Quite to the contrary, I respect this post much more than I do many of the others here.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and Ms. Parks makes her opinion known without stooping to the ridiculous and baseless charges, i.e. plagiarism, theft of delegates and such, that others use to assuage their wounded feelings.

If she doesn't like Howard Dean, she's certainly entitled to that opinion. I wasn't too impressed with Mr. Dean either, the way he let Hillary continue to raise a stink about the Michigan and Florida votes without doing something about it.

I enjoyed her post.

plagiarism (n)

1. the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work.

Senator Obama never used another author's thoughts without permission. Governor Patrick stated that he had urged Senator Obama to use the phrase in his speeches, therefore the charge of plagiarism does not stand.

This is yet another of Hillary's ridiculous charges that have nothing to do with issues, but everything to do with the politics of distraction and personal destruction. Rather than talk about real issues, she chose to use a little Republican sleight of hand and distract people with non-issues.

This is one of the reaons that her campaign failed and one of the things that convinced me that she did not have the qualifications to be the party's candidate. She took every opportunity to sink to the lowest depths possible. That's why her campaign turned so many people off and that's why she lost. It is no coincidence that her ratings began to go up when she turned to Senator Obama after one of their debates and said, "It's been an honor to be here with you." It doesn't mean that she has to kowtow to anyone. It does mean that people appreciated it when their candidates acted like human beings and recognized and respected the humanity in each other, rather than taking their plays from the Dick Cheney Laundry List of Dirty Tricks.

In addition, I don't know how people can point to Senator Clinton as a role model for modern women. Her husband has, by all reports, continued his philandering activities and yet she stays with him. Don't get me wrong. I respect President Clinton's accomplishments while in office and certainly point to him as a shining example of what good Democratic leadership can do. However, the fact of the matter is that she has continued her marriage to this person who has humiliated her publicly and privately. What does that say about her as a role model for the modern woman? Not much, I'm afraid.

Though I believe that she made an indelible mark for women's suffrage by the race she ran, the manner in which she ran it was underhanded, distracting and did not do the American voter any service at all.

It was just more of the same, and I've seen a lot of elections, so I know what I'm talking about.

She lost it because she didn't have the horses or principles to get it done.

<blockquote>"The DNC has none- they overturned, illegally, the results of the MI primary."</blockquote>

Michigan did not have a legal primary. It violated the DNC rules, rules that everyone had agreed to beforehand, by holding their vote too soon. Since they did this, according to the legal rules, their votes were forfeit.

I'm not saying that the rule is right or wrong, I'm saying that those are the rules that were in place at the time, along with the written agreement signed by Senator Clinton that she would not participate in such elections.

Hillary violated her signed agreement. How you can get beyond that is beyond me. Therefore, raising this huge stink about counting the votes should never have come up. Barack didn't raise a stink about it because he was following the rules.

So, Hillary violated her written word, improperly participated in an improper election, then comes around and says that the votes should count. This is like the criminal who robs a bank, has the money confiscated, (because it doesn't belong to him), then has the cheek to sue for return of the money because it was in his possession.

The person without principles here is Hillary Rodham Clinton. She should not have participated in the Michigan election, as she swore she wouldn't. She should not have kicked up such a big fuss about not getting the votes from an election that, according to the rules, didn't count.

She forced the hand of the DNC and they did the best they could. This is why I voted for Obama, among other reasons. How disingenuous do you have to be to do something like that?

For me, these are not the qualities I would seek in a presidential candidate, the ability to agree to something then to go back on your word, then to have the gaul to complain about it.

Those are the kind of things that George W does and no self respecting Democrat should, but Hillary did. How does that qualify her for office?

It doesn't.

If you have deleted cookies and purged cache, you've just begun to troubleshoot this kind of a problem.

Have you had any unwanted pop ups lately? Have you loaded any new software lately? Have you loaded any new games? Have you changed hardware? Did you have a power outage lately? Have you removed and reloaded your BHO's (browser helper objects, like Adobe Reader's plugin that helps you read PDF files from within Internet Explorer) lately? Have you done a complete virus and spyware scan? Have you had a power brownout, which is usually more damaging than an out and out power failure? Are you a conscientious computer user who has installed a UPS, (uninterruptible power supply), to your system to help condition the power your computer gets? Do you have adequate virus and spyware protection that is up to date and active?

All these questions need to be answered before you go around saying that someone has hacked into your system.

I have left dissenting comments on Huffington before with no ill effects at all.

I find it interesting that you discuss mysoginistic tactics without providing a single example. Perhaps the problem was that you were so focused on the sexist idea of having a woman elected that you lost your objectivity.

Senator Obama went out of his way to be polite to Senator Clinton at each one of their debates. His campaign focused on the issues, not on the person, unlike her campaign, which went out of its way to portray Senator Obama as an elitist and a snob, ideas that had nothing to do with the race and which failed to address any of the issues. http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2008-04-13-clinton-reax_N.htm

When given an opportunity to serve Senator Clinton in a like manner on the ABC debates, Senator Obamas response to the question of whether he trusted Senator Clinton was a gentle, "I think Senator Clinton deserves the right to make some errors once in a while. Obviously, I make some as well."

I also find it quite interesting that the Hillary supporters trumpet far and wide their support for every vote being counted, then make the claim that she won the popular vote. The only way to make that work is to discount, that is, not count, that is, disenfranchise all those voters who participated in caucuses.

In addition, the entire idea that Senator Obama somehow stole votes is ludicrous. Senator Clinton violated her signed statement and participated in an election that she should not have. Senator Obama followed the agreement he had made. It was Senator Clinton making a huge fuss out of something that should never have been an issue that provoked the meeting on July 31st. Since the meeting had to be held because of the fuss she was making, they had to come away with some decision on something that they shouldn't have been voting on in the first place. They did the best they could. Senator Obama had the votes to force a 50/50 split, but he didn't. The delagate issue was Senator Clinton's responsibility, not Senator Obamas because she was the one who made a huge furball from it. Don't blame Senator Obama for something which he was not the author of.

The fact is that there are a certain number of people who got all starry eyed over having a woman be elected. Well, she lost it. She lost it not because she's a woman but because she ran a bad campaign, a campaign that was based on the old Republican style attack dog politics that turned people off.

She lost it because she couldn't figure out how to run a good campaign and couldn't be flexible enough to change to fit what people obviously wanted, though she tried. But her attempts were always based in that personal attack mode and she just simply failed.

Get over it. Obama won, he ran a better campaign, he's a better candidate.

You are so full of excrement it's unbelieveable. When it's yoru vote stolen, when it's your voice sielnced, then you can say it's okay to forcibly select a nominee that is not relfective of the will of the party grassroots. Until then, shut the hell up. When the Democratic party morphs into the GOP, there are no Democratic pricniple's to uphold or vote for. Obambi is the single most divisive candidate for president since the Civil War. I didn't think anyone could top W for that designation, but Obambi has far surpassed W. And the truly saddest part of all, Obaminators do not even see that he plays any role in the problem of dividing families, friends and political alliances. He has no substance or decency to support. He doesn't go by the rules, they cheat and lie and manipulate the entire primary process to skewer the rules, steal votes in order to forcibly make him the nominee.

When Obambi loses by a landslide, do NOT come back and try to make us the scapegoat by blaming us or HRC. It's Obambi's misogyny and DNC failed leadership that will be to blame.

This is but a tiny fraction of what we heard constantly from the media, and Obambi's surrogate attack dog - preachers from his church. Don't even try to go that route. And not ONE member of the Democratic controlled Congress or the DNC spoke out against it. Youought to be ashamed to com ehre and post that driveling regurgitated excrement! How dare you? How dare you?

<strong>There are thousands more examples of the overwhelming, blatant misogynistic hate speech. Just substitute Obamabi for HRC's names and the whole country would be in race riots if no one in the entire Democratically controlled Congress or DNC spoke out! </strong>

This is but a tiny fraction of what we heard constantly from the media, and Obambi’s surrogate attack dog – preachers from his church. Don’t even try to go that route. And not ONE member of the Democratic controlled Congress or the DNC spoke out against it. Youought to be ashamed to com ehre and post that driveling regurgitated excrement! How dare you? How dare you?

Three states and yes, they went for Obambi and were favored that way. It was skewered to favor Obambi from day one. He was Pelosi's, Dean's, Reid's and Emanuelle's pick from day one. Anyone but a Clinton. Our ONLY twice elected, two term popular Democratic former President and First Lady who have helped anyone who needed it to raise money and NOW they want to kick them to the curb? They are all stupid and no longer represent America's interests or preferences. They think it's acceptable to selectively pick and choose what parts of the Constitution to uphold and enforce, they ignore mandates, they refuse to listen to their own constituents, and they fail to obey their own oaths of offices. Who needs failed leaders and non-responsive repesentatives who are too busy war profiteering to end it once and for all?

the young people supporting Hillary, are the ones that usually can’t think on their own to well, usually have security issues, and have a sense of entitlement to revolution of some kind and a sense that their parents get them whatever they want.
</blockquote>

I agree fully. Same with the older ones - too busy clinging to their good book. They would support a candidate who voted to impeach Bill over (without saying it) the black guy.

Obambi is already backpeddling on hi spromise to end the war anytime soon. His biggest campaign contributors are war profiteers. He's just lying and telling you fools what you want/need to hear to put him in office and then he's going to laugh in your faces. Obambi continues to demonstrate he has NO INTEGRITY. He sold America out long ago! The only way to stop him is voting for McCain and unseat all the SD's who voted for him against the choice of their constituents.

Honey, you're out of your mind if you think Obambi has similar goals. On what do you base that opinion? He has no past of any substance to base such a statement upon. How do you justify "sucking it up" to support a man with less experience in business, management skills, or government service than even George W Bush? And reemmber he opposes Impeachment of Bush or Cheney. The only reason I can think of for such a stand is he plans to abuse all that seized power to reshape this country in his image. Blacks have been saying for months he's going to put them above whites. Obambi stated in his speech last Sept 30th to the Chicago urban League that as a State Senator and as a US Senator, he'd been putting black busineses first and would continue that practice if elected president. He's already admitting to commiting the crime of violating feeral anti-discrimination laws. what on earth would make you think he's capable of fairness or equality? I have NO CONFIDENCE in him whatsoever. At least McCain won't promote one segment of society based on race over all the rest of us. Is this really how you see America's future, the result of a sportsmanship game?

Not to mention these two dynamic women have more integrity in their little fingers than Obambi in his whole body. There are more women then men in this country. I think women should band together and boot the men out of office and let women run this country. I can't think of any area where a women could do any worse than the current pResident Select disaster. And now the DNC wants to give us another illegitimate pResident Select? I don't think so DNC.

I've been repeatedly saying HRC supporters should "greet" Michelle at her public appearances with similar comments and misogynistic hate speech to let her get a dose of what they did to HRC and all women hourly. And I'll tell you, Obambi has shown he is very sensitive about how Michelle is treated. And since they put hate speech on the table, I think Michelle should get a good dose of it everywhere she goes. You people want to see Obambi have a total meltdown? Do a few "greet" sessions and he will go nuclear. I promise he really, really will. And they deserve it after all they did to HRC and all women in America.
