.
That’s why she had to rely on not merely Affirmative Action Quotas to get into Princeton, but also the Legacy Program. Her brother was Princeton’s star athelete at theat point.
Obamarosa had every reason to feel as if she didn’t belong at Princeton. She didn’t, and she knew it.
Instead of accepting her own intellectual limitations as being the reason for her alienation, she blames it, of course, on “race”.
he went to Harvard Business School for his mba
just what we need in the white house: another inexperiencd former cocaine user who will get the top job because of connections.
…and money, money, money!
And I think Bush wouldn’t be a bad guy to, you know, sit down and shoot the breeze with. Just all around more likeable, if you ask me. (As a person, not a president.) And, yes, Laura seems nice.
I know some people that had this same view of things when stood by their principles and voted Nader in 2000.
Ambrozine: all good questions for superdelegates: you should actually send them to them. This site is still up an running for a bit longer
www dot lobbydelegates dot com
(the spam filters don’t let me post it as link directly but you get the idea).
I have used it to reach all my supers in MA. It’s very easy; choose Hillary and then a state and tells you who was for who ( don’t know when was the last up date) but it doesn’t matter; I wrote to committed to HRC, uncommitted and committed to BO. You should choose the email option which is free.
It’s a very good site. CONTACT YOUR SUPERDELEGATES AND TELL THEM HOW YOU FELL AND WHAT YOU PLAN TO DO (POLITELY BUT FIRM).
Andy, Edward O’Rielly is challenging John Kerry’s Senate seat in MA this year, but he had to get 15% of the votes at the convention yesterday in order to be on the primary ballot. Do you know if he got that? If he did I will be signing up to campaign for O’rielly and against Kerry.
http://www.boston.com/news/local/articles/2008/06/08/gloucester_lawyer_to_challenge_kerry/
KarenAnn - Edward O’Reilly got the 15% go be on the ballot. It will be a pleasure to vote against Kerry.
tavyprof, thank you, I just went to the Boston globe website. He garnered 22.5%. I signed up for his web newsletter. I will call his campaign on Mon and the first question I will ask him is “who did you support in the Dem Primary?” If he says Hillary, I will campaign for him vigorously.
KarenAnn:
Could you please post back what do they tell you? (about his primary support) ? Thanks.
Karen Ann:
Actually…. they might not tell you at this point…
Bear in mind his strong issue is healthcare and a single payer system.
So my inclination is he must have favored HRC (privately).
He wouldn’t alienate anyone at this point. besides :
VOTING AGAINST KERRY MATTERS !!!
Here’s his web site address:
http://edoreilly.com/where-we-stand
I just asked him that same question. I told him I wanted to donate money to his campaign, but first want to know which Democratic Primary candidate he supported, Hillary or Obama. I will wait for his reply. My guess is he supported Hillary since the asshole Kerry didn’t honor his constituents votes.
YAY YAY We are sending him money from here in AZ to get Kerry OUT OUT OUT!!!!!!
Thank you Kevin for posting the article. KarenAnn yes; he did got the signatures. Here is his website;
http://www.edoreilly.com/
He is for single payer healthcare. He lives in Glucester but grew up in Westeren MA -college at UMass Amherst– etc. I like him.
He will need all all the help we can give him. I plan to writing to Kerry again
and let him know where my support is going.
I wrote Kerry once after he started to ask HRC to drop to reconsider and to please stop the nonsensical public comments and mention I was starting to consider Ed O’Reilly. Kerry then went on TV with his embarrassing interview when he said that
“BO was qualified to be President b/c he is a black man”
That was it for me. Kerry lost it. That was shameful.
Primaries are first days of September (I think right after Labor Day ?)
Thanks for putting up the contact information. I just gave $25 online…..
These bastards [Brazile, Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy, Kerry, Clyburn, Conyers, Dean, Byrd] will pay for what they have done to Senator Clinton.
Need to start a MA Campaign: Boot out Kerry !!!
Woohoo*! I’d love to see Kerry get challenged.
He is being challenged both within Dems and Reps. 1 Dem and 2 Rep. going for his seat.
Pelosi’s seat (D-CA) is being challenged too by 4 others including Cindy Sheehan who is far left.
thank you!!
sending ed money now and spreading his site far and wide!!!
go away Kerry
far away
far far away!!!
If you get a chance please watch John McCain strategy briefing video on his website. I am not trying to promote McCain but it gives you a good insight in to how pragmatic and logical republicans are when it comes to winning election and why they really win election. The republican video admits that region of Eastern Ohio, Western Penn and North West Virginia is probably key to winning in 2008 and is most certainly Clinton country. How stupid democrats are to throw this election away by not nominating Hillary is beyond me. Even republicans seem to understand this.
http://www.johnmccain.com/strategybriefing/
yes I saw it , it is exactly what we have been saying all along.
That is the truth. They have the ususal crush the opponent plan we’ve been trying to tell the little obamanewbie no nothings about for a year.
Too bad the DNC decided to throw the election to him for the top office this year just to get his phony database full of dead people and pets.
Hillary is the base. Memo to base “stay home” per Donna.
Nope, we’re gonna vote, just like we always have… but you sure aren’t gonna like the payback Ms. Bigmouth cheerleader and traitor.
Hillary’s problem was to take the election for granted in the beginning. I can see McCain doing the same thing.
What they need to know is they are not running against an honest candidate. McCain is running against someone who has the 60 ways to steal the vote. McCain needs to do an about face and realize this.
That was really interesting and such a nice way to present the information. Liked it a lot. Thanks.
What I really want to know is, how the hell did Barky get a security clearance? If an FBI or CIA recruit had the kind of ties that Obama has (REZCO), they’d never get hired. Larry or Susan, isn’t there some kind of way the Founding Fathers had of preventing someone like Barky from getting this close to the White House? This is scary shit.
I read someplace that Obama has dual citzenship (Kenya). Not sure if this is true, but if it is, it seems scary that someone with that kind of tie to another country could be president. It seems like a huge conflict of interest.
No, children born in the U.S., to an American parent, are not allowed to have dual citizenship. Other countries allow dual citizenship, but last I heard, the U.S. still did not.
The US allowed it in the 90’s when I got my Dutch citizenship. Not sure if they still do. If I do eventually have to choose just one, I’ll choose Holland for many reasons, starting with 1 person 1 vote.
Many Canadians live in Florida.
Duals are no problem.
BO was born to a parent with Kenyan citizenship. The dual-c’ship thing is unclear — he may indeed be legally Kenyan. (He’s also considered Moslem by Muslims because of his father.)
if he was not born in the US, that is the key. He can have dual citizenship.
It depends where he was born and what does the other country allows as well. If he was born here; and the other country allows –say children of its citizens to apply for citizenship then that is in principle alright. What you cannot do ever is enter or leave the US or carry any other business overseas–as such- with another passport if you are a US citizen.
Who says he has one? You don’t need a security clearance to be elected (thank God… I don’t want the FBI telling us who can or cannot be elected), but you might need one to actually hold meetings of the Senate Sub-Committee on Europeans Affairs.
CiC doesn’t need security clearance, either, as it’s automatic with the job. We’ll know more come the fall.
Age and Citizenship requirements - US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
LOL: that is why he didn’t run directly when he was 30 !! With his arrogance I am sure he was itching to.
Strawberry,
I had those same Questions. The ONLY criteria for running for office is getting enough signatures to get on a ballot, and of course money raising prowess. Criminality or dirty dealing are only a FACTOR if they have been widely publicized.
Even worse, the staff’s in all congressional offices “Serve at the pleasure of the Member” - no security checks there either. That is how Obama is able to hire Nation of Islam people.
Change defintely is needed in checking candidates and their staffs.
The NOI bodyguards everywhere around Wright, Pfleger, Farrakhan and
Obama campaign events (!) bothered me enormously.
The secret service won’t allow those guys near Obama & family as bodyguards but they have been and probably still are “around” as part of his staff. No question.
I thought I saw a couple NOI’s at Hillary’s final rally last night. Then when her website was taken over by BO and all I know something is seriously going on that we are not aware of.
We won’t ve voting issues this time so much as we’ll be voting to save the country from an unknown agenda.
Standard Form 86 ( http://www.opm.gov/Forms/pdf_fill/sf86.pdf ) is the application form to receive security clearance for government positions.
Questions include: Dual Citizenship, Where you have lived, Schools you have attended, Relatives and Associated, Citizenship of relatives and associates, Foreign activities and foreign countries you have visited, Police record, Use of illegal drugs and drug activity…
I particularly like question 30-a: “Have you ever been an officer or a member or made a contribution to an organization dedicated to the violent overthrow of the United States Government and which engages in illegal activities to that end, knowing that the organization engages in such activities with the specific intent to further such activities?”
The same information is needed on the spouse of applicant.
I don’t see how Obama would ever be able to view the classified information needed to perform the duties of President of the United States.
The undemocratic nature of you DEADENDERS brings a churlish chuckle to my Sunday morning.
Best argument any Obama supporter can muster as to why their candidate should win:
Comment by Fosbach | 2008-06-08 08:50:45
“Because he is the nominee and it`s a lot easier to tell nutcases who can`t accept reality to seek treatment.”
It’s the democracy, stupid.
Obama can’t get a security clearance. Who is the dead ender?
1) Where do you get your information on who does and doesn’t have a security clearance?
2) He’ll certainly have one when he is in the oval office.
3) What kind of progressive cares about such issu
toosky: Thanks for the traffic. NQ loves you !! Please keep clicking.
what’s undemocratic about making sure Obama is qualified to be president?
Maybe that is why Obama never held a committee meeting on the committee he chairs. Anywork he would need to do would require clearance for Obama. Easier to not hold a hearing than submit for clearance.
Excellent observation. Astute. Makes sense to me.
I so agreed with your point about the core democrats. I’ve debated with myself over this one. On the one hand, I do think it’s smart to appeal to the youth. The Republicans have a problem right now. They are out of youth. That’s “start-over” time.
On the other hand, even the great Potomac blow-out, the statistic I noticed that kept getting ignored was that she won 6 out of 10 registered Democrats.
That was an eye-opener.
Right then, I saw we’d end up in a horrible split party. I was right.
And it is the core Democrats that are mad.
Where I’ve come out on this issue is that this split is due to a failure of leadership. It shouldn’t have happened.
There was a way to expand the base without kicking the core group to the curb and telling us to suck it up.
This is the failure of the lions in our party.
They will have to be responsible, too.
I just got an e-mail from howard dean on unity.
my reply : due to your cowardly behavior and unamerican stealing of votes. I was ashamed to be a democrat. I changed parties. As donna brazille told the democratic base “stay home” since I am no longer in the democratic party I can do everything in my power to make sure obama never gets near the white house.
You got this email too??
Dear *****,
We’ve just finished the most exciting primary contest in a generation, and Barack Obama is our presumptive nominee for President.
Senator Clinton ran an outstanding campaign and we all should be deeply thankful for the passion, energy, and ideas that defined her from the start. Our country and our Party are better off today because the incredible amount of work she and her supporters put into her campaign. We thank Hillary for her leadership, her commitment to America and the Democratic Party.
It can be tough to lose a hard-fought race — I know, because I’ve been there. But no matter who you supported, you’re part of a bigger family — one that shares the same hopes, values, and dreams. This campaign is so much more than any of us or any candidate. It’s about the future of our country, and our collective desire to take it back for the people who make it great.
Over the next few weeks and months, our family will reunite. It starts today, and I’m asking for your help. Reach out to your friends and family, your neighbors and coworkers, and anyone else who may have fought hard for what they believed in. Bring them in and remind them that we’re a family — that together, we can bring about fundamental change and elect a Democratic president.
We have to be unified if we’re going to bring universal health care to America’s families, to help fight global climate change, to ensure a woman’s right to make her own medical decisions, and to end the war in Iraq.
We have to be unified if we’re going to put a Democrat back in the White House.
Over the past few years, we’ve all been part of the work to rebuild the Democratic Party in all 50 states.
When the primary came around, we found ourselves with two once-in-a-lifetime candidates. Barack and Hillary crossed the country inspiring activists, building organizations, and registering new voters. In state after state, we saw record turnout that dwarfed the Republican’s; we saw hundreds of thousands of Americans become involved with a Democratic campaign for the first time; and millions of voters saw just how passionately we feel about the future of our country.
After years of rebuilding and a historic primary campaign, our Democratic community is stronger than ever before. And with Barack Obama, we have a candidate who has inspired millions of people to believe again.
But change doesn’t come easily — and no matter how much we’ve prepared, no matter how inspiring our candidate, no matter how badly we want it to happen, we have to fight for it every step of the way. Absolutely nothing will be handed to us over the next five months — we have to do everything we can to make sure Barack Obama is our next President.
We’ve just seen two brilliant candidates run the most exciting primary in decades. Now we need to come together and finish the job.
I’m looking forward to it.
Howard Dean
I send him a message to kiss my ass and then I unsubscribed.
here’s my response. It was so crass it was done right after HRC’s speech.
A most excellent rant!!!! However, I think someone is planning a few thousand fraudulent votes to make up for the votes they’ve lost from us.
http://clintondems.com/2008/06/dems-registering-dogs-cats-dead-people/
My cat would vote Libertarian - I am positive about this.
it is not just Kerry, remember what Richardson and others did. What about Pelosi,Read, they need to GO, they lie to US 2 years ego, and thy should be remove!!!! California and Nevada should do just that. How We can get names of those who change their support from Hillary to Obama, especjally at the end, take them to cleaners….. None of them should win any office anymore. It is time to kick them out!!!
Hillary still can run, She postponed Her fight for Presidency, but She is still on list, just like Edwards or Run Paul(R)…
Cindy Shahan will go against Pelosi, who will go against Read!!!! Haward Dean , lets have petition to remove Dean!!!
Nice. Nice Letter to Dean. I hope that took a bite out of his ego.
I call him arrogant Dean. He has such a crush on BO.
If McCain wins, it’ll also allow us to kick arrogant Dean to the curb like he did to Hillary.
BO intends to keep arrogant Dean on. That was the deal they made for helping stop counting Hillary votes.
WOW! Im jealous I did not get one yet! I suppose 18 million e-mails takes some time.
helen: excellent reply, these guys have to learn not to play despot with democracy; it is a dangerous and slippery path.
To empty calls for unity and rhetorical “yes we can” this is my reply:
Never again !!
They even had Hillary saying “yes we can” in her final speech. No wonder I was throwing up all night.
yes but the Chicago Combine with its Alinski techniques apparently didnt get the memo so they did it their way–divide, divide, race bait, divide, slander, instigate
they will reap the whirlwind in November baby
:0)
I have a large number of women friends who are also Republicans. Nearly all have told me that they were planning to vote for Hillary Clinton. I know that many of these same women hated Bill Clinton. But this women were going to vote for Hillary.
Probably you also have friends and co-workers who are Republicans who were going to vote for Hillary Clinton in the General Election.
I can assure you that NOT A SINGLE ONE of these Republican friends would even consider voting for Obama. They do like like Obama and they do not trust Obama — it is a National security issue.
Obama will NOT WIN in November.
He does NOT have the votes. There is nothing at all that Hillary can do to persuade us to vote for the Obamanation.
Oh and these same people would NEVER ever vote for Nader — that argument is a non-starter.
Obama is the Nader option. He was selected — Obama did not get the majority of votes and the Obama delegates represent substantially FEWER votes than the Clinton delegates.
As a volunteer, I spoke with many Repugs who said they would vote for HIllary in the GE.
yes MANY!! Women stopped me every single day to tell me they would vote Hillary when they saw my buttons on my purse, every single day in GOP land here
it would have been a sweep to victory..
maroons in the cabal dont care, they think the shiny new Dems who arent even Dems will help them take more seats in Congress, as if THAT is the reason they have done NOTHING since 2006 on Iraq
NO ITS CAUSE THEY HAVE NO GUTS
NO GUTS
NO GLORY
I predict a LOSS of seats as SDs get payback for sticking us with Obama after we see who he is, we here know but many in the general electorate do not, and when the 527s show us who he is the people will think WTH is my congressperson thinking endorsing this guy and PUSHING Hillary OUT and then we will question THEIR JUDGEMENT also and OUT they will go…..
Yes and word is out that donkey brazille created a new delegate map just for BO in the AA area’s before the election began. They shifted the delegate allotment in counties as they went along too.
Hillary camp didn’t pay attention to numbers. Hillary a great candidate, had slackers minding the store.
I do have suspicions about Mark Penn.
I feel strongly that he was paid off to run a bad campaign unbeknownst to Hillary.
When Hillary pushed him in the background and had others lead, she started winning.
The big question is where did all of barky’s votes come from if they were substantially lower than the big states even though the delegate allotment was in his favor for fewer votes.
I am truly torn. I feel the pain as a Hillary supporter. At the same time, I was proud of my candidate as she gave a profoundly historical speech. To clarify, I have always been proud of Hillary. I just have mixed feelings about all the infighting. I am educated and well informed (yes, a Hillary supporter). I understand what is at stake, and I understand the difference between a Republican or a Democrat in the White House. Yet, I cannot forgive that the so-called party leaders did not speak out sooner against the blatant sexist attacks and misogyny that was largely perpetrated and promoted by the MSM and Obama supporters/surrogates.
Hillary’s speech was truly moving, inspiring. I AM ONE OF 18 MILLION. Although, I can appreciate why Hillary has endorsed Obama, I do not have to follow. This is now bigger than her. This party use to stand for something. I see no evidence of that, when the party decides to meet in secret and votes to ignore the “fair reflection” of the will of the people.
Nonetheless, Hillary has won more votes, 18 MILLION, than anyone ever running for President. She is the first woman to win a major primary and she started a movement. Yes, a movement. Women have taken notice to the latent misogyny that was let out of the gate like a race horse. No more. I AM MAD AS HELL, AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
My vote counts as a full vote, not this half nonsense. To Howard, Donna, Nancy, and Reid, I say goodbye. Never felt so good to leave.
I never believed Hillary was entitled to the presidency. Instead, I believe she fought for it with the passion of a boxer in the ring. She earned it. She was deserving of fair and civilized treatment. Even after her concession speech, the good old boys at MSNBC continued the attacks.
I do not believe there is anything anyone can say to me to get me to vote for BO. If Hillary can’t do it…well, no one can.
To Hillary and her family, my gratitude and best wishes. To the party, good riddance.
well said, radthinker.
like you, i have enormous admiration and respect for hillary. but she is telling us to vote for bo because of loyalty to the party (hard to understand, since the party went out of its way to denigrate both her and bill - a party trashing one of its own senators and one of its own former presidents is incredible, isn’t it?).
we, however, are not bound by hillary’s suggestion,
just as we are not bound by endorsements from anyone, even if we respect the endorser.
it’s a free country. at least for now.
i’ve bid the party good riddance, after 4 decades of giving them my support.
they’ve shown no loyalty to their voters and have, therefore, not earned our loyalty.
“trasing one of its former Presidents”..
not only its former President, but the only 2 term Democratic President since 40 years with the best legacy possible (except the episode staged and spun by certain Repubs)It seems so very dumb.
As for the difference between a Republican and a Dem in the White House, it’s better if it’s a Republican president with a Democratic Congress. Government works best when it’s balanced. Someone with such a record as McCain’s for bipartisanship and reform would be great. I don’t feel bad about dumping the Dems this year.
I can imagine Hillary working with McCain as Senate Majority Leader to advance the (real) Democratic agenda.
Well here’s hoping some new Dem blood shows up to run against the moronic SDs in my area who supported Uhhbama over Hilary cause I am voting them out out out….
McCain is so center that he has had a tough time getting his normal base together. They shied of supporting him and were going to stay home if Hillary were the candidate. That has all changed now.
radthinker:
Thank you for your thoughtful comment; well said. You say something very important there as well regarding the path we will walk in the next few months, perhaps years. We support HRC with all our might for
the Presidency. But what the DNC has done is unforgivavble and unforgettable and needs to be stopped in its track: that is larger than her. She also did what she had to; her life is politics and policy: she had no choice. And hats off to her. She is my hero.
But we are supporters, not followers. We know what’s important.
BTW read this article about what transpired on Wednesday after her WIN in South Dakota. According to it, she was asking them to please wait, to let her think for a little bit. The answer was NO.
You will understand the terrible pressure she was in. Obama threatened to challenged all NY congress-people with his own people in upcoming primaries. Charles Rangel twisted HRC arm all the way.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0608/10886.html
Yes, Charles Rangel, was demending from Hillary to step down, and on steps of White Hose, with other back stubbers call to Hillary to step down. What kind a man He is, two facer and another trader, take Him out from His seat…, Diane Fanshtain to…Term limits for Senators must , this is only way, no life time position….
You’ve said it loud. I will not vote for Obama with or without Hillary on the ticket. I want him defeated so I can punish the Democratic Party for what they done. Forgiveness is beyond me.
Relax Hillary, get a spa.
Below is a discussion of the board legislation by Evelyn Pringle, who published a very detailed series on Obama’s crimes at opednews.com. These articles have been cited around the world.
Following her discussion is a link to a discussion, also reproduced, of 18 USC 1346, which, again is the section under which Obama will be prosecuted.
First, Evelyn’s discussion:
The evidence presented in “Tony Rezko’s] trial focused on his influence over officials in getting members appointed to the Boards. Prosecutors did not discuss how the legislation got passed that enabled the Planning Board to be set up in a way that allowed for the appointment of members to rig the votes to begin with. That part of the scheme will likely be detailed in future indictments, probably starting with Blagojevich. Blagojevich signed the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act with an effective date of June 27, 2003. However, before he could sign the act, a bill had to be passed by the Illinois House and Senate. As discussed fully in Curtain Time Part II, Obama was the inside guy in the senate who pushed through the legislation that resulted in the Act. Obama was appointed chairman of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee. The minute the bill was introduced, it was referred to his committee for review. The sponsors of the bill also served on this committee with Obama. Within a month, Chairman Obama sent word to the full senate that the legislation should be passed. On May 31, 2003, Senate Bill 1332 passed and specified that the “Board shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate.” The legislation reduced the number of members from 15 to 9, paving the way for the appointment of a five-bloc majority to rig the votes. The corrupt members appointed included three doctors who contributed to Obama. Michel Malek gave Obama $10,000 on June 30, 2003 and donated $25,000 to Blagojevich on July 25, 2003. Malek also gave Obama another $500 in September 2003. Fortunee Massuda donated $25,000 to Blagojevich on July 25, 2003, and gave a total of $2,000 to Obama on different dates. After he was appointed, Dr Imad Almanaseer contributed a total of $3,000 to Obama. Almanaseer did not give money to Blagojevich. When the first pay-to-play scheme was put in play, and the application for approval of a new hospital was submitted, the Department of Human Services, along with four other Illinois agencies, sent recommendations that the project should be approved even though experts said the hospital was not needed. During the trial, Rezko’s attorney presented an email exchange to the jury that hinted at Obama’s role in setting up the scheme. The exchange showed that Obama and seven other top Illinois politicians consulted on the legislation passed in 2003 and were involved in recommending the members for the board. Matthew Pickering wrote the memo to Blagojevich’s general counsel, Susan Lichtenstein, on behalf of David Wilhelm, a former chairman of the Democratic National Committee, who headed Blagojevich’s 2002 campaign for governor. Pickering said he and Wilhelm had “worked closely” over six months with state legislators. The memo recommended the appointees listed above and stated, “our attached recommendations reflect that involvement” with the political leaders. The persons appointed to rig the votes, including those who contributed to Blagojevich and Obama, are cooperating in exchange for immunity or lighter prison sentences. Feds shut down pay-to-play schemes. Only two pay-to-play schemes succeeded before the Feds swooped in and shut them all down. Blagojevich did not receive the $1.5 million from the Planning Board deal because the hospital was never built. But Obama received $20,000 from the first kickback paid in the pension fund scheme and the straw donors used to funnel the $10,000 payments, Elie Maloof and Joseph Aramanda, also made $1,000 contributions to Obama’s failed run for Congress in 2000. In addition, Aramanda gave $500 to Obama’s senate campaign on June 30, 2003. In the summer of 2005, Aramanda’s son landed an intern position in Obama’s Washington office. Obama also received contributions for his senate campaign from the two persons appointed to rig the vote on the pension fund board. On June 30, 2003, Jack Carriglio contributed $1,000, and the other appointee, Anthony Abboud, donated $500 on June 30, 2003, $250 on March 5, 2004, and $1,000 on June 25, 2004. The person chosen to funnel the kickback in a future scheme, Michael Winter, donated $3,000 to Obama on June 30, 2003. All these people are also cooperating in exchange for immunity or lesser prison sentences but prosecutors pointed out during closing arguments that people who entered into agreements with the government are required to tell the truth or all deals are off.
Very few have been paying attention to this story in the MSM. This details the scheming and manipulation of Obama. No one has investigated where Rezko obtained the money he didn’t have to put a down payment on the lot next to Obama’s mansion he couldn’t afford.
No one has exposed how Obama is simply a political parasite.
Until we Clinton Democrats and other patriotic Americans get our own national cable TV and newspaper we CAN’T get the truth out. But the truthi is readily available and the MSM has run out of stalling tactics.
The Presumptive One should be under the glare of the media and therefore subject to scrutiny not a love fest. If they MSM won’t or can’t shift gears then their wolf in sheeps clothing will be revealed.
After Hillary’s speech, the reality of the MSM Poo-dunce revealed the obvious. They are CLINGING to Hillary. The Poo-dunce didn’t think of plan B. That succeeded in tossing their meal
ticket to the side and now what. They focus on a really boring suit with no substance, and John McCain. Ha!
Hey fellas Mommy’s going vacation now, and leaving you behind. Try to make yourself useful to the public. Rezko and Obama connection for st
mccain and the republican’s will begin the slow chew and we will start to see all the messy business
My question is this: Are any of these people going to have the balls to implicate Obama? Chicago seems so corrupt that it doesn’t seem as if they would be above taking any of these people out. It appears as if the governor, Blagojevich, is going to be the fall guy and then will receive a pardon under an Obama presidency.
That the msm is NOT covering this tells me that higher powers are in play. This is again another reason why I won’t support Obama. If we have reached this point in America, where the overt manipulation of an election is in play, then we are not far off from the Orwellian nightmare. A lot of people scoff at this notion, but I say, this has already happened with the Patriot Act. Imagine Obama as president with such all the powers that Bush has set up? Very chilling. Very chilling, indeed.
The leftwing nutjobs whose Clinton-hatred and misogyny have blinded them to the real Obama, have a rude awakening in store, as does the AA community should Obama get elected. I still believe that the wheels are already in play to STEAL the election. There was a link to an article I posted on another thread from a New Orleans newspaper that reports an aggressive grassroots organization is already sending in registrations with irregularities: dead people and even pet’s names. We all know that New Orleans, still recovering from Hurricane Katrina, with all of its displaced residents, would be ripe for this sort of thing. After all, New Orleans has its own reputation for political corruption in the past.
I think we have to pay attention to these ‘registration drive’ groups in our communities and to alert our individual election boards about possible fraud. I am particularly fearful about latino voters who may not speak English well. I intend to volunteer for the Republican Party in my neighborhood on election day in order to make sure no latino voter is deliberately confused by aggressive Obama volunteers.
I’m sure there will be record turnouts so certain communities will have to be on alert. What Obama wants is for the vote to be close enough in order to steal it. I intend to do my part to make sure it won’t be close.
Again, I’m not crazy about McCain, but I agree with others who have pointed out his history of bi-partisanship. Remember, Kerry wanted him as his VP. To me, that speaks volumes and it’s a talking point I will always use.
There is something very dirty about where Obama got all his “internet contributions” The MSM continues the meme of “small contributions” either on purpose b/c it fits their storyline or b/c they are really stupid and don’t know how to count.
His money should be traced. I read about his big bundlers here in the US ( donating hundred of thousands themselves by splitting it among their work force –and then reimbursing them–).
That scam is probably common among pols (in his case it’s worse b/c of his “new kind of politics” bullshit).
So I am interested more in foreign money coming in. That is the real story behind Rezko since we already know that Obama voters and the media give a damn about the people he screwed in his own district with the housing scam.
OOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo!
rut roh, rut roh, rut roh! rut roh!
obambi bedda hide! It’s a Lonnnnnnng time until August.
(sorry for the apparent loss of sanity but this is a delicious investigation but oh so deep too bad MOST will not follow it)
When Kerry lost I didn’t feel at all like this. I was angry that the republicans had won using such slimey tactics but this loss has left me feeling very heavy.
When I look back over the collected videos and statements from the media and the Obama camp I am truely heartbroken. The hatred and digusting lies about Senator Clinton were churned out day after day after day. She stood up there and just kept fighting. All of the hatred coming at her like giant waves.
And then her own peers turned against her and abandoned the basic princicples of the democratic party. I don’t understand. Things are upside down for me now. I am in exile.
My own former party disgusts me. To vote for Obama is to condone their wretched behavior. But McCain and the republicans aren’t an option….are they?
The misogyny and disrespect towards Hillary and her supporters is just too much to bear. For now, I just can’t vote at all. My party has behaved shamefully.
HIllary would have been an outstanding President. She would have guided us through the mess we’ve been left in and taken us to a new day of growth and progress.
This is all wrong. It just feels all wrong.
sarah, i truly believe that obama is counting on us not voting or writing in hillary or voting third party. if we do this, and he can suppress republican votes (and suppression is one of his favorite tactics), he figures he can win without us.
the only way we can be sure that obama doesn’t win is to vote for mccain.
so it comes down to whether we’d rather see president obama or president mccain. we really don’t have any other choice.
i would rather see president mccain than president obama, so i’ll vote mccain.
unless, of course, the democratic party comes to its senses and nominates hillary.
Good points!
Yes, our family will vote for McCain!
Throughout the primary, Obama emulated Black Liberation Theology which teaches hatred for Whites.
Hillary not only took hits because she’s a woman, but because she’s white.
When a stranger mugs you, you don’t take it personally. When you family kicks the shit out of you and tells you to suck it up, it’s personal.
Yeah, this time it’s personal and payback’s a bitch.
My feelings exactly. When the repubs did this shit to us we expected it but we never expected this garbage from our own party.
sara,
You are absolutely right. I feel the same way. The Party, the msm and Obama along with his supporters behaved in ways that are simply UNFORGIVEABLE!
I have to make a statement by voting for McCain. I wish there was another way, but there isn’t. And as an adult I have confronted this reality. Life is filled with moments when you have to make difficult choices. And I’m sure that in the scheme of things, this won’t be the hardest.
It feels dirty.
you are ohh so right (I believe) that a vote for Obama is truly a vote CONDONING all the WOMAN/HILLARY hating PUNKS & HATERS out there.
Those same bullies PREACH about the bullies from the other side in blind ignorance of how they are exactly the same.
But actually they are worse because now they have made me and many others feel equally as DIRTY!!!
I will NEVER FORGIVE THEM!!
welcome to the “proudly” unaffiliate party! or better known as P.U.M.A.
I will vote GOP to keep the Dems from getting away with this and frankly to keep the nation safe, ad the SDs are going too
all of them OUT OUT OUT
they like to twist arms and put immense pressure on Hilary the WINNER of the POPULAR VOTES and the clear WINNER in a GE behind the scenes do they?
let’s see how well they handle the pressure when half of them are tossed out of office come November..
WTH do they think they are to FORCE our candidate out before the convention this way??
frak them, they need to remember they work for US and WE voted or Hillary and wanted her to stay in
Hillary can go rest now and WE can take it to the polls in November and remind them who they work for, and it aint Uhhbama Pelosi Reid Rangel or the rest of them it is US…..
Here is my laundry list of media branding of Hillary in this campaign / sexism v. racism. Let me know if I left anything out.
ABC’s David Wright said “it took two Clintons” to beat Obama in SC. That comment could have been taken as sexist (”Billary” anyone?) Bill Clinton responded, “Jesse Jackson won SC in ‘84 and ‘88. Obama ran a good campaign here.” He traded affirmative action digs with Obama.
It seems to be a sensitive issue with Obama, if we can judge by the savaging of the original affirmative action candidate Geraldine Ferraro who said Obama is very lucky to be who he is right now. Is that saying that Obama has been given an easy ride in life by being black? No. It is saying that he can run for President with very little comparative experience on a national level, and the country will be excited by a post-racial candidate who can do this. We are “swept up in the concept.” A little rude, maybe, but by no means racist.
Party leaders repeatedly called for Hillary to sit down and shut up since after NH. Which she won. Along with TX, OH and RI. Then PA, WV, IN and KY. All the while, people were telling her to quit “for the sake of the party.” And the media made absolutely inexcusable remarks. [www.youtube.com]
Hillary crying before the NH primary brings up several interesting points. There was the offensive comment by Obama advisor, retired Gen. Merrill A. “Tony” McPeak, who said in a telephone interview that Obama has “real gravitas, not artificially created, focus-grouped, poll-directed, rehearsed gravitas.” He also said Obama “doesn’t go on television and have crying fits; he isn’t discovering his voice at the age of 60″ — references to Clinton’s much-publicized show of emotion during the New Hampshire primary campaign and her speech after winning the contest in which she declared that she had “found my voice.” For the record, it seems Obama learned a lot about himself throughout these primaries. He learned that taking over $250,000 from filthy influence peddlers and letting them by you a house is “boneheaded.” He learned his church is controversial after attending it for 20 years. He learned he’s bad at bowling. Gutter Ball found his voice in a way, too, though sometimes borrowing Deval Patrick’s words in a pinch.
Jesse Jackson had this to say about Hillary Clinton crying before NH: “Those tears also have to be analyzed. They have to be looked at very, very carefully in light of Katrina, in light of other things that Mrs. Clinton did not cry for, particularly as we head to South Carolina where 45 percent of African-Americans will participate in the Democratic contest, and they see real hope in Barack Obama.” You don’t think he was playing the race card, do you? Jesse Jackson himself just said Obama would likely win the state in the same way he did, and it was because blacks would realize the Clintons are racists and opportunists. For the record, Bill and Hillary Clinton enlisted Hillary’s old employer in a relief effort within days of the tragedy. “Over the next few days, Wal-Mart’s response to Katrina — an unrivaled $20 million in cash donations, 1,500 truckloads of free merchandise, food for 100,000 meals and the promise of a job for every one of its displaced workers… ” and the Clintons were singled out in the article as organizing this response.
One last note on the NH primary, though… Obama likely did the most to stir up resentment among women voters when he told Hillary in a debate she was “likable enough.” Throughout much of the campaign, Obama quoted Karl Rove when he said “nobody brings such high negatives to a campaign as Hillary Clinton.” We’re all very used to the ad hominem attacks “Disingenuous,” “Polarizing, ” “Divisive,” “Untruthful,” “Dishonest,” “Calculating,” “Saying and doing whatever it takes to win,” “Attempting to deceive the American people,” “One of the most secretive politicians in America,” “Literally willing to do anything to win,” “Playing politics with war” and let’s not forget when Obama flipped her off… twice.
As for SC, it was the same margin of victory for Obama as it was for Jesse Jackson. A little more than half the voters were black, and Obama took about 80 percent of their vote. Obama drew nearly 1/4 of the white vote, with Clinton and former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards about evenly splitting the rest. Then the comment about the 1964 Civil Rights Act… “Dr. King’s dream began to be realized when President Johnson passed the Civil Rights Act. It took a president to get it done.” Obama had been comparing himself to dead civil rights activists a lot at the time. He basically compared himself to our greatest heroes because they gave great speeches. I would say her comment was less about reminding blacks that the white race is their master and more about pointing out that the Presidency is an actual job.
Oh, right. Sniper Fire. Did you know there are 57 states? Did you know Obama’s uncle liberated Jews from Auschwitz? Hillary was one of the few First Ladies in American history to visit a combat zone. There were Serbian rebels in the hills around Tuzla according to the acting president of Bosnia at the time. Did Hillary actually run across the tarmac under open fire? No, but it wasn’t a “tea party” either. Let’s not forget Obama lived in Indonesia as a child, though. He actually cites that as foreign policy experience.
Good old, Samantha Powers. Obama supporters think she was fired because she called Hillary a “monster.” She also accused the Clintons of carrying out genocide in Rwanda. Her firing, however, was likely because she also said on BBC’s Hard Talk Obama’s plan to withdraw troops from Iraq explicitly contradicted the one substantive message the campaign has mustered to date.
“You can’t make a commitment in March 2008 about what circumstances will be like in January of 2009. Obama will, of course, not rely on some plan that he’s crafted as a presidential candidate or a U.S. Senator. He will rely upon a plan — an operational plan — that he pulls together in consultation with people who are on the ground to whom he doesn’t have daily access now, as a result of not being the president. So to think — it would be the height of ideology to sort of say, ‘Well, I said it, therefore I’m going to impose it on whatever reality greets me.’”
I don’t get when Hillary played the sexist card here. Speaking out in favor of feminism is not playing the sexist card. Both Hillary and Obama’s campaigns were historic. Obama gave a speech on race. Did you miss that? Of course he didn’t say he was just doing it for black America; I could be cynical and point out that a politician would want to reach out to more than 13% of the population. But Obama has made a very big issue of race in this campaign. Were it not for the “bombastic” sermons of his pastor, this would be a less weighty issue. I am merely pointing out here that was the impetus behind Obama’s race speech.
As for whether Hillary is fit to be President based on her campaign, well you have to get elected, and it was an extremely close race. She’ll pay off her campaign debts, because the Clintons always settle their tabs - and they’re pretty rich. Obama supporters point to how well he ran his campaign as evidence that he’d make a good President. That is one of the sillier reasons to vote for him I have heard.
Obama supporters underestimate the intelligence of women voters on wedge issues such as abortion. Obama was talked out of voting for Roberts by an aide. Do you think he has the strength of judgment to be entrusted with three potential SCOTUS appointments? Do you realize the Democratic Congress has as much say in SCOTUS appointments as the President does? Roe v. Wade didn’t go anywhere under 8 years of Bush. Even if the Fourteenth Amendment ruling were overturned, abortion would still be legal in most states. Besides, then Republicans would have one less reason for people to vote for them… ha ha.
McCain 2008 “I don’t seek the presidency on the presumption I’m blessed with such personal greatness that history has anointed me to save my country in its hour of need. I seek the office with the humility of a man who cannot forget my country saved me.”
Wow…….thanks for an outstanding post.
This comment deserves the front page. Please post this everywhere you can, especially the pro Obysmal sites.
Hope Floats, I’m giving you a standing ovation right now.
And there’s more than you had room to cite. What about Bill Clinton’s “fairy tale” remark that got spun into a racist comment. And Hillary’s comment about RFK being assassinated in June of 68 while he was still contending for the nomination being spun as if she were hanging around waiting (or wishing) for Obama to be assassinated.
Another poster above said that Obama’s nomination didn’t “feel right”. Hell no, it doesn’t, because it AIN’T right.
thank you for puting this together.
Thank you for this Brillant post.
Hope Floats: send it to susanunpc@gmail.com and do a single post about it with your comment. Thanks!
Boycott Oprah. Boycott MSNBC. Boycott the Dem Party.
Response to the DNC:
UNITY? LOL. I am dropping the dem party on Monday–how’s that.
–I actually feel pretty relaxed…it’s the Obama folks who have to worry about their pride if they lose the WH–maybe they will figure out that he mainly won the red republican states by caucus, that superdelegates went against their own states that Hilalry won to endorse Obama, that Obama coasted on a propaganda machine of lies built by the media, that MI and FL was one big cheat, that Hillary won the popular vote, that Hillary got the majority of the women vote, white working class vote, the rural white vote, the hispanics, the seniors, the catholics, the jews…that absolutley NO ONE can win the White House without, and maybe they will figure out that Hillary won all the big blue states and purple swing states needed to win…I still find it sort of insane that she won New York, California, and Ohio, PA, Florida, etc…and Obama won places like hard-core republican Alaska…and people thought it mattered for Obama only–lol, craziness. Maybe they will figure out that the electoral maps all showed Hillary beating McCain easily and Obama either tied or losing to McCain, and maybe they will all figure out that all those exit polls of more people in Hillary’s group saying that they would never vote for Obama than Obama’s people who would support her. Or maybe they will figure out that Hillary was sometimes outspent 4 to 1, like in PA, but she kept winning and winning and winning, and especially huge in many of the latest contests.
Obama did indeed limp across the finish line…he never even made the nom number, he only got there because of superdelegate promises…it’s a very weak win for Obama. Hillary was the stronger candidate to go up against McCain, and she would have killed him in debates, etc.
Now, Obama, a man who served ONE year in the U.S. Senate before running for president will go up against a 5-year POW American War hero, a man who held two terms in the House of Representatives and has 20 YEARS as a U.S. Senator.
LOL!
Maybe they will figure all this out one day–but really it doesn’t matter what they think.
**Never Obama.
Hillary and her supporters were screwed over. She won the popular vote (albeit only slightly.. she still won it in the end).
Just because some states voted early - it shouldn’t be a reason to disenfranchise those Americans that live in these states.
I can totally see why HRC supporters are furious about this, once again US politics with it’s many caveats and loopholes has failed to serve the public.
BUT…
I’m saddened to see that people would vote Republican after these long, tiring and damaging last 7+ years.
Karl Rove’s PUMA movement is likely to use this site as a launch-pad for their divisive campaigns, so be prepared for them to come posting, posing as disgruntled democrats.
They’ll try to maintain control over the disappointment and (justified) bitterness people have so that they can split the democrats apart and get the naive ones to support McLame and his war-mongering policies.
I think what has happened is disgraceful… but to vote for the Republicans is really cutting your nose off to spite your face.
Shame on the DNC, but shame on those that would vote Republican after the ordeal America has endured these last few years.
If Karl Rove reads the comments here, he’ll be laughing at how easy it is to stir up anger and divide the dems.
I think it’s time for a real change in thinking. Take the label off.
It’s neither Republican….or Democrat.
I’m looking for solid moderates on both sides of the fence to support.
I’m looking for politicians who aren’t so deep into spin that they avoid the real work we need to happen.
I’m looking for people who demonstrate integrity. And I’m not going to admire those who game the system and then be shocked later when they game me, too. That’s insanity.
So I have changed. I appreciate this year of upheaval because it’s made me aware that voting is a responsibility, not something I do before I go pick up the milk.
And it’s taught me that labels are just propoganda devices. I appreciate all the Obama supporters who insulted me daily on-line. They really finally got through at how labels are used to hurt others and put them down.
I used to secretly think that way about Republicans. Never again. I’ve been on the receiving end.
So this has been a good wake-up call in a lot of ways.
Time for the working people’s party. That’s who the majority of Americans are, and this year, the DNC showed me they don’t want my vote, so they’re not going to get it.
Not Obama, not anyone running down ticket who’s lining up to join this lock-step, dog-and-pony show. It’s what I’ve despised in Republican voters, and I’ll be damned if I do it.
I will vote against B.O. if he’s the only choice besides Sen. McCain come November.
AnninCA,
Great post! It echoes my sentiments.
You can’t blame it on the Republicans this time. The DNC ate their own. Or as someone else here said, their chickens have come home to roost.
The Democratic party has become as corrupt if not more so than the Repubs. It’s time to clean up both parties. The republicans are now experiencing the consequences of allowing their party to be hijacked by right wing extremists who betrayed American principles.Their party and our nation has suffered incalculable damage for the sake of their “party unity”.
But we Democrats will NOT sacrifice our country for the sake of “party unity” and allegiance to a party we no longer recognize as DEMOCRATIC!
Unlike conservatives who just sat there obediently towing the party line when the neo cons were taking over their party and destroying it, we Democrats will NOT stand by like sheep or be willing accomplices to this assault on Democracy!
Nobama!
Hillary or McCain!!
Country before partisanship!!!!
Amerrica has suffered an ordeal the last 8 years not because Bush is a republican, but because he was, and is, unfit to be President.
Obama is also unfit to be President. He has no relevant experience–NONE. If he is elected, I believe we’ll be in for another “ordeal”.
Obama has money , corrupted and dengerous people behind, Chicago mafia… we let Him get to White House, it will be just like in Illinois Government, the most corrupted Government!!!On other hand we have Muslim, and black people who are voting for history and their pride, that is all, they will be sorry to…
I don’t think Carl Rove has anything to do with PUMA directly, you have to take these people seriously, what you say is, again, belitteling them.
Said this, I would agree to the theory that the repubs set a tramp and the Dems stepped right into it: week leadership.
If you let Obama become President, they’ll never know, feel reinforced and continue this dangerous path of selecting instead of electing, which drives us further away from Democracy.
should be weak leadership, sorry
No, he will be laughing at how Obama was able to destroy the DNC.
No, he will be laughing at how Obama was able to destroy the DNC in a matter of months.
hmmmmm…sorry folks, my comments don’t seem to be replying to the correct person.
Obama has consistently spoken about reaching across party lines and ending the politics of division. He wants to put an end to the red state/blue state mentality.
We can take him at his word and follow his lead by reaching across party lines this November. We could show that he is a true visionary simply by helping blue states turn red this year.
On the one hand, this idea sucks to me. On the other hand, I’m tired of feeling powerless at the hands of the DNC. I really feel like they shoved this candidate down our throats and did everything they could to thwart the obvious choice of the people.
take your BUT and shove it.
nobama 08
I’m no longer a Democrat, so I don’t care about Karl Rove and the Republicans that way. The Democrats pissed on my loyalty and so what the fuck do I care if Republican trolls come here.
Another thing, I find your post as insulting as the way I was treated by the DemocRATic Party and the msm. It seems our politicians and the media have assumed that the majority of American voters are stupid. Especially women. I am smart enough to recognize being played. I come to the internet not just to argue and get my bitch off. Often I simply lurk and don’t post comments. Sometimes I play with the trolls for my own personal amusement. I have nothing to prove in engaging in pointless rhetoric. Come Election Day, I get to have my say. I am focused on that and NOTHING anyone could say will dissuade me. Unless they can prove that McCain committed a crime and then they would have to arrest him. In that case, the Repub Party will have to either substitute his VP choice or place Romney. And I will vote for Romney if I have to make my point. But if I were Obama and his campaign, I’d be careful about slinging felonious allegations around with all that’s going on in Chicago and that he’s been a party to.
So you see, spouting all that Party Unity crap is pointless. The Dem Party, Obama, Michelle, Obama’s supporters, Dean, Pelosi, Brazile, Reid, Kerry, Kennedy all they need do is look in the mirror to confront who the real culprits were in this Primary Election fiasco. They behaved abysmally. They used no political acumen or leadership whatsoever. They burned bridges that they should have known they would have to cross. There was not a brain cell between the whole bunch. That in and of itself is reason to vote for McCain. Why would I reward these slugs by giving Obama my vote?
And then, of course, there’s the candidate himself. Barack Obama. I don’t need to post his middle name, not an issue for me. Rev. Wright, could care less. Michelle, I wonder if she has realized yet that she’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer? Obama’s collection of shady players.
None of these things figure as high on my list as the FACT that Obama is not qualified or experienced to be POTUS. There is absolutely nothing in his resume that proves he can handle this job. And he’s already showing overt signs of less than sharp ability and knowledge of our country and the world today. When he had to go against Clinton’s brilliance on issues, he was dwarfed. It was embarrassing. He’s as bad as George Bush.
All Obama proved during this Primary Season is that he knows how to play down and dirty to get elected. That does not mean he has a clue about governing. He doesn’t know that much about Washington. And don’t give me that crap about that’s just what we need. Jimmy Carter anyone????
Okay… then what happens if he gets elected?
Well, that’s a uncertainty I will not gamble my future on. And that General Electric, parent company of NBC/msnbc, the same people who also had their journalists sell the Iraq War, is behind Obama, that also sends chills down my spine. Unlike their motto: “GE does not bring good things to light.”
You are so absolutely right. Bravo!
reminder. Obama was selected NOT elected.
check out the states pledged delegates list.
Hillary gets no delgates for some states that she won.
I believe Donkey Brazille is behind the changing of the pledged delegate structure to suit BO and the counties he was able to win. HRC won most of the counties in all the states even the ones that she lost.
in Indiana the poll had Hillary at 68% to Obama 32%
Now I know since I always tac on more points for Hillary that adding my usual 5% she was slated to win Indiana by 73%!!! The polls always were less than what she actually won.
Now North Carolina……polls has Obama at 28% and Hillary at 72%
There is obvious tampering with the votes in these states. They probably stopped counting like they did in other states.
Montana-1600 registered republicans in a Republican state? Over 100,000 registered democrats in a Republican state? None of the numbers add up.
Hillary won even though she was attacked form all sides, swindled votes by the thousands, and outspent by 4-1.
That made them so nevervous they forced her out of the race and made her drink the kool aide.
Did anyone else get sick from the speech?
I was puking my heart out.
Too late; the DNC and Obama followers should have thought of that before nominating such unqualified man for POTUS: that is unforgivable. Precisely b/c of the last 7 years: Obama is just another GW Bush in different clothes.
Couldn’t care less of what Karl Rove does. And as for your labeling PUMA as a Rove thing that just shows where you’re really coming from. You understand nothing.
It wasn’t Karl Rove who stirred up anger among Dems. It was Barack Obama, David Axelrod, Howard Dean, Jesse Jackson, Jr, Teddy Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, etc.
FYI…The Doughboy need not lift a finger to foment division! The Precious et. al., achieved that all on their own.
Until the RBC debacle, I never subscribed to the adage “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”. Now, it makes perfect sense to me.
If it makes YOU feel better that we PUMA’S are being manipulated, then by all means continue to believe so.
I know better.
I’m not being manipulated, I’m just plain pissed off.
Capice????
no, shame on the democrats for nominating the weakling obama. I have no “shame” in voting for McCain. Not when my country is at stake!
I will do it and I will do it PROUDLY to send the message to FRAK OFF to the party cabal and the SDs who betrayed our area by going with the candidate who PAID THEM OFF instead of the one who had solutions for WE THE PEOPLE who live and work here
1) What prompted your decisions to suddenly endorse Obama when Hillary began make her late surge in the primaries?
Too little too late. But nice showing.
2) Which candidate do you really think has the core democratic base behind them?
Clearly Obama if all of the Hillary supporters are ready to jump ship over sour grapes.
3) Which candidate won most of the large states, and the states that will be crucial in November?
17,493,836 turncoats who value spite over values themselves might be the difference in those states. So you can thank yourselves for giving us four more years of Bush if you guys stick to your guns. You’ll be this years Nader voters only you won’t be throwing your vote away to a nobody but giving it to a guy with the complete opposite set of values out of little more than spite.
4) Which candidate won the districts of some of Obama’s top endorsers?
I’m assuming you’re gonna say Hillary who has gone and endorsed Obama
5) Which candidate got approximately 18 million of the primary votes?
Neither. Hillary got 17,493,836 and Obama got 17,535,458
6) What went on behind closed door during the extra hour after lunch at the RBC on May 31, 2008?
Enlighten me.
Keep stewing for a while if it makes you feel better. There’s a ways to go till we get to November. Hopefully by that time if you’re a real liberal with real liberal values you guys will know what the right thing to do is when the time comes. If you vote for McCain we’ll know who to blame when this nation is bankrupt and still bogged down in Iraq with god knows how many dead American Soldiers in 2013…that’ll be on your conscience cause you voted for it.
Good Night And Good Luck
$kully
Fuck off. Hillary wins the GE according to the current polling even with Obama as the presumptive nominee. He needs her voters, and he didn’t earn them on his own. He’s a rude jerk and so are his supporters. You aren’t fit to quote the last journalist who encouraged a free press and independent thought. You even sound like a fucking McCarthyite with your “true Democrat” witch hunt talking points.
Sour grapes, no. Embarrassingly unqualified candidate, yes. The fact that he’s supported by a bunch of koolaid sodden hate mongers is just icing on the cake.
But if you still don’t understand let me spell it out for you:
WE DON’T THINK HE’S QUALIFIED TO BE FRICKEN PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND WE WON’T VOTE FOR HIM.
The DNC picked the wrong year to f with the base. Heck, I would have voted for any of the Rep candidates this year before for that dip stick.
So good night and shove off.
All those questions should be disturbing the obama camp… the fact that you mock them is an indication of your separation from reality.
You guys think you won something… You really didn’t. You actually lost everything. Be careful you obama handlers. It;s exactly how you behave that has created so much animosity. Bad judgement is nothing to be proud of skully…
jo
WOW $kully, you sound REMARKABLY like a convicted and jailed rapist blaming the victem for his incarceration! Hey obamalamadingdong, fuck you and the koolaide sippin cultmembers and DNC scumbags you road in on. Enjoy November, it’s gonna SUCK to be you! Something to look forward to, can you IMAGINE the night obamalamadingdong is gonna have with ms. dong after they get the election results? BWAHAHAHAHA! Think she looks like she just sucked on a lemon NORMALLY? BWAHAHAHAHA!
Pampers will learn the real meaning of “Bitter” when he has to confront the White Mink Clad Obamarosa the night of McCain’s Landslide
McCain08…!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no, the blame will be on democrats who nominated the asshole obama.
Proud democrat voting for my country. That means nobama.
FOLLOW THE MONEY! This is an “insider’s view,” which sounds credible:
Okay, so now that Hillary has issued a statement to the press, I’ll elaborate on what I know:
Basically, on Tuesday Hillary spent the day at home calling superdelegates. In doing so, she discovered that Obama supporters, Uncommitted supers and a few of her supporters had essentially made a pact with the DNC that they would not support Hillary at the convention. She was essentially told that she needed to get out of the race asap. Someone told the press that she was going to get out last night, but Hillary didn’t want to exit the race when someone else told her to do it (the media) and instead, decided she would exit on her own time, under her conditions. I think it was her last opportunity to actually call her own shots versus having the DNC, party officials and media do it. In fact, during the meeting today, she joked that she had realized that she wanted to be a person who “talked for a living”, as you always had work and the things you said didn’t even have to be true. Anyway, apparently, the idea that Obama isn’t going to be able to win the nomination came up while talking to the DNC/supers and the response she received was that Obama brought in a lot of new Democratic voters (and ultimately, a lot of new Democratic money) and thus, while the party might lose the election in the short term (the presidential election, that is), the long term would be good, as the party would have lots of new voters and money. The belief was that even though Obama might not be able to win the presidency, the fact that he had “all these new voters” would help to ensure that the party won the congressional and senatorial seats in play in November. I asked if Hillary had read the comments posted by her supporters and was told that she did and that if she felt she could win the election (garner the superdelegate support at the convention), she would have stayed in the race. However , the DNC and supers made it very clear to her that they would not support her and that she needed to get out.
The airwaves today were full of Obama supporters demonizing Hillary for not dropping out of the race last night. They went on and on about how selfish she is and how “dare she strong arm for the VP position”. I was told that she has never once asked for the VP spot AND that she hasn’t been talking to the Obama campaign at all about what to do next. She came to her decision on her own, but did indicate that she would use some of her delegate support to get the healthcare plan on the Obama platform. In typical Obama fashion, he allowed the media to go on and on for the last two weeks about how Hillary is staying in the race so she can be the VP. Today that rhetoric reached a ridiculous level and the hate directed at her was completely over the top. Again, no statement from Obama regarding the truth: That she had NOT asked for the VP spot. (In fact, from what I understand, Hillary has no obvious desire to be a part of the Obama campaign whatsoever. This seems good, as right now, people love her and she can exit this looking like the queen that she is. If she goes with Obama, then the media will say that they were right all along-that Hillary stayed in this after March because she wanted the VP spot…his supporters will also go crazy with that logic, as they have no idea that she stayed in for us and because she should have been able to win had the supers and DNC not been in Obama’s pocket.) Regardless, around 6:30, the media began reporting that Hillary would concede on Friday. Apparently, she hadn’t reported this to the media and they were again frustrated with the media’s attempt to strong arm her into conceding on Friday. Despite the fact that she was going to concede, she wanted it on her own terms. Thus, she decided to set a date to concede, but scheduled it for Saturday-one last opportunity to stick it t o the media (we love Hillary for that). About one hour after that, Obama issued a statement admitting that Hillary did not negotiate anything before indicating she would concede. Once again, he believed it would make him look good to appear “gracious”, but clearly fails to realize that her supporters are not the idiots that he and his supporters think we are. It seems that today, his supporters are starting to figure out that they will need her supporters to win the election (though it’s too little, too late in my opinion…) and are attempting to opportunistically seize upon the moment.
Take this very unifying and non-condescending article in which an Obama supporter attempts to explain why the morons, also known as Hillary’s supporters, should will vote Obama…unless they really are the uneducated, self centered idiots that he clearly thinks they are:
The last statement of the article speaks volumes:
I guess I’m (as an Obama supporter )not self centered enough to throw my daughters chance at a happy life away by throwing a vote McCain’s way. (like those selfish Hilary supporters) I (unlike Hillary’s supporters) have this petty little thing called a conscience. It forces me to make decisions while viewing the consequences to everyone (hmm….how very giving and kind of you…wish Hillary’s supporters could be a little more like that).

Meant : post a link.

Have you read this article?
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0608/10886.html
The media said the change from Friday to Saturday was “so that it didn’t coincide with Bobby Kennedy’s death anniversary” (whatever).
Well, I guess we will have to target the Dems. down the ticket that went for this crap as well….
Busting Kerry is my aim.
Yes, please tell us how Obama can get an FBI clearance with the company he has kept! Not only does he not have a decent resume, his background check should make him ineligible for the job.
What is going on with the DNC? Will Obama really bring in the money for them? The Dems I know who donate and volunteer, including myself, won’t vote the man. We all love Hillary. She would be the best president in our lifetime.
As president, he can get himself a security clearance just as the president can determine what is “classified” and what “isn’t classified” information..remember Valerie Plame? Thanks to GWB’s consolidation of power.
I don’t understand the fuss about how he is going to get security clearance. The question remains does he deserve it as a US citizen, and how much will the security folks actually “give” him and how much they will hide on their own volition.
yea he’s bringing in dirty middle east money!!
those punk kids don’t have any money
the elite have buckets to spend and I am now loving to watch them throw it all away! Especially the rat bastards in hollywood that still support this fraud
They “marvel” at their superior intellect with all things political and let us know in their songs, ads and videos.
well, well, well, I don’t see many of them still trying to sell hopey-changey unity pony ballads lately!
why? Cuz they’re TANKING in sales and views (my guess)
The democrats are now officially the party of jeremiah wright, louis farrakhan, black nationalists, black liberation theology, islamists and move on, dailykos, george soros radical left marxists. The party has effectively purged itself of blue collar moderate and conservative whites, the Reagan democrats who will now become McCain democrats. What a proud moment for the party this truly is, it would do well to change its name to the stalinist party. The demorats are now being lead by the likes of Barack Hussein Obama. An empty vessel with virtually no experience and no qualifications to be president. And once again, he has yet to win an election legitimately. Back when he ran for the Illinois state senate he sued to have ALL of his opponents removed from the ballot and was able to run unopposed. When he ran for the US senate he had his opponents divorce files released publicly to knock him out of the race and then the Republicans put up a weak candidate in Alan Keys, a good man, but not an effective candidate. Now he has seized the democratic party nomination where he lost the popular vote, trailed in the pledged delegate majority the vote resulted in, but was saved by a group of elite superdelegates to hand him the nomination he failed to earn. Not to mention much of his delegates came from the corrupt, antiquated caucus process. This is the ultimate example of affirmative action gone insane. Why should the country put its trust in a party which cannot even conduct a simple thing like a primary election process? Any kindegardner can understand that the candidate receiving the most votes should be the winner in a democratic election. How can a party which runs such a convoluted, corrupt mess of a primary be able to run the affairs of the country? I certainly hope America wakes up and chooses the right candidate, John McCain, in November.
yea the Right is the Party of Larry Craig and David Vitter
the LEFT is now the Party of Jeremiah Wright and William Jefferson (I still don’t know how his ignorant base would still vote for him)
ACK I’m so fully CLEANSED it was like an exorcism! Ridding myself of the D.
Please Laura: Email this to Harry REID and Dean and Pelosi.
I heard not long ago an interview of Harry Reid on NPR: all he said made it implicitely clear he was a HRC supporter; especially b/c of health care and what happened to his mother. Reid was the last one of teh three to get involved in pushing HRC out (he doesn’t have much guts) but was solent till then–unlike Pelosi and Dean. I don’t have any faith in reid. But at least he might aactually think about what we are writing to them…..
‘I also want to remind some of you Senators and District Representatives, you will be up for re-election in a few months, years or maybe less, but I can assure you the voters WILL NOT FORGET. Payback is going to be a b*tch.’
I would dearly love a list of everyone who supported B.O. Take about not representing those to whom you owe your elected positions. We are the deciders.
Just to give my fellow Clinton supporters something to smile about before you go to bed. The Rezko trial begins it’s sentencing phase in September. They will have enough time to consider the charges, and “argue” about the length of time he should serve. Then Rezko will have just enough time to squeel like a little piggie, and then we can expect the indictment of Senator Obama in October. So no matter how much the little Obamatons whine and cry…no one is going to vote for their headed to the big house candidate.
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
Ah, but then Obama will have all his new Democratic cronies running interference for him to protect the new Messiah. He’s counting on his new elevated status to shield him from being implicated. The only thing that will bring Obama down is if his money source runs out, or some scandals tarnish him or his wife directly to scare away his deep-pocketed backers. Money is his only strength and that is where his weakness lies.
AMEN!
That’s if Plastic Jesus doesn’t have him shanked in jail so he can’t talk.
There is some defects in the Democratic presidential nominating system.
The Democratic voters must realize this and demand the Democratic party to rectify these defects at once.
We don’t want to repeat this perennial injustice. This injustice Democratic system is not democratic at all to the Democratic voters.
We the voters are the bosses of this land and not some power crazy Democratic elders who are supposedly our humbled servants.
But these powered crazy Democratic elders have just hijacked the democratic powers of the Democratic voters.
These blatant Democratic hijacking elders must be identified and castigated prominently and let them aware that they are at the mercy of their bosses- we the voters- of the land.
Yeah! Please know that we the bosses can vote you in, and also we the bosses can boot you out. So please take heed man.
We the Democratic voters want to follow the voting system of the presidential election and not the current faulty democratic presidential nominating system which is prone to be controlled by the DNC and subsequently rendered the presidential presumptive nominee a surrogate of cronies who have hidden and parochial agendas.
I supported Hillary Clinton for President. As an independent voter I find both the Democratic and Republican parties lacking. All this talk of unity for the Democrats takes away from voters making an intelligent choice based on the candidates themselves.
I see Obama as a mirror image of George Bush. Both have father issues that led to poor decisions/associations. Bush ran on being a uniter not a divider saying the problem was with the Washington insiders. Obama says the same thing. Bush was naive in invading Iraq and Obama is naive in his willingness to meet with the likes of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Bush attracted the far right of his party. Obama attracts the far left of his party. Just as the Bush presidency has been a disaster so would an Obama presidency at best.
Obama is passive-aggressive; he uses misdirection and is duplicitous on an Orwellian level. Obama would be dangerous as president. While there are many issues on which I disagree with McCain I will support him putting my own self interests aside for the greater good of the country.
mimi5 you are so right about obama being duplicitous.. he’s an evil little freak too.
at this stage I agree. both parties are lacking. The dems had been better. It;s howard dean he;s also duplicitous. Love the passive-aggressive analogy. that’s why no one trusts him… people see it.’
jo
Wow! You people are nutso! What a hoot! Yeah, go ahead and vote for 2 more Scalias and Thomases ! That’ll help! HA! thanks for the laughs!
Obama almost voted for Roberts. LMAO.
The politics of hope is looking a lot like the politics of fear, huh? Obama is to politics what Scientology is to religion, and that ain’t a compliment.
You’re welcome. We have every intention of making good on our promises.
WOW! Seems to me that Thomas had a majority of Black voters supporting the “Brother’s” nomination, just like they do obamalamadingdong. And look how well THAT racial identity voting turned out? So, what do we have to worry about, the majority of Black voters support the “brother” obamalamadingdong because o racial isentity voting. But THAT’S not racist, NAW.NAW,NAW!!! Come November, obamalamadingdongs chickens….comin home ta…BWAHAHAHAHA!
Biden gave us Thomas. I don’t expect the Dem party to accomplish much besides keeping useless blowhards in office. What have the Democrats accomplished since we voted them in in 2006?
Biden voted against Thomas.
your’e welcome. bet you won’t be laughing when your guy is visciously exposed and indicted. Just in time for the landslide McCain victory!
I am a 67 year old conservative man . There was a link to this site on one of the blogs I read.
This is wonderful news! Hillary Democrats for McCain.
I knew we made the right decision in choosing him, even though I wish Jeb woulda run.
That Obama (or is it Osama?) is going to lose big time and that’s partly due to the help of former members of the Democrat party like you. Thanks!
I’ve been fighting for 35 years to overturn Roe Vs. Wade . Picketing abortion clinics and standing out on the street with pictures of murdered babies.
I’ve seen alot in my time, but I never thought I’d see the day when Feminazis would help elect a Republican so we can finally get enough votes on the Supreme Court to overturn that horrible, criminal, evil ruling.
Oh the things you see if you live long enough.
Moronic Obamaton troll…Roe v Wade could have been overturned any time between 2001 and 2006 if the Republicans wanted to do it, and there wouldn’t have been a damn thing Democrats could have done to stop them. They already have the votes in the Supreme Court. The’ve had the White House, and in those years they had the House and Senate. They never even tried. Tell your supervisor you need new talking points. These Hillary supporters are to smart to fall for your stupid shit! And next time you go on a break, see if you can sneak a peak at Evelyn Pringle’s series of articles “Curtain time for Barack Obama” You will be seeing it quite a bit right after the convention leading up to your heroes indictment on corruption charges. And if you were one of the ones stupid enough to work for a position after barky gets in office…I’d start sending in resumes to Monster.com etc etc. You will definately need to find another job.
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
Damn right the GOP will never overturn Roe v. Wade, because they make big fat wads of money raising funds from outraged anti-abortionists. The day they actually overturn RvW is the day that cash cow runs dry.
You DON’T cook a goose that lays golden eggs.
I think sir that you are an Obysmal troll. In fact I’d bet my vote for McCain on it.
hehehe Good one.
Yes, here we go again with the Gestapo of “Hope & Change”.
Hey Axelrod, why are you wasting time here when you’ve got so much work to do? I hear your marionette Obama has a LOT of serious problems coming up.
Your Chicago tricks work with the Paris Hilton-American Idol-rap “music”-shit for brains generation but not on REAL educated and intelligent Americans.
redstateofmind,
I’m also starting a drive to pass out coat hangers!
TRANSPARENT ASSHOLE!
I have no fear of Roe v Wade being overturned. You guys need it to win elections just as much as the Dems, even more so. So fuck off!
My Conservative Friend,
They will never overturn RoeV.Wade.
The elites use abortion as a means of control in this country. Each side motivates its supporters with the dire spector of Roe changing somehow. Yet, when given the chance, Roe has never been changed.
Hillary is a politician above all. I prefer her over Hussain for obvious reasons already discussed everywhere. Hillary has a massive debt, not like mine by a long, long shot.
Hillary will do what is appropiate for her and her political future. That’s ok by me because i understand that she is a politician. I don’t follow Hillary blindly, i don’t follow her as Obamabots follow Hussain. I “don’t follow leaders”, as Bob Dylan recommended in “Subterranean Homesick Blues”, although he fell for Hussain’s “charismatic” powers at old, very old age.
So, my point is this. Lets move ahead and focus on the issues. It’s not about Hillary anymore. She already lined to follow orders. Seeing Chealsea having to follow orders too is really painful. Buth this is her hands-on crash course on politics. Hopefully she has a future in politics.
We must focus on how to best use our only power tool: our votes.
1. We must resist the temptation to give up. We must endure until November. Feed that anger.
2. We must try to remain united. We are united only in the anger about the betrayal of the “undemocratic” party and the use of the mainstream media to force a decision in the primaries. The style and tools they used, sexism and coercion, is just that: tools. Focus on the undemocratic process and the dangers it presents to our freedom in the near future. It’s not only personal, it’s political and affects all of us, as citizens.
3. We must decide if we are voting for the Mac. If so, don’t let your anger fool you. I’m voting for him just to make a point that will, by all means, will be heard by the “party”. There’s no way they can’t hear that on November, if we all vote for the Mac. But don’t go on defending the Mac. He is what he is. Don’t forget.
Johnny Mac is presidential, though. When I look at his resume, I like what I see. He was not my first choice, but he is easily my second. I am excited by voting for him just to see what kind of an ass-kicking Obama can be dealt this fall. I’m kind of glad Obama got the nom even if he had to cheat to do it. At least the blacks have someone they can be proud of for the summer. Too bad we don’t get Clinton’s economic policy or universal healthcare. McCain will handle the war more responsibly than Obama would or even perhaps Hillary.
dude don’t worry about MOST of us women here! We’ve been scorned! That old saying is SPOT ON and it’s in our DNA!
We will NEVER forget!
But some may forgive!
I’m with the chicks. Not ready to make nice with EITHER party.
I may plug my nose in NOV if it looks like bambi still has a big hold of eastern NC
I am very wary of anger that dissipates at election times.
After the war debacle, we said we would not vote in the same pols who voted for the invasion of Iraq, and yet, they are still there. We vote the same pols in, election after election.
So, saying that we will not vote for our “reps” who voted against Hillary, well, it doesn’t convince we. POLITICIANS DO NOT RESPECT CITIZENS WHO DO NOT RESPECT THEMSELVES. Pols know you will vote for them again.
So, stop venting and commit yourself to your anger. Commit your self to your political decisions.
Otherwise, please, shut up.
For someone who seems so aware of the time, you don’t acknowledge that Hillary has suspended her campaign until August. Harold Ickes will meet with the credentials committee, and Hillary will maybe go to the convention. As we have seen with Obama, also, a lot of things can happen with this political unknown within a few months. Hillary supporters will likely be passionately committed to her over the summer, even if she supports Obama as a way of staying in this fight.
A good portion of the original do-nothing Republican Congress was voted out of office, actually. Then the Dems got in there and have even lower approval ratings. Many of them are just coming up for reelection, and I wonder how confident they feel about keeping their jobs. They PO’ed a lot of people.
But the purpose of this blog is so that people do *not* have to shut up. If you don’t like it, leave.
Lourdes,
I disagree. Anger must dissipate. It’s human. You can’t live that way.
Sadly, I knew back in February that the fix was in and that in all likelihood Clinton would not get the nom. So I dug my heels in back then. That’s the best advice.
DIG YOUR HEELS IN!
If you rely on anger you will be conquered.
We have good and sound reasons not to vote for Obama and if we focus on those then we will not be moved.
Even with the media in the tank for Obama and Democratic leadership trying to get Hillary to quit by endorsing Obama, she hung in there and kept winning states. In Texas Hillary won the popular vote by 4% but at the caucuses the Obama thugs came in and only checked the credentials of white voters but not the blacks. Obama ends up with more delegates in Texas than Hillary even though she had 100,000 more votes.
The hell with Obama and his supporters, I’m voting for McCain. If McCain wins then Hillary is back in 2012.
You’ve been had… no Michelle Obama tape, no Hillary standing up for you, and grandpa McCain waiting tire you with toothless stories about the time before flouridated water on the other side.
FAIL
Hillary is still in the race. Obama is only the presumptive nominee until the SD’s vote in August. The MO tape certainly does exist, but enough people hate the Obama’s guts enough that they won’t vote for him anyway. McCain will be a better president than the empty suit Obama any day.
How sure are your that the tape doesn’t exist?
Sometimes there is truth to the rumor.
What a prick you are. You do know McCain got his teeth knocked out during his years of enduring torture, don’t you?
McCain fought for the country he loves. What did Oblahma do besides pray at his Uncle’s knee for God to damn this country the KKK of A and marry a fucking racist America hater.
I will take McCains dentures over your piece of SHITE any day of the week.
Hillary or McCain…No Hussein!
is this ragekage from mydd? the “FAIL” betrays you you moronic troll.
FAIL = Obama ‘08.
No go back to your cage and jerk off there. Um, don’t you have kids to take care of? what are y ou doing here spreading lies and hate??
The list of questions Ambrosine issued were the best I’ve seen. Clue me in, what is the RBC and what lucheon are you referring to?
PS I’m not voting for obama either.
RBC= Rules and Bylaws Committee.

AOL straw poll. Lets show the DNC we WILL vote against Obamessiah! Right now McCain has a 5 percent lead and the map is VERY RED!
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
Thanks POdVet I voted!!!! It does look red!
I know that poll is informal and unscientific, but if the true EV map looks like that on Nov. 5, I will be ROTFLMBAO! [b=bitter]
Alright, people, sorry about the “shut up”. I was trying to make a point and got a bit pissed off thinking about those who vote in the same pols.
But, tell me something: with all the anti-Hillary propaganda in the media already prepared to blame her if Hussain loses the election (whether she’s in the ticket or not), with all the hype and the “good feelings” the media aroused for Hussain’s “primaries victory”, with all the hopes blacs have now: do you think that Hillary is about to, willingly, take the job of “party pooper”? That would be a death wish.
Please, try to control your emotions, or else, you will lose perspective about the reality of politics.
We lost the primaries. That’s a fact. We need to move on. Are we going to vote, as a block, for the Mac? How are we going to use our votes so the “undemocratic” party hear us? Are we forming any kind of party, after the elections?
That’s the kind of questions i would like to see people discussing. Well, and all the other stuff about Hussain, too.
Unmask Hussain and the “undemocratic” party, and collecting our votes to use them effectively. To me, that’s our task.
First thing we do is Find Hillary supporting Democrats who are running against the idiots in the DNC who FORCED Obama on us. For the first time in 24 years, Kerry is being challenged in his own district by another Democrat, Ed O’Reilly. I have already attempted to contact Mr O’Reilly to ask him who he supports for President, and what his opinion is on the debacle created by the DNC breaking their own rules to favor Senator Obama. If anyone from his campaign responds to my questions I will gladly share the info with all of you. This is how we send a true message. Screw us and we will see you out of office baby!
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
POdVet,
i just did the same thing, should be interesting.
You guys don’t really expect O’Reilly, a Democrat, to support McCain openly? He can’t do that.
I just hope he defeats Kerry to make a point about the part Kerry played in the Primary. I could care less if this guy tows the Party line. It’s about sending a message.
You Obama Freaks are so obvious!
Listen, Lourdes, America will never let someone with the ties Pampers has to American Communist Party near the White House.
The Mechelle rants and the Barry/Larry69 scenes are nothing compared to what is coming down the Pike.
I woke up this morning thinking about Hillary, and about how Obama went golfing during her “concession” speech. And I thought, how disrespectful of him. He did it publicly. It made the news. it was just like his mounting the platform while a vile song was playing after the caucus, or brushing his shoulder off at Hillery, or flipping her the bird.
And then it hit me. This whole campaign of his has been about intimidation and disrespect. This is south-side, Chicago thuggery come to politics.
To send bots info our forums to insult us and to bamboozle us is to intimidate us. Plus, I read someplace that Obama knows a lot about intimidation, that it’s a part of the actions and strategies of Acorn, whatever that is. The post followed the ABC news story which related Obama’s marching onto the Senate floor, grabbing Lieberman by the hand and ultimately backing the much smaller man up against the wall for an “intense” discussion. Intimidation and thuggery.
This does make him the kind of man I believe we should place in the White House, where he’ll have the means to push people around with even greater resources.
That you’re finding his bot offensive is not accidental. This is being directed from the top. But more importantly, it’s purpose is to stifle dissenting voices, a tactic and an action which I believe is dangerous to democracy.
Don’t worry we have NO intention of being silenced.
Not only is this thug going down but so will the imbeciles who have foisted him on us.
Obama, Dean, Pelosi, Reid, Kerry et al…COUNT ON IT! Your assault on Democracy will NOT go unpunished.
And Joe Lieberman was the first to start a grass roots democrats for McCain. Not to be stereotyping, but to win the GE one does not piss off the Jewish community. Bad idea.
trails,
Everything you said.
Remember:
He’s going to start to talk “sweet” things to women trying to get us back to the den of political corruption.
We must post our comment is the Wapo and NYTimes. Just to irk those Obamabots.
PLEASE, DON’T FEED THE TROLLS.
“ahh sweetie, I promise not to slap you around anymore! Come on home and iron my shirt.”
The funny thing after all the media support 24/7, the DNC heads actually campaining for him, super delegate endorse him against the will of their states and saying that without waiting for the convention to infulance others, still she won the popular vote. So they had come and steal votes she actually won and give them to him. I think the purpose of that last act was not so much for him to gain advantage as to show every this is not democracy who told you that we do we want and there is nothing you can do about. BOY THEY ARE WRONG
“I think the purpose of that last act was not so much for him to gain advantage as to show every this is not democracy who told you that we do we want and there is nothing you can do about.”
good comment. Interesting angle - the dnc wanted to demonstrate to HRC supporters and undecideds, “YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!”
“BOY THEY ARE WRONG” yep - the DNC is going to find out that time in the voting booth is not the whole picture. Like another poster said: no $, no time, no vote!
Arguing aside. I just saw an AOL poll that has it 53-47 for McCain and get this, 52-48 in MA, the bluest of the blue, the only state that went for mcgovern. And looks like most have replied to howie’s unity e-mail with a large collective fuck you!
“Us do opposite of all Earthly things! Us hate beauty! Us love ugliness! Is big crime to make anything perfect on Bizarro World!”
[/this web site]
While I enjoy seeing a referance to Bizzaro World I can’t help but be stunned at your BizzaroWorld logic! Trying to blame the victim for the rapists crimes…how very Bizzaro of you.
I’m a registered Democrat, but I’ve always been an independent voter. I don’t believe in party loyalty or straight ticket voting just for the sake of it. Being an American, first, transcends political party affiliation.
I wouldn’t have voted for Obama even if Hillary hadn’t been in the race. The first time I saw him give that “bamboozle” speech in S.C., he reminded me of those T.V. preachers who fleece old people out of their money. His whole demeanor at that event turned me off. If anyone as a copy of that speech on tape, I challenge you to watch it and then compare it to Rev. Wright’s song and dance at the infamous National Press Club luncheon.
In 2004, I stayed home, because I didn’t like John Kerry and couldn’t stomach voting for George Bush—especially after what had happened to Al Gore in 2000. This time, I won’t stay home, and I won’t get in line behind all of the other lemmings. As of Friday, I’ve signed up to work for John McCain.
Betty Mitchell, a responder to the Petition over at Clinton Dems, has given the DNC tel number 1-202-863-8000. She said she called and was patched to Dean’s office. She said they were being inundated with calls from Hillary supporters. Their new mantra is “it’s not our fault” chuckle chuckle. I will be adding my two cents worth (is 2 cents still worth 2 cents?) tomorrow. If Donna says they don’t need me in Nov, then so be it. they don’t have me.
Oh now they are just unashamedly lying!
Fuck that!
If Dean can’t do the job then step down. He’s admitting he’s a coward, then. What a load of bullshit.
Don’t be hoodwinked or bamboozled by this approach!
I am not for Obama but he was not golfing when Hillary gave her speech. He was at home watching her on his computer.
We have got to stop listening to the MSM. They make everything up. They have Hillary begging to be VP and you know that is not true. The only thing she ever said was she would be willing to do anything Obama wanted her to do and if it included being VP, she would do it. That doesn’t tell me she is begging to be VP. She has been there and done that. People seem to forget she was already in the WH for 8 years.
I have listened to all the pundits on TV and they are making up everything they say because neither Hillary or Obama has released any information. The MSM are playing puppet masters brainwashing the American public. We have got to stop listening to them or we will never know truth again. We won’t even be able to recognize it.
I feel like I am living on another planet when I watch television. It has no relevancy to my real life and my perceptions as an American citizen. It is a wonder we are not all crazy.
Where are the professional journalists that used to report truth? And if there was nothing to report, they kept their mouths shut.
This is why we are dropping cable. Though I hate punishing Fox, which has weirdly been more balanced and truthful than the others, this primary.
And I feel like Rove is being totally upfront, and hope that he will stay that way.
Ironically, it is Fox News that I will miss when we go off cable.
I haven’t watched CNN since the day of the SD primary, when they tried to throw the election by stating Clinton was conceding, then retracted and said Clinton would announce she wanted to be Obama’s vp.
You know the shit is deep when the closest to the truth you can get is Faux News.
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
PLEASE POST THIS ON ALL ANTI-HILLARY SITES YOU VISIT!
Remember when Obama said,
“I am confident I will get her votes if I’m the nominee,” “It’s not clear she would get the votes I got if she were the nominee.”
ROFLMAO Wright Now!!!!!!
One of the reasons I stopped supporting Obama (besides him giving marching orders to grass roots organizations in Florida to circulate petitions NOT to seat the delegates), was what an ego this man has. How do you thumb your nose at 18 million voters and say they are not important? How do you say you stand for unity and diversity, and then call groups of people “bitter” just because they support your opponent? It’s like he’s attempting to marginalize everyone who voted for Hillary Clinton. Some people did vote for her just because they liked her healthcare plan better, or that she’s a moderate, or that Bill balanced a budget. Hell, maybe they just liked her pantsuits. Who knows! It does not mean they are “racist.”
True, there are people who do vote on race… or gender… but I might know one person in 200 who voted for Hillary who even made a single comment about Obama’s race. Most people today who are still registered as Democrat are looking forward to the day a person of color or a woman takes the show. Just not this man.
What’s really sad to me, too, is that Obama has the support of many young voters. He’s done NOTHING to educate these young voters about the process and neither has the DNC. These young folks are now coming into the world disillusioned not only with Bush and America, but also with the political process. “It’s bad to count votes.” “The RULES — even if the rules aren’t really being applied fairly — are more important that voter’s rights.” “Do anything to win — block the doors to polling places — scare old ladies in parking lots and fill out bogus voter registration forms — who cares!” “It’s okay to make death threats and race-bait.” “Don’t say anything bad about Obama, but my candidate can call yours a bitch.” “It’s okay to play sexist and Marxist songs at American political rallies.” “Long primaries and convention fights are bad, because we must have a candidate RIGHT NOW.” This is what I’m hearing from several young Obama supporters I know, and it’s very sad. Are these young people a true representation of how young Obama supporters feel? If so, you older Obama supporter have a responsibility to set the record straight, even if he is your candidate of choice. Or do you all not really care if the American process falls apart?
The DNC shut this race down because of new voter registrations and money. What kind of message does that send to these new voters? If Obama were really a leader, he would have stepped in when the DNC applied these tough sanctions (violating their own rules — as both states were only to lose half), and said, “No way! I’m the civil rights candidate and I won’t run if you do this.” That would have garnered him my unwavering support, and I did question the campaign about why he wasn’t proceeding in this manner and what I got back for a response was a bit of a stonewall. If he would have taken responsibility for some of the race-baiting and ugliness that spewed from his campaign, instead of letting these young supporters think that Hillary ran the dirtiest campaign in history, I would have had some respect for him, too. But to call the Clintons “racist” and then allow his supporters to continue that dialog just shows that he just plain doesn’t care.
Message: It’s all about Obama.
You know, I have serious doubts about a man who wants to be our commander-in-chief, but would rather have lunch with a terrorist-supporting leader of a rogue nation than to come to terms and understanding with the people of Appalachia, those very people he would have to swear to “protect and defend.” I’m all for diplomacy, but a great president has to learn how to listen to the concerns of the people he or she leads, and then structures his programs and plans accordingly, striking a balance between the will of the people and what his advisors tell him or her to do. That’s what’s been lacking these last 8 years with Bush, and that’s what we’ll get more of if we support Obama.
For copies of this transcript, please send $2.99 to… just kidding. Have a wonderful Sunday, folks. I’m going swimming.
They just reported that John McCain an RNC has more money than Obama but do not worry Hillary supporters will send money to Obama and DNC. I said hell no! NO MONEY, NO TIME and NO VOTE for the Obama and the DNC.
Watch this video and see what a joke Obama is

This is another reason I won’t vote for Obama. Our democracy has lasted a long time without Chicago/thug politics going national in an election. If we reward Obama with the WH, expect that this will now be business as usual in national politics.
There are many reasons not to support Obama. This is only one more.
I recommend today’s Rezko Watch article about Hussain and the radical left.
No one has commented about the inevitable implosion awaiting Hussain’s “coalition of the willing to destroy this country”.
The marxist left, the NOI and black separatists can’t possibly share power in Hussain’s presidency, if he gets it, with the MSM conglomerate and big money capitalists.
Am I the only one foreseeing the civil unrest that will ensue if Hussain gets to be POTUS?
“Obama is benefiting from a landslide of black support, built on social credit being extended on campaign promises. The Black Community is like the loving,
committed spouse, willing to ignore immediate needs so heir partner can conquer the world. But at the end of the day, something must be delivered.”
ttp://brothers.yourblackworld.com/2008/02/tavis-smileys-
haterology-on-barack.html.
If Hussain wins, he will do with the radical left and NOI what he did to his pastor and white grandma: throw them under the truck trailer, then pick up the pieces and throw them under the AmTrack train, just to be sure.
Hussain is in this for himself, He is way gone to that dark place inhabited by ego maniacs a la Hitler, Stalin, Pinochet. Remember him “manhandling” Lieberman? Imagine if he’s POTUS. He’s already thinking about 2012 re-elections! He will stay where the power is: with the MSM and “capitalists”; they are the only ones who can assure his presidency.
Black separatists are not going to sit passively and relinquish what they perceive they are entitled to. We have failed to follow up on the divisions going on in the black community about Hussain. These things are important, but no one is paying attention. If Hussain loses, women and blacks who voted against him will be targeted for violence. You can mark my words on that. The “enthusiasm” built by the MSM is already at the irrational levels: his is the messiah, the “prophet”. You can’t seriously expect that, if he loses, there will not be a riot.
Why hasn’t the GOP attacked Hussain with all the info out there about his connection to the radical left?
The FBI must have tons, but tons of material on Hussain’s connection with the NOI. They know about the so called “Michelle DVD”. The FBI have followed these people for years. The DVD was pulled out of the Trinity Church just recently, not years ago. The GOP and FBI must have a copy, and if not, how difficult can it be for them to get one?
Come on, people.
I can hear the theme of the “Twilight Zone”:
ne nu ne nu, ne nu ne nu…
“Why hasn’t the GOP attacked Hussain with all the info out there about his connection to the radical left?”
Why on earth would the GOP do it all now? They have been priming for it as is obvious by the stories they have been running lately. They are hinting around the edges until after the convention. Then they will slam him again and again, until there is nothing left but skidmarked drawers and loafers.
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
The McCain campaign is probably waiting for Axelrod (Obama) to start releasing his negative oppo against JMcC, and then they will start whamming back with theirs.
DON’T FEED THE FREAKING TROLLS!!
I have been reading this blog for some time and I am puzzled by some of the Hillary supporters. Maybe you can enlightn m.
How do some of you figure that Hillary was cheated?
Even if the DNC had given her the full results from Michigan and Florida, she still would not have had enough delegates to pass Obama.
It seems to me that unless Hillary won, there is no way you could accept defeat.
Obama won more head to head contests. That is plain and simple.
Why cant you accept it?
The super delegates had to go with the will of the people and the will of the people was in favor of Obama.
Can any of you dispute that? If so, please explain.
thanks
How did the people go along. How do you win 97% of all votes cast in prmaries [Clinto], only to lose to someone who gamed caucuses and garnered a 1.1 million voter advantage by only 3% of all votes cast in caucuses [Obama]?
Can you add or subtract?
And speaking of the “will of the people” How do you explain that a clear majority of registered Democratic voters preferred Clinton to Obama. I am not talking about the “Democrat’s for a Day” that Obama used.
Primaries and not caucuses are an indicator as to the will of the people!
I can’t wait to see all the kids give up their Starbuck’s and beer fix to hand that money over in regular donations to the DNC!
Good Luck! Not my concern anymore
The will of the poeple. Kerry and Kennedy’s people voted for Hillry by 18% point why didn’t they endorse her? If every delegate went by the will of the people in thier state( defined by the popular vote) she would have won.
no he didn’t. do your homework and come back when you understand. Otherwise you are a distracting troll.
Mary Kay, Everything you say is right on…What IS he teaching young people? Only how to be sleaze bags. He has nothing but contempt for everyone and he is angry. People call him an elitist, but it’s really worse than that. He is a megalomaniac. It;s clear he has an agenda… But you’re absolutely right on when you say it’s all about him…
His campaign website has a big O on it, his youth camps have his name on them…
His lack of substance has to do with the fact that substance is unimportant. Only thing everyone needs is him and his superiority…
This is so ugly…. all of it…
what Daily Kurse has taught young people makes me sick.
This is democracy, kids. Let’s smear and slander for our candidate!
I don’t understand this thread.
According to the media, Hillary Clinton supporters are all uneducated Slugs.
Only Obama has the educated vote.
None of you sound like you have motor cycle parts in the garage next to the SUV.
What’s the deal?
Larry,
It is time to stop point fingers at others and to take responsibility for oneself. The MSM didn’t do it to you. The DNC didn’t do it to you.
Hilary, a good candidate, lost on her own accord. She could have run a much better, much smarter campaign.
None of us benefit or learn from blaming others. We learn from looking inward, not outward, and adapting accordingly.
You are doing a disservice to your readers and continue to show yourself as a little man by your perpetual and obnoxious refusal to look at the facts as they are.
I guess that’s what years of working in government does: take the little person, stroke their ego, force compliance and make them ever littler.
I was hoping you’d be capable of thinking for yourself, presenting an independent voice or insight.
Guess not.
No, it’s time for Obamabot ass lickers like you to realize you have zero chance to win the general election as you have foisted an ILLEGITIMATE candidate on Democrats. He had to STEAL delegates from Hillary as well as disenfranchising voters and he still LOST the popular vote by over a quarter of a million votes.
He is a fraud and will be dealt with accordingly come November.
Let me ask you some questions:
What does Democracy mean to you?
What does one voice, and one vote means to you?
What does free and fair elections means to you?
Do you think Obama was ELECTED by the people, or SELECTED by the Super Delegates and the media pundits?
What matters the most to you when choosing the Presidential candidate you will vote for? Be specific.
When you vote in November, would you like your vote to be counted?
Do you believe all 50 states votes should be counted if cast?
Would you like your vote to be awarded to a candidate you did not vote for, and who took their name off the ballot?
I could ask you a whole lot more, but just answer the above questions TRUTHFULLY.
Boycott. Contact advertisers. Make the press pay for giving free reign to insults and misogyny.
CNN and MSNBC have already lost millions of viewers who can no longer stomach the sycophant pundits fawning on Mr. Obama at every opportunity. This is real. Fox News now has millions of voters that they did not have before the primaries.
Folks, I think it’s time for us to set the record straight in every blog we visit and every conversation we have:
The reason we’re voting for John McCain is not because he is a strong candidate, a patriot, a good man, revenge for not selecting Clinton as the democratic nominee, or any other reason having to do with either McCain or Clinton. It is solely because Barack Obama, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, urban blacks, and uneducated youth have removed any alternatives from the ballots. I accept ZERO blame for the next 4 years of Republican rule. That’s on you, trolls.
Then why not vote for the Green Party candidate? That way, you can vote with Hillary on most issues, but not vote for Obama.
Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.

ditto…well said
Go to search on internet…Obama supporters in Louisiana are trying to register 70,000 before Nov…when cards are turned in they are finding names of dead people and pets….this group is called VOTING IS POWER…is a Muslim group
The Chicago tactics he “beat” Clinton with won’t work on Republicans.
They have the dough to catch him.
Standard, I suggest you read through the archives as our rationale has been repeated ad nauseum on this site. Also, please read my post below. Thank you.
Sorry Standard - that was actually meant for Obama 08
Hmmmm…I wonder if a large portion of Plastic Jesus’s mysteriously fat campaign bankroll comes from Republican donors who want Obama to run against because they think he’ll be easier to defeat than Hillary would have been?
We understand that delegates elect a nominee.
If Hillary was cheated and she really won.
Can some Hillary supporter explain how she won more delegates than Obama.
Thanks
Neither Obama or Hillary secured the necessary delegates to secure the nomination. Obama has had superdelegates endorse him, but their votes don’t count until the convention in August. The caucus system is screwed up. Obama gamed it, and he still couldn’t win. He has been pushed on everyone by the Democratic party leaders and the media, and he is an asshole like his supporters.
Here’s an article with a link to that from Clinton Democrats:
It has taken Democrats decades to get past the “dead voter drive” reputation. Someone at the top of Obama’s organization surely had previous knowledge of this dishonorable act.
Even better than the dead people DJ was the head of the elections board a lifelong Republican, found his own name on a ballot as a newly registered Democrat. He said he did appreciate that they made him younger though. Too bad for the Obamessiah though…it wont work. They are already starting to air news stories about dead people voting in the primaries in several states. I do hope they enjoyed their respite from the grave as they caucused for Obama.
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
I suggest this every one should be extra vigilant with registration. It worked for them in the primaries, they are not going to stop now. Every name should be checked. ss# should be verified to the max. Any decent human should work to stop the thugs aka obamabots
Hillary’s speech was very moving and showed what a class act she is. However, even at her request, I would never and could never vote for Senator Obama. I’ve sent a long email to the DNC explaining why. It appears that Senator Obama will be the democratic nominee so I will be casting my vote for an Senator John McCain.
We will remember in November.
Thanks Ambrozine. Super-Dons….appropriate name!!
PLEASE, DON’T ENGAGE WITH THE OBAMINATION IN THIS SITE!!
Ok, Obama supporters, here’s a serious question for you with absolutely no snarkiness or derision:
If party unity is so paramount, and you truly believe it is so critical for a democrat to be elected in November/McCain must be defeated - why don’t you ask Senator Obama to step aside and accept the nomination as VP in order to achieve your stated goals? This would ensure 16 years of Democrats controlling the White House, so it seems to me that you ought to consider the sacrifice for the greater good.
This is a legitimate question, yet I’m sure most of you would never even consider it. So if you are just a legit Obama supporter and not a paid troll, I would ask you to consider that the overwhelming majority of posters at No Quarter feel similarly about the views you try to foist on us, and give us the consideration of posting only thought-out, documented statements supporting your candidate rather than trying to convince us that Senators Clinton and McCain are evil. That will allow us to return to an itelligent, legitimate debate of our views and opinions. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Sorry - intelligent *grin*
If the coin were flipped and Hillary were the nominee, there’s a large contingent of young voters and African-American voters who would simply not come out to the ballot box for her.
The only way to decide a nominee is based on the rules and criteria set up at the start, a path based on delegates. Hillary and Barack both agreed to those rules. Barack wound up with more delegates.
The Obama supporters in the DNC violated the rules to give Obama delegates. 59 delegates he had no right to by the RULES. Also 3 other states violated the exact same rule and recieved no punishment because Obama was polling well in them while those showing him getting his ass kicked were punished without the investigation required by the RULES!
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!

The only way dems down ticket are going to win in the south is to claim they don’t know Obama and never met the guy. So much for Dean’s 50..er or 48 er or 57 state strategy.
BTW I used to own a motorcycle…does that count???
I really don’t see a “floor fight” at the convention. I can see Clinton pushing her agenda with her retained delegates and votes. If something happens and Obama “resigns”, I don’t even see that as a positive for Hillary Clinton in the general election. No matter what, the party has boxed itself in a corner. The DNC has put all of their eggs in the Obama basket.I believe Hillary Clinton to be human and not She-Ra. If this basket continues to break, I don’t think even she can fix it quickly enough in time for the general election.
Larry, I guess you’ve decided it’s better to be God to a hundred than ally to a million.
Have you ever noticed that Obama supporters spew comparisons left and right….Obama is like JFK, Obama is like Abe lincon..oh, and the ever popluar he is the next messiah..etc….
Question: Why is it that you have to compare your candidate to someone else? Why does he have to be the “next somebody”, not just the first Obama? Is because he has no identity? At lease not one that is desirable to project?
You never hear “Hillary Clinton is the next….” Maybe that’s because she has established a singular identity that needs no comparisions to support its validity? Maybe you can form an opinion about her based on just her and not some farflung marketing ploy? Just a thought!
That would make a fantastic political cartoon, Obama in his “empty suit” and all his people (howard, nancy, donna…) trying to fill the suit up/out with Lincoln, Kennedy, King, Jesus… The TRUE leaders would be fighting to get away from this nobody!
Best argument any Obama supporter can muster as to why their candidate should win:

“Because he is the nominee and it`s a lot easier to tell nutcases who can`t accept reality to seek treatment.”
It’s the democracy, stupid.
Sorry - this was meant as a reply to Worried4Hillary.
Bottom line: the powers that be wanted Obama. They always get their way, by hook or crook, and they ran the sleaziest democratic campaign we ever saw. I especially like the current narrative: that Hillary failed, and it had nothing to do with the DNC’s electoral fraud or the media smear campaign.
Still, one questions remains for Obama supporters. Which part of his speeches do they enjoy most: the shallow rhetoric or meaningless drivel?
It beaks my heart to loose the most knowledgeable democrats of our time, and I’ll so miss the Clinton press conferences and flawless reasoning.
That said, I have no choice but to vote for Obama. He may be be a dingbat pretender, but he’s the nominee.
Actually, you DO have a choice.
I do hope Hillary Clinton refuse the VP. We all know Obama has no original thoughts. What will he do now that he has to go one on one with John McCain. Hillary is not there anymore to get the first questions and he feed off of her answers. A vote for John mcCain in 2008 is a vote for Hillary CLinton 2012.

Love that Orwell quote.
Manning is why I keep popcorn handy! He’s a hoot!
This is an excerpt from NY Daily News. The rest is a “mild” attack on her. I’ve read worst. The author passes as someone who really disagrees with her “style” of politiking. But the first part of the article is fine:
Clinton held her nose & did her job
Echoing another dramatic moment, Hillary Clinton came not to praise Barack Obama, only to support him.
Or maybe she was channeling consigliere Tom Hagen, who in “The Godfather” famously said of a Mafia family feud: “This is business, not personal.”
Whatever her muse, Clinton Saturday gave one of the most honest speeches she has ever given and perhaps the most honest we have heard in this political marathon.
She didn’t pretend to like or admire Obama. She didn’t pretend she believes he would be a great President. She didn’t say he was right on the issues. She never said he’d be a good commander in chief or would keep America safe.
She made it clear she still reserves those views for herself. And that she’ll be baaaacccck.
But she had a job to do yesterday and she did it. Her task was to acknowledge Obama as the party nominee, say repeatedly she was supporting him and would do everything she could to help him win.
She did all that with more sincerity than a coerced prisoner of war would have mustered, but with far less passion and rhetorical gusto than a true believer would have brought to the occasion.
She made it clear, sometimes painfully so, that she was endorsing Obama only because he’s a Democrat. It’s business.
Beyond that, she wasn’t going there. There was no warm and fuzzy Hallmark moment, no reason to get misty-eyed, at least over him.
This was a concession, not a surrender. She was accepting defeat, but defiantly refusing to be labeled a loser. Surrender is for wimps. (By Michael Goodwin).
Dems for McCain 08
There is no nominee until the convention. Would you like a referral to a good therapist since you can’t accept this reality?
Obama is a narcisistic personality. His followers are eerily similar to National Socialists. Can we call them the “Obama Youth”? There is a real cult of personality aspect to this entire debacle. Very little chance of reasoning with them. Most every time I read a post that contains reasoned, sober analysis of why Obama is lacking qualities of leadership, experience, or that his policies are dangerous (such as his economic policies, which are very disturbing), all the obama youth can muster are vulgarites, taunts, insults and screams of “Racist”!
Guess what? They prove the point that this man is a danger.
Yes. Obama’s Brownshirted Youth IS appropriate!
Get used to the ugly fact:
Hillary and her supporters will be blamed when Hussain loses the presidency, whether she’s in the ticket or not.
We will be the first casualties.
Have you noticed that reaction from Obamabot “Comment by Fosbach | 2008-06-08 08:52:27
You`re a friggin` lunatic.”
That came after my comment “THEY WILL VOTE FOR HUSSAIN EVEN IF HE IS CAUGHT IN A CHILD PORNOGRAPHY RING.
“Obama is so popular that blacks will go to the bathroom while he’s insight and take a deep breath”.

I’N NOT KIDDING YOU. THEY ARE BEYOND REASONING. ”
I SUCCEEDED IN PISSING HIM OFF!!
Go ahead: collect all those “comments” Obamabots have posted in other sites that show how ridiculously fanatic they have become. THAT HURTS THEM.
I look forward to being blamed for Obama losing. I only wish my name could be printed in bold letters to let the world know what I think of Obama and the Howard Dean Democratic Socialist Party.
When the shitstorm that is Obama’s past hits the fan, I want a bumper sticker and Tshirt that proudly say:
Don’t blame me…I voted for Hillary!
Those you see following the Obamessiah are not Democrats, though the species may try to look similar. They are in fact nothing but JACKASSES!
P.U.M.A.
Just now getting around to answering hillary Clinton’s email calling for unity in the democratic party and support for Obama. Forget it. I wasn’t voting for the party to begin with. They (including Hillary Clinton) just do not seem to get it, some of us are Americans first and party comes second. It is still that way with me. I think McCain will be better for America and Obama would be certain disaster. So I am ready to vote for McCain and not the republican party in general. But I am also ready to vote against all the democrats who helped Obama destroy the old democratic party.
CNN is already talking about that they do not have Hillary to push around. They just said they hope she is VP it makes good tv (they showed there true colors once again) . Please Hillary do not take VP. Let CNN spend there time trying to cover up Obama Look at this http://patriotroom.com/?p=412
Hi
I found this website a few weeks ago and think it is awesome. No Quarter is a buoy of intelligence in a sea of Koolaid. I, too, have been utterly disgusted at this farce of a primary race. To quote Coulter, and I never thought I would ever do that, Obama was SELECTED not ELECTED.
Have any of his followers ever bothered to actually look at his slim legislative record that was basically created on the coattails of other legislators? Apparently not. Well they could always fall back on his incredible record as Chair of the Senate Subcomitte of Foreign Affairs, where he did not call ONE meeting in almost two years.
Well, to get to my point. Anyone catch the Belmont Race yesterday, which occured after Clinton’s speech? The Media were all in a lather anticipating that BIG BROWN, the heavily favored thoroughbred who had galloped over competition previously, would make History and win the TRIPLE CROWN. Well, Big Brown came in LAST.
A bit Prophetic, wouldn’t you say?
I didn’t watch hillary’s speech.. and I have no intentions of watching her go thru the motions of party unity..
my friend got her rather substantial check from the DNC on friday.. she immediately sent that $$ to the RNC..
As a minority, these fools at the DNC have no clue the backlash they have unleashed.
My loyalty to hillary is NOT TRANSFERABLE!!!!
My loyalty to this country supercedes any political party.
I will now giving my $$ to this site as well as other pro-hillary/pro-democracy sites and the PUMA pac…

Excellent rant! Those questions to the SuperD’s should be mailed to each one of them.
This is from the begining of the year, but still relevant. It shows that Hussain is wrong in counting with ALL black votes.
BET Founder Slams Obama in South Carolina
COLUMBIA, S.C. — Robert L. Johnson, the founder of Black Entertainment Television, who is campaigning today in South Carolina with Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, just made a suggestion that raised the specter of Barack Obama’s past drug use. He also compared Mr. Obama to Sidney Poitier, the black actor, in “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.”
At a rally here for Mrs. Clinton at Columbia College, Mr. Johnson was defending recent comments that Mrs. Clinton made regarding Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. She did not mean to take any credit away from him, Mr. Johnson said, when she said that it took President Johnson to sign the civil rights legislation he fought for.
Dr. King had led a “moral crusade,” Mr. Johnson said, but such crusades have to be “written into law.”
“That is the way the legislative process works in this nation and that takes political leadership,” he said. “That’s all Hillary was saying.”
He then added: “And to me, as an African-American, I am frankly insulted that the Obama campaign would imply that we are so stupid that we would think Hillary and Bill Clinton, who have been deeply and emotionally involved in black issues since Barack Obama was doing something in the neighborhood – and I won’t say what he was doing, but he said it in the book – when they have been involved.”
Moments later, he added: “That kind of campaign behavior does not resonate with me, for a guy who says, ‘I want to be a reasonable, likable, Sidney Poitier ‘Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.’ And I’m thinking, I’m thinking to myself, this ain’t a movie, Sidney. This is real life.”
A former Clinton campaign official in New Hampshire had to resign last month after he publicly suggested that Republicans would probably use Mr. Obama’s drug use in his youth, which he first wrote about in his memoirs, against him.
Update | 5 p.m. Mr. Johnson just released this statement, through the Clinton campaign:
My comments today were referring to Barack Obama’s time spent as a community organizer, and nothing else. Any other suggestion is simply irresponsible and incorrect.
“When Hillary Clinton was in her twenties she worked to provide protections for abused and battered children and helped ensure that children with disabilities could attend public school.
That results oriented leadership — even as a young person — is the reason I am supporting Hillary Clinton.”
Dr. Johnson was channeling something that isn’t quite right when Obama costumes in M.L. Kings legacy.
This might make it sharper:

ANY DEMOCRAT WHO WOULD FORGIVE WHAT COWARD,DONNA AND THE SDs HAVE DONE BY PUSHING THIS UNQUALIFIED FAITHLESS LYING BASTRAD ON THE TICKET IS UNFORGIVEABLE! YOU HAVE TO BE BRAIN DEAD,BLIND AND A DRONE TO FORGIVE OR SUPPORT OBAMA.
THE DNC MUST BE PUNISHED
VOTE McCAIN TO PROTECT AMERICA.. IT’S YOUR DUTY AND OBLIGATION TO DO SO…..
Here are the problems facing Bambi and Axelrod knows it, thus the droves of feeble Obamatwat trolls out with threats and insults:
1- Bambi exhausted the Black vote in the Primary’s
2- Eliminate the Black vote and the Cook Country dead people and pets votes drops Bambi’s numbers by almost 20%+.
3- Florida will go GOP red in Nov because Bambi shut them down to beig a half voice at the RNC.
4- Michigan will go GOP red because its Democratic leaders tanked them in revotes and at the RNC
5- Mid America will go GOP red over comments made by Bambi in SF.
6- PR gave an overwhelming voice of latino’s against Bambi that will echo through latino voters in Nov.
7- the GOP will be relentless at exposing Bambi here on out and not falling victim to worries over race baiting since that tactic can work with DNC primaries, but in the GE, the GOP rarely exceeds 10% of the Black vote and Bambi with Rev Wright et al has cast a dark shadow over the Black community regarding their beliefs which many are offended by presently, and the GOP will continue hammering it home in the fall.
8- McCain will make concessions for McCain Democrats in the coming weeks on certain issues.
9- The GOP will remind people constantly of the unfair practices of the DNP in the Primary season and the words of Icky at the RNC on May 31st.
10- The not settle on Bambi W.O.R.M. excuses like Clinton had to in the Primary’s and as attacks already out there, Rezko, Wright, Pfledge, Ayers and Dohrn will be front and center!
Combine all this with 527 attacks against Bambi’s credibitliy, which is none, and the likelihood of Bambi obtaining more than 30 million votes is unlikely at best.
Shame Dean and Brazile didn’t do their jobs working for the DNP in shoring up its base, its funding and it as an institution like they were paid to do since 2004, instead Dean spends time giving speeches to the Europian Marxist groups called SI, giving SDS and SI people tours of the DNP headquarters, feeling like a man with power who never had any in his life aside from being Gov of Vermont….lol
And who do the Democrats have to thank for the downfall of the DNP, the person who endorsed and got Dean elected head of it, John Swiftboat (Bambi will make a great POTUS to forgeign contries because he is well a black man) Kerry!
Shame Dean and Brazile didn’t do their jobs working for the DNP in shoring up its base, its funding and it as an institution like they were paid to do since 2004,
Dean and Brazile couldn’t shore up the base because a growing percentage of the Democratic base was become more and more positively impressed with the personality of HRC, especially her strength.
What is the point of referring to Obama as Hussein? If you don’t agree with him on the issues…fine. But, why be Ann Coulter or Hugh Hewitt?
Most people do that just to annoy the Obama “trolls.”
Obama is a weasel…. Hussin is his middle name…..
We have HRC, GWB, JFK, MLK, so what is the problem calling Obama BHO? it is his name… Obama runs from his own name, his friends. his church, his record…..the list goes on…so he will run from his wife….. Who the fuck is Obama??? Barack Hussin Obama….the liar… What a phony….
Actually Obama’s name includes “Hussein”. Most people have no problem with their names. I suppose the American people could call him “Hey YOU”.
To quote Bambi: In no other country on earth would it be possible…. for someone with a funny name…..
Funny how Bambi tends to not mention his full name, and yet he expects people to embrase his heritage, his lies and his myths he concocked or is it a problem because it adds one more reality to the American Idol candidate?
Barack, was originally “Barak”, taken from the Koran, meaning “Blessed”. Given to him by his father. Howard Dean must have taken him at his word–or should I say , his name? Blessed?
Here’s a quot fro secularhumanizinevoluter from another site “I must disagree with you on your Obama job postings. Rezko would be his HUD Secretary. Ayers would obviously be his Secretary of Education. Alsammarae would probably be tapped for his Secretary of the Treasury. Pfleger maybe Secretary of Health and Human Services. Allison Davis for the Department of Justice. Farakhan for Secretary of Defense”.
And Mr Wright could sing the National Anthem.
“God Damn America. Land that I hate” ???? Helluva cabinet-if you like a cabinet with a bunch of roaches in it.LOL!
you left out Ayers stomping on and burning the flag, well can’t burn it, is a no smoking in federal buildings law, opps forgot this is Bill Ayers we are talking about…lol
Alison Davis would be the nephew of Waffles’, first political mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, named to the House Committe on Un-American Activities as a member of the United States Communist Party.
Remember in November to vote present.
HERE
LOL…in Nov, use Bambi’s own words, well I was going to vote for Bambi, but I was so tired I mistakenly pressed McCain I guess, thus no fault just like Bambi expects people to believe….lol
60% of us have said that we will vote for Obama in November and I am one of them. Contrary to what some seem to think here, I did not forget my values or drop in IQ overnight.
I’m proud of the crack in the glass ceiling but I’m also proud to now be working towards cracking another glass ceiling.
EXACTLY!!!
The Obamatrons were the followers of B O based on emotion only. Thats why when you brought up facts, they called it attacks. lol
Obama voting is symbolism, not on facts, principle and policy. It was on speech and how he made them “feel”.
The leadership put this out and almost made it the requisite when Gov Dean was promoting that voters voted based on emotions not principle as they promoted George Lakoffs book a couple years ago.
So, if they selected their candidate without sound reason, how the heck do they expect to sway us fact based and reality based voters with their personal attacking of emotion voting? Let alone, how now to compete in the General election with their emotion based argument?
Welcome to the REAL world.
And….speaking of REAL world.

Sen. Barack Obama did all he could to win over white working-class voters during the Democratic primaries — shaking hands at factories, downing beers, bowling a few frames — but it was largely in vain, as Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton trounced Obama with the group in most states.
So , of course it makes sense for the Super D’s to nominate him. LOL
Dumb, da-da DUMB
Who knew the knew beerability for the mindless was going to be “who would you want to fist bump with”. I don’t know…..sounds a bit sexual to me. Which may explain Christ Matthews getting “a thrill run up his leg when he hear Obama” speak [YELL]
I wish it was November tomorrow just so that I could prove you right.
I am a conservative male. I have been following this website for a couple of days. I am sorry Hillary lost because I never though McCain could win.(age)and I thought Hillary would make an O.K president. Something about Obama and his supporters are very scary.(not his race) but his associations and what he truly thinks about white people and this county.
Well now we(Conservatives) are about to go though what
Hillary and her supporters had to deal with. 24 7 pro Obama news.
But you should be very proud of her she put up more of a fight than McCain will.
Pray for this country.
Everyone, I would like to appologise for my NIKE of a son.
He stoped taking his meds.
Obama is a spineless, unqualified, un-american liar who isn’t going to any house but maybe ‘the Big House’ with Rezko and his other criminal associates.
How Democratic are you? SERIOUSLY!!! there are democrats, racist democrats, feminist democrats, and every other democrats. What really defines your true democratic nature…the feminist is understandably angry but cannot switch allegiance to a rival party, every other democrat voted on the issue and the best fit. the everyday democrat realizes that the differences between Hillary and Obama are minimal and bridgeable. the racist democrat detests Obama win or lose; that is the same DORMOCRAT who will vote McCain;but the crossover is of no consequence.Obama enjoys a Republican crossover greater in number than the pro Clinton crossover.
Its Obama, the Republican Party is shaking thus the vote for Hillary in the Primary…thier strategy failed
Obama is a spineless, unqualified, un-american liar who isn’t going to any house but maybe ‘the Big House’ with Rezko and his other criminal associates.
Hillary or McCain in 2008 [NO ONE ELSE IS QUALIFIED]
Could someone please tell me why we are still talking to the Obama cult? These people don’t listen to reason. Don’t waste you breath. Just show them what it feels like to defend democracy in November. We all vote McCain. Please don’t waste any votes. We have to flush this weasle down…… “Democracy Before A Brother”
Dear Fellow Democrats;
We have always been a nice and respecting group of folks, and yet something is left well sort of selfishly done and that is inexcusable and shows very low class. During the Primary season, Senator Barack H. Obama called out for Republicans to become Democrats for a day.
Now we being good people in the Democratic Party, have left this favor undone and not yet returned. Is it not our duty as fair-minded people to prepay the services given by Senator Barack H. Obama’s request and fulfillment by Republicans to some form of repayment?
So therefore knowing how selfish Senator Barack H. Obama is, it is our rightful duty as Democrats to repay the favor bestowed upon us by becoming Republicans for a day. The suggested day to repay this favor is in November, well actually November the 4th to be precise.
Now let’s show not only the country but the world that Democrats return favors in 10 fold, as a gesture of good will and harmony between people! Show our children that a favor never goes unreturned.
So following Senator Barack H. Obama’s many passionate pleas for Republicans to be Democrats for a day, show the Democratic spirit and become a Republicans on November 4th, 2008!
My local newspaper (Syracuse, NY Post-Stanard)…full blown Obama love fest…Now all be good Germans…oops I mean Democrats & vote for Obama in Nov. They even used Hillary’s “speech” (Coerced to say the least) yesterday as a propaganda tool to entice voters for the anointed one. Their headline with her picture…”Clinton:Work for Obama like you worked for me”, which she did not say in that context. It will be a VERY, VERY, VERY cold day in HELL before I do that.
In the beginning, lacking any other information on this candidate but the fact he gave a good speech at the 2004 Democratic convention; and absent a full vetting by the MSM, I did my research on Senator Obama. At some point I had learned enough to be certain I could never vote for him for the Office of President of the United States, the soundness of which decision was confirmed over and over again the more I learned about him since then.
I supported Senator Clinton throughout the primary, donating more money to her campaign than I could afford and blogging my fingers raw to correct the tomes of misinformation put out by his campaign. Before I knew what I know now, I intended to vote FOR her in November and not AGAINST Senator Obama. But not now. Because knowing what I know now, I am no longer indifferent about Senator Obama him. Just the opposite; as a patriotic American, I know I must do everything I can to prevent this man from being elected the President of the United States, for more reasons than I can possibly list. Or want to. And, I will vote against him. If this means voting for a Republican in order to keep him out of office, I will. If Senator McCain is confirmed as his party’s nominee, I will even contribute to his campaign, and blog my fingers off for him.
And yes, one of those reasons I am not voting for Senator Obama - though not my prime motivation - is that he is a misogynist, both in deed and in silent acquiescence. And, FYI, every time his disciples deign to recruit the women who support Senator Clinton by educating them, to vote for Senator McCain in the general election is a vote against self-interest, they reinforce their marginalization of these women, assuming they - the women - are incapable of well-informed reasoned decision-making; and of course, his supporters - these men - know better.
P.U.M.A.
We need to keep all the Hillary signs up in a form of silent protest. At least up until the end of convention(When we find out who the official nominee will be).
Contineue to FIGHT!
Don’t send any money to DNC or Dem candidates!
Try to expose AYERS, REZKO, A UCHI, ODINGO!
Boycott NBC, MSNBC, CNN, et. al
Constantly evaluate who, what, where and why of any news report. Remembering the blackout of any negative Obama news.
Don’t vote for any pol that backed Obama
Know that Hillary has not released her delegates.
Remember, THEY NEED US - THEY SCREWED US AND HILLARY -
FIGHT BACK BY NOT DONATING AND NOT VOTING FOR OBAMA and his SURROGATES.
FIGHT ON!
Guys:
a request…many of us are donating to hillary’s site BUT not giving one penny to the DNC
we want to show hillary we will support her all the way..
the DNC is severely behind the RNC in fundraising.. and I suggest we keep it that way…
the link below.. donates $$ to hillary, it DOES NOT go to DNC/the fraud..
please donate what you can..

Most importantly, Nobama.
No to Oprah (Everyone is sick to death of her anyway. Does she still have an audience?). No to MSNBC. No to Air America (has everyone seen Rachel Maddow’s new Minnie Mouse false eyelashes on MSNBC? And Randi Rhoades, now there’s a class act). No to CNN. NO to “uncommitted” Donna Brazile and her ilk.
And bye bye to the corrupt DNC. Way to go, nominating another LOSER. Clinton is BY FAR the best candidate. NO to Howard Dean, who publicly acknowledged sexism against Hillary Clinton the day BO reached his delegate number. Dean, you might be the worst of all.
McCain in ‘08. After a lot of thought, it’s the only way to make a point and have a clear conscience. Obama would be a disaster.
I really feel that the Superdelegates flocked to Obama out of fear. Fear that the african-Americans and the Obama supporters would see them as Racist if they went for the most quailified candidate, Hillary. The people have spoken and Hillary got the most votes, where’s the Democracy in this primary. The Superdelegates job was to cast their votes for the most ellectible candidate, and that didn’t happen. I think it’s important to stand up for our beliefs and show them how powerful Hillary supporters can be and not follow the Superdelegates lead. We need to show them that we can be a strong force for our rights as Americans.
If Hillary is for what is best for the country and she believes in doing the right thing no matter how hard and making good decisions…..Then why is she asking us to vote for Obama just because he is the DNC nominee?
It doesn’t take a turnip to smell corruption in the Obama camp. If whiteys are racist then how did Obama get all those whitey votes?
Which votes.. the one you stole in cacucus states whle heard working Americans are still at their jobs… or the one you spilted into halfs in FL and MI…. or the Hillary votes and delegates you stole at the DNC meetings. Which white votes are you talking about drone?
Donna Brazile (Airhead) has now given a new meaning to the word “Uncommitted”. According to that drone Uncommitted means you are suppoting Obama…. What a phony reasoning…
Okay, so maybe you can answer this (it was what decided my Obama vote.
In the senate there was an amendment to a bill that would have banned the use of cluster bombs.
Considering how these things work, it would seem to have been a no-brainer.
So, why did Hillary vote against it (along with John McCain)?
We need cluster bombs to kill those who would do America harm you drone bit. Why would you want to get ride of the you most poweful weapon…? What would you use to defend America…a speech? What kind of Kool-Aid heads are talking to here… Go workship your messiah please…. this site is for reasonable adult. You are not qualified…
DO NOT RESPOND TO THE TROLLS! Do you want this site to become another MyDD. IGNORE THEM!!!!
Superdelegates get campaign cash
Posted by Foon Rhee, deputy national political editor February 14, 2008 03:54 PM
Many of the superdelegates who could well decide the Democratic presidential nominee have already been plied with campaign contributions by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, a new study shows.
“While it would be unseemly for the candidates to hand out thousands of dollars to primary voters, or to the delegates pledged to represent the will of those voters, elected officials serving as superdelegates have received about $890,000 from Obama and Clinton in the form of campaign contributions over the last three years,” the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics reported today.
About half the 800 superdelegates — elected officials, party leaders, and others — have committed to either Clinton or Obama, though they can change their minds until the convention.
Obama’s political action committee has doled out more than $694,000 to superdelegates since 2005, the study found, and of the 81 who had announced their support for Obama, 34 had received donations totaling $228,000.
Clinton’s political action committee has distributed about $195,000 to superdelegates, and only 13 of the 109 who had announced for her have received money, totaling about $95,000.

*yawn*
Hate-hate-hate.
Anyone here have any positive ideas about getting our country back on track?
Hillary has officially lost, she is now working towards a goal of whats best for the nation. I’m not willing to sacrifice 4 years because I’m scared of an “unknown commodity”. I’m tired of being told who to vote for out of fear or hate, and thats all people like you and Republicans seem to provide.
So, besides piss and moan….what are you going to DO? I pledged a couple hundred extra to Obama and the DNC this week, as well as signing up for swing state voter reg.
I’m getting my hands dirty.
But, keep on bloggin’ I guess.
Good idea — boycott all black businesses, movies/TV shows, sports, and black-endorsed products. I will actively work for obama’s (and later) claire mccaskill’s defeat in Missouri. You want to “ride dirty,” then after what obama and the RBC did with our votes, let’s see how graciously obama’s cult members handle losing the electoral college in November after he wins by 3 million votes!
It’s the train that’s coming, folks.
Let’s not forget the slurs they slung at her/us -”Bitch, Whore, Monster, Pimped, Witch, Nut Cracker,
White Racists, Sweetie and… Someone who can take her into a room and only he comes out.” Not to mention Ms. Brazile who told the whole world they don’t need us in November. Well, you don’t have to slam the door in my face but one time.
Ponder this: What was the urgency by the Dem Party to get Hillary out so quick? We all know it started months ago - way before there was a “presumptive nominee.”
Because they knew they’d have mountains to move to get the radical agenda ingrained into millions of Democrats. Soften the blow, cover it up, distort it. They knew they’d have to ralley the forces of Hell around the RADICAL to get him elected.
This has gone beyond Hillary now though. (Even though I will ALWAYS support her.)
I take it very personally that they resorted to such extreme measures to “select” Obama and defame the Clintons and her supporters. This is a radical, sleezy, juvenile, name-calling excuse for
