In his final year with the CIA he received two Exceptional Performance Awards.

Another claim about Obama circulating on the internet concerns whether or not he is actually eligible to run for the Presidency. Once again the Obama campaign has bungled a matter that should be fairly easy to resolve by ponying up a copy of Obama’s birth certificate. Here is what first appeared at Daily Kos and is now on the Obama fear the smear site.
This is not a “Birth Certificate.” The title alone is troublesome. I am looking at the Birth Certificates for my wife and me. We were born in Missouri. The documents state, “Certificate of Live Birth.” I check my son’s, who was born in the District of Columbia. It also states, “Certificate of Live Birth.”
Barack’s campaign is offering up a “CERTIFICATION.” That’s different. A normal Certificate also includes:
1. No attending physician signature or license number
2. No address for the attending physician or hospital
3. No parent signature
4. No parent DOB or age of parent or parent place of birth.
5. Father’s race would not be “African”, that is country of origin. Race would be black or Negro (1960’s)
6. Was this a single birth or multiple birth.
7. No Registrars name or signature.
Can anyone out there in blog land come up with a copy of what a legitimate Hawaiian birth certificate circa 1960-62 would look like?
So what is Barack hiding? Can we get a straight, clear answer?

I was born in California in 1960 and by no means is my birth certificate a post card. In fact my original birth certificate is basically a black back ground with white font.
Hi friends. Just reading about the birth certificate. It may be some kind of registration. You may get a registration also with a birth cert. It does seem an official document either has a seal OR raised seal that is directly the paper raised itself. I have many birth cert. for my family. They are usually certified from the dept. of health or registrar. This paper seems like a registration. A registration CANNOT be used for ID. I know because my son has one. It says it right on the one he has.All the birth cert. I have are more or less the same .This does not look like any I have. Most cert. ask the country of origin. There are quite a few boxes to fill out. The Doctor always signs that it is true and he witnesses the birth. Years ago a cert. could be issued a week later. Because children were born at home. Since he was born in ‘61 I believe that is not a very old one. I know a copy can not be used at all for anything important where you have to prove such as social security. It is possible that a midwife signs too.
Not true, if that doc is genuine with a raised or multi-colored seal of issuing state, county or city, file date within a year of birth, place of birth (meaning “state” in the U.S., and child’s name, then it is proof of U.S. citizenship; provided the child’s parents are heads of foreign state, diplomats, or invading hostile army.
Anyway, I doubt it highly, but, say Barack Obama WAS born in Kenya… IRRELEVANT, according to wikipedia, Barack Obama Sr never divorced his previous Kenyan wife, so Barack Obama was born out of wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother and a child born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 301(g) INA, as made applicable by Section 309(c) INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the child’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year. There are no retention requirements for said child. Case closed. I, however, doubt that there would be any Obama passport records to be snooped into, if a genuine certified Hawaiian birth certificate hadn’t been submitted to Passport Services. The State Dept is sort of picky about things like that.

One more addition to your statement, the law further states the mother must have spent 5 years past the 14th year of age in the USA to have this priveledge of having a child that can be a US citizen yet born on foreign soil. I read that Obama’s mother was 18 years old when she had him. If true she was unmarried and in an inner racial relationship of a black foreigner, our culture of the day would have been damning towards her. Hawaii may have been more acceptable but her motives would have been clear, have a legitmate child at the least and in Hawaii who would question whether the father was still married in Kenya or not? She could not have credibility in Kenya, perhaps even facing death by religious law.
In Kenya they see him as a native son, children sing him songs, they chant his name in unison and are proud that one of their own is so powerful in the USA. His first cousin is a Marxist who studied in East Germany on scholarship and then went to jail for a coup on the government in 1982 for 8 years.
In 2006 Obama took a US tax dollar trip to Kenya and spent 6 days with his cousin running for president. There is much on this trip to know. You Tube has videos as well. Kenya wrote a complaint letter about his “lectures” about their government. It was pointed out that in criticizing their government and promoting the re-election of his cousin as well as donating $1 million dollars to the campaign that Obama had violated the Logan Act.
Obama violated the Logan Act on his summer trip to Iraq when he asked the Iraqi officials to delay troop withdrawal until after the elction. One month ago the Iraqi government made this known and filed a strong concern and asked for understanding and clarification as to why Obama asked such a thing? They also confirmed that this matter was the reason for Obama and Petrais having argument on that trip. Where is the senate to investigate this? Where is the media to make this known to the American people? Finally The Washington Times writes the story Oct. 12th on his Marxist cousin and today the Obama supporters are complaining that Obama is called a Marxist but no headline story on it at all. His travel there violated his granted visa acording to Kenya officials expecting a senatorial visit.
His cut backs on spending as a first priority is to cut foreign spending outside the USA because we can no longer afford to help others. This was reported today. I want to know his economic plan to cut what aid to what countries and what new money will flow to Africa and Indonesia? Obama has completely followed a playbook for many years. The real issue is who wrote it? and for what purpose? Who is Obama? Messiah or Anti-christ? Ask Glenn Beck.

And WHY DOESN’T Obama produce his true birth certificate? What has been produced is not a true birth cert. Just check with some Hawaiians as to what their birth certs. look like. And no where in the U.S., for any birth certs., is information omitted such a what is omitted on the supposed Obama birth cert. Signatue from the attending Dr. (midwife etc) is a must, as is parent’s signature, date of birth etc. And as far as his father’s race goes, back in the early 60’s, the race would have definitely been “Negro”. Please do a little searching—you most certainly will find all of this to be true. My concern is this, that Barrack has not come to the forefront with an official birth certificate to quiet this all down—-put the people at rest. Now think, why wouldn’t someome come forward…..

I am a technologist who has been in the business for 34 years. This is a relatively recently created document. The typeface did not exist on the old hammer and platen type of printer chains in the 1950s and 1960s. Of that, I am sure.

An actual birth certificate as much more information including the hospital or location born, size and weight, doctor’s name and signature, etc. I was born in 1956 and my birth certificate is full of information. This document is not a birth certificate and I am amazed that if the campaign wanted to release one they wouldn’t have gotten an actual birth certificate. Obama should have one at home.

Barack’s mom didn’t meet these qualifications to pass US citizenship to Barack if he were born in the Coastal Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.
Yes you do need to show a certificate of live birth to get a passport. I showed a certificate of birth and was told that is NOT a birth certificate, that it must be one of live birth with the Dr.’s signature and a raised stamp from the state. I was further told if there is no Dr.’s signature (such as born at home) then there is an attached document with witnesses signatures.
I recently flew with my 18 month old and had to show his birth certificate. The only thing I was given by the county where I had him (which I had to pay $27 for) says “Certification of Birth” on the top, no doctors names, etc. I have a “keepsake” one from the hospital that has all the other info on it but was told it was not a real one and I had to apply for the real one from the county.
You can travel and get passports as a US citizen. That doesn’t mean you were natural born citizen, which is the requirement to be POTUS.
There should also be a state raised seal. Dont see on on here. The top does not look like a raised seal. My florida one is similar format and the seal is on the bottom.

There are guidelines for birth records to be used by registrars throughout the US.
To make a long story short — in Genealogy we are taught how to search for records and what exactly constitutes a valid birth record. It wasn’t until the 1920s that all states were required to collect birth records in some sort of uniform fashion.
You can do a Google Search for “Genealogy birth records” — which will go into detail about what information you can expect to find in birth records.
There are also death records — and again there standard data collection forms.
If Obama’s parents were married there should be some sort of marriage record.

Sorry, no. Geneticists have known - and have been trying to tell us - for decades that there is no genetic basis for the concept of “race.”

Regardless of anything else, this Certification of Birth is NOT!!! a Birth Certificate. As many here have stated the information, state to state, may be different in format, but NOT different in the content. All US birth certificates must contain the name and DOB of the Parent(s), the name and signature of the person performing the birth, the name of the hospital or a witness if it was a home birth. My mom had 11 kids, born in NY, CA, OR and Panama and ALL information required is IDENTICAL. This is NOT a Birth Certificate that Barry presents, it is a Certification of Birth, using info that Barry’s mom gave to the state. Total FRAUD as is the man himself. Last I heard, he doesn’t HAVE a US passport, he has an Indonesian passport!!

Sorry Charlie, er Centrocitta. Obama is now under scrutiny to see if he qualifies under Article 2 of the US Constitution as the President-elect of the Unites States of America. This is no longer just some passing curiosity but one of historical, Constitutional and national significance.

Sorry Charlie, er Centrocitta. This is no longer a private citizen’s record but a question of historic and US Consitutional relevance. It must come out in court. There is a HI court case that will start on 11/18 on this case and there have been no less than 12 lawsuits about this matter so far throughout the US. If Obama has nothing to hide then why is he hiding?

I went and looked at my birth certificate and the certificates of my two children.
My kids still have their original live birth certificates and have all the information Larry posted. But mine, since I only had the hospital record, is a copy I had to apply for from the state I was born in, in order to get a passport. I was surprised how little information there is on it. It has even less information on it than the one shown by Obama.
Believe me, I did get it from the state, it has been good enough to use for a passport and all DMV records, and doesn’t look anything like what they released in 1962, the year I was born (and by the way, my son’s birth certificate is on a totally different style paper, and he was born two years after my daughter in the same county).
We all can’t have our original birth certificates if our parents kept them or lost them, and getting a copy is very commonplace. And if, even my kids can have two completely different birth certificates from the same country, only two years apart, then seems pretty hard to find any consistency on these things.
(Just so you know, I am a die hard Hillary voter/supporter who is NOT voting for Obama.)

Mine and my daughters aren’t the originals but they still have a seal on them. Mine is from Virginia, and my daughter’s is from Florida; one has a foil seal, the other is embossed. Both have way more information than this one.

When you begin to conceive of the paper trail that has led Obama to where he is now, you can see it. From 1911 to 1972, Hawaii permitted people over the age of one year to apply for a birth certificate. Many people were born at home; and did not have a birth certificate from a hospital. Perhaps O’s mother wanted to ensure that O had the benfits of US citizenship and applied for one of those ‘at home’ deals once she and Barack were back in HI (meaning the hospital and attending physician, et al, may not be listed on that document!). Then, all other ‘official state’ documents - like the laser copy Certification that we se on Fight the Smears (Obama’s campaign erroneously, or perhaps deceitfully called that copy his ‘original’ birth certificate and the site - http://www.fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate still calls this “Barack Obama’s Official Birth Certificate” which is itself a deceit in that this document only points to an underlying document that Dr. Fukino has admitted to having seen. And yet Obama will not voluntarily release this record.
Now to all those that say, he’s gotten a passport and security clearances - all of those facts lie on this one problematic house of cards - Obama’s original HI birth certificate may not list a hospital where he was born nor an attending doctor - and so what are we to believe about the story that hewas born in either of two different hospitials in Honolulu, or about the notion that he was born in the Coastal Hospital in Mombassa, Kenya?

The birth certificate on D. Kos is a fabrication. First of all, it is a version from 2001, as you can see from the bottom of the document.
Documents in 1961 were either handwritten or typed by a Smith Corona, not by laser arial font 12. Obama’s name was not Barack at birth, he changed his name in later life.
It is so obvious a recreation of what may be on the document but cannot be trusted till the original is presented without omissions or alterations.

I’m sure that if we saw the original certificate or the certification, that his father’s race would clearly be listed as “Negro.” That was the term used then for anyone who was of African origen.
It would be typed on a typewriter, but not necessarily a Smith Corona. It could have been an IBM Executive Electric. It would not have been the IBM Selectric, though because that was introduced days before Obama’s birth.

I have ancestory.com. I have stayed up very late nights looking everywhere for marriage and divorce records for his mother. There is none. Birth records for her parents and her but not the kid. Not even under his adopted name. Nor at her death did she use either married name. It listed her with the maiden name. Noticed that the only place that didn’t have a search option was in Africa (well imangine that) Something really stinks with this whole obama man. I know how it works. I gotta a cat. No true. Mine is a certified copy of birth record and does not have physicain data, no hospital data, no parent signature, my fathers age/birth date is missing, no race etc. The only item on that list mine has is #7. I was born in CA.
My child has a certificate of live birth and has 2,3,4 and 7, but not 1,5 or 6. Also born in CA.
Not just each state, but counties can have different data, but missing the registrars number is glaring. The campaign is making itself look incompetent by not clearing this up and quickly (not that I care what they do)
I to was born in CA. 1965. All boxes have data in them. Including what type of work each parent did. And for the person above…He wouldnt have Negro on his certificate. Barack Hussein Obama is 50% Caucasian from his mother’s side and 43.75% Arabic and 6.25% African Negro from his father’s side. While Barack Hussein Obama’s father was from Kenya , his father’s family was mainly Arabs. Barack Hussein Obama’s father was only 12.5% African Negro and 87.5% Arab (his father’s birth certificate even states he’s Arab, not African Negro).

Where in CA? I have mine, from 1955 and it is identical to my daughter’s in 1992 and 1992. All boxes are filled because ALL information was given. There are 7 sections and although some from other states, like NY and OR, are in a different format from mine, ALL give the same information. My mom still has the originals of all 11 children at her home.
That info is on the Certificate of Live Birth ON the State Certification of Vital Records. They are 1) This Child 2) Place of Birth 3)Father of Child ( includes DOB and State of birth) 4) Mother of Child (same as 3) 5)Parent’s Certification (signatures) 6) Certification of Birth (signed by the Dr and the Hospital BC Coordinator and 7) Local Registrar (signed and date stamped) Barry CANNOT produce this, because one doesn’t exist!!!

That isn’t you birth certificate. That is the hospital certificate of your birth…different thing. I have had the pleasure of inking up baby’s feet.
My birth certificate for DC has “Certification of Birth” It also doesn’t even have race of my mother and father. There is no time of birth. I think you guys are just looney and have nothing better to do with your lives. Barack Obama will be president and he will make your pathetic lives better. Then you will love him.

It’s a copy. When enlarged look near the bottom you can see Nov. 8 2007 but in reverse as it’s coming through the back.
I recently had to send a copy of my birth certificate to get on a housing list. Could not find it. So I called the Dept of records in my State and ordered it.
It does not look like the original one, but I do think both had a seal of some sort, or water mark. Trying to tell by a picture on the internet is deceptive and unprovable in my opinion.
Nobama needs to disclose and basically answer the questions.

And you have to send or show a picture legal ID, SS# and proof of residence/address if I recall correctly.
So how did Kos do that?
And I also got a wallet size birth certificate. Even that has a state SEAL and a signature and a RED additional number on it.
It should also mention the State and Division of Vital Records Administration.
You can order one on line without all that information. I just got mine and my husbands. You just have to have the correct information that is on the BC. I cannot remember if I had to put my DL in or not(number only) Go to vital statistics for Hawii and you can obtain the info needed.
Wow, good detective work - I did notice the marks, but could not decipher what it was. Now that I look at it again, I do see Nov. 8, 2007 backwards. I find it amazing that the Obama camp is egotistical enough to think he can fool us. Good job.

I did not think there was anything to this story until seeing this document.
This certificate is what the Hawaii DOH calls a “Late” Certificate of Birth, and it is not an original Birth Certificate recorded at the date of actual birth.
In Hawaii, anyone can claim they were born there and submit the evidence years after the birth to obtain a late “Certificate of Birth”.
“Who is Eligible to Apply for Late Registration? As provided by law (HRS §§338-15, 338-29.5), the following persons may apply for late registration: Any person born in Hawaii who is one year old or older and whose birth has not been previously registered in Hawaii, or that person’s parent, guardian, next of kin, or older person acting for that person and having knowledge of the facts of birth may request the registration of a late certificate of birth.
Late registration, registration one year or more after the date of the event’s occurrence, of certificates are permitted subject to evidentiary requirements.
Perhaps Obama had his typical white grandmother sign an affidavit to submit as evidence of Hawaii birth.
Why wasn’t there an original certificate filed at the time of birth? Was Barak born in a hospital? The Obots think he was born in a manger.
An original Hawaii Certificate of Birth has the actual place of birth, i.e. home, hospital, or manger, and the physical address (no PO boxes please)
An original also has the signiture of the attending physician, or other designated attendee.
The physical addresses of both parents are also listed on an original Certificate of Birth.
So, Barak has some splainin to do. What evidence did he submit to obtain this “late” Certificate of Birth.
