Here’s the latest fall-out from last week’s heated meeting of the Congressional Black Caucus with Barack Obama, during which he said that Clinton’s female supporters need to “get over it” and support him. (See Pagan Power’s “Obama to Hillary Supporters: Get Over It!“)
Obama: ‘I bit my tongue’ against Clinton
Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) said he bit his tongue “many times” during the fierce primary battle with Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.).
Two sources said that Obama’s comments came after Rep. Diane Watson (D-Calif.), a Clinton backer, told the Illinois senator that the Democratic Party needs time to heal.
“I bit my tongue many times. Many times. I bit my tongue many times during this campaign,” Obama told his colleagues in the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) last week during a private meeting. He repeated the “I bit my tongue” phrase three times during the meeting, the sources said.
Never mind that the media gave Obama a pass for his sexist remarks and for playing the race card while incessantly scrutinizing everything that Bill and Hillary Clinton said.
Never mind that Obama’s enablers — including Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, James Clyburn, and Jesse Jackson, Jr. — ignored the sexist remarks against Hillary Clinton until after the primary season ended, but cried “foul” at every imagined (and mostly imaginary) racial slight.
Never mind that Obama’s thuggish supporters constantly harassed, intimidated and threatened pro-Hillary bloggers with impunity — and with the tacit approval of the Obama campaign.
Never mind that millions of Americans are deeply concerned by Obama’s longtime intimate associations with radical racists like Revs. Jeremiah Wright and James Meeks, Father Michael Pfleger, and unrepentant terrorist William Ayers — but that ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos is widely excorciated for questioning Obama about these relationships, for the first time, in a debate.
Never mind that, after his disastrous performance in that ABC debate, Barack Obama refused to debate Hillary Clinton again, but was given a pass by the media for chickening out on facing Clinton, a far more able and formidable debater.
Never mind that Howard Dean and the DNC gamed the primary so that Obama would be handed the nomination, no matter that Dean and Obama disenfranchised millions of Michigan and Florida voters, and manipulated the Rules and Bylaws Committee to give Obama four of Hillary’s delegates as well as more delegates who did not vote for Obama.
Never mind that … YOU ADD TO THE LIST.

Thanks to Obama I am a McCain supporter unless Hillary gets the nomination. We don’t even know if Obama is legally allowed to hold the office of president since there remain questions about his birth certificate. Hillary can say whatever she wants and I will vote for whomever I want and it will never be Obama.
Hillary has to say this — she has to be able to be in a position that when Obama implodes before the convention she will be able to step in & be the nominee without alienating the Obama supporters. Whether or not you realize it, the tide has turned AGAINST Obama. The bloom is off the rose, and people are beginning to focus on his faults. By the Dem convention, very little excitement will be left for BO. And, in October, the big 527 guns will come out against him, and there will be nothing he can do. The Rep party has much much more money than the Dem party, since many Clinton supporters have left the party now, and will never donate to either BO or the party.

Saw an AP report about how Clinton supporters are “overwhelmingly” supporting BO. What the AP calls “huge” is just over 50%. What they don’t get into is the 24% that are voting for McCain. That extrapolates into 4,300,000 votes. That’s HUGE. That doesn’t count independants or republicans and given the last two elections, the difference. And seeing as though the last two wingnuts the DNC had running had huge leads up to the convention and went down quickly. And the 527s haven’t got their stuff going.

Wrong – Kerry and Gore’s leads were, on average, significantly less than Obama’s currently is. There are outliers here or there you can point to from every race in the past 50 years, but both of those were close races where they were rarely more than a few points ahead or behind their opponents.
A 317-194 lead in the electoral map IS a big lead. And all of this is before we factor in Obama’s expected huge cash advantage, and his massive advantage in organization thanks to the long primary campaign. He has organizations in all 50 states already in place, while the McCain camp is lagging. McCain wasted a lot of the time after he secured the nomination doing big dollar fundraisers with Bush – he’s still way behind on infrastructure.
That lead in the electoral vote count includes states like Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, Colorado, and Ohio going to Obama. They are all just a likely to go to McCain as they are to Obama. It also has Florida tied…which we all know McCain is going to get it.
Hmmm. His huge cash advantage didn’t help him against Hillary in PA, OH, IN, SD, WV, etc. She still ended up with more votes than he did, even with the media slamming her and slanting reports that it was all over. People still came out and voted for her. Not a good sign for your candidate.
Well then, when you put it like that, let’s just cancel the 2008 elections, install Hussein Obama as dictator and get rid of this whole messy “democracy” thing….

Kerry was the same spineless candidate that Obama is. But Obama’s alot worse off. Because at least John Kerry didn’t turn over half of the Democratic party against him, and the DNC didn’t cheat and steal the Democratic nomination for him (as far as I know). He won it after Howard Dean stupidly and single-handedly destroyed his own Presidential campaign.
Now, four years later, Dean and his den of cheaters and thieves have destroyed the Democratic party.
Most Democrats definitely wern’t crazy about Kerry, but he had enough experience as a Senator to handle the Presidency. Plus he had a stellar record in the military. And the DNC didn’t cheat & marginalize two states’ votes to get Kerry the Dem nom in 2004. Which is why the majority of Democrats rallied around Kerry early on that year and voted for him. And he STILL lost.
It still bothers me that Kerry didn’t fight for himself in Ohio that election year, where – once again – corruption took place in the inner cities where voters were going to choose Kerry. And Bush got Ohio – and the Presidency.
Now – in a year where the majority of Americans were going to vote for anybody but a Bush or a Republican – John McCain is going to win the Presidency. All thanks to the elite, extreme left-wingers in the Democratic party.

When 04 was decided by 3.1 million votes and 00 by less than .5, and both democratic nominees had double digit poll leads some months prior to the election, I would not be too confident in polls taken over 4 months out from the election. I am a lawyer who graduated from law school. What Obama is doing is like this example: After graduating from law school, I am going to announce that I will be running to be Dean of the law school or Chanchellor of the University. I have not held a professorship position or did anything meaningful except graduate from law school. Am I qualified to be taken seriously? Hell No.
Obama is the affirmative action candidate (e.g. racial quota system that is unconstitutional). He makes Uncle Clarence Thomas look legitimate even though he replaced a far superior justice named Thurgood Marshall who actually argued before the United States Supreme Court several times.
The problem with Obama is not about race. He is a car salesman really selling a lemon (himself). He is smooth but a a**hole who can’t know anything because he does not have practical hands-on experience to do something. Clinton could have run in 2004 but she knew that she needed to pass legislation in Congress to be considered legitimate. What did Obama do? Not do a meaningful event even though he was appointed for the committee overseeing Afghanistan and help with some “ethics.”

Provided, however, that the Iowa precinct caucuses may be held no earlier than 22 days before the first Tuesday in February; that the Nevada first-tier caucuses may be held no earlier than 17 days before the first Tuesday in February; that the New Hampshire primary may be held no earlier than 14 days before the first Tuesday in February; and that the South Carolina primary may be held no earlier than 7 days before the first Tuesday in February. In no instance may a state which scheduled delegate selection procedures on or between the first Tuesday in February and the second Tuesday in June 1984 move out of compliance with the provisions of this rule.
We already know that Florida and Michigan violated Rule 11.A. by moving their primaries to a date before the first Tuesday in February. There is no argument there, but what about Iowa, New Hampshire, and yes, South Carolina too.
Rule 11.A specifically set the date for the primaries & caucuses for those three states as “no earlier than 22 days before the first Tuesday in February” (Iowa), “no earlier than 14 days before the first Tuesday in February” (New Hampshire), and “no earlier than 7 days before the first Tuesday in February” (South Carolina).
Iowa held their caucuses on January 3rd. That’s more than 22 days before the first Tuesday in February. New Hampshire held their primary on January 8th. That’s more than 17 days before the first Tuesday in February. And South Carolina held their primary on January 26th. That’s more than 7 days before the first Tuesday in February.
Under Rule 11.A., five states were in violation of the Democratic National Committee’s Delegate Selection Rules, and as such, all five states should have been punished under Rule 20.C.1.a.
Violation of timing: In the event the Delegate Selection Plan of a state party provides or permits a meeting, caucus, convention or primary which constitutes the first determining stage in the presidential nominating process to be held prior to or after the dates for the state as provided in Rule 11 of these rules, or in the event a state holds such a meeting, caucus, convention or primary prior to or after such dates, the number of pledged delegates elected in each category allocated to the state pursuant to the Call for the National Convention shall be reduced by fifty (50%) percent, and the number of alternates shall also be reduced by fifty (50%) percent. In addition, none of the members of the Democratic National Committee and no other unpledged delegate allocated pursuant to Rule 8.A. from that state shall be permitted to vote as members of the state’s delegation. In determining the actual number of delegates or alternates by which the state’s delegation is to be reduced, any fraction below .5 shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number, and any fraction of .5 or greater shall be rounded up to the next nearest whole number.
Yes, you read that right; under Rule 20.C.1.a., Florida, Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire, and South Carolina would have all lost their super delegates and had their pledged delegates reduced by half since they all violated Rule 11.A.
However, Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina weren’t punished fairly. In fact, they weren’t punished at all.
And what about Florida & Michigan?
Well, we all know what happened to them.
Instead of strictly adhering to Rule 20.C.1.a. and reducing their pledged delegates by 50%, the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee decided to take it a step further. The DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee exercised the authority granted to them by Rules 20.C.5. and 20.C.6. which allowed them to “impose sanctions the Committee deems appropriate.” And what were those sanctions the Committee deemed appropriate? Stripping two of the largest states in the union of all their votes at the 2008 Democratic National Convention.
Ladies & Gentlemen, this is what happens when the rules aren’t applied equally and fairly. And as I said before, this mess is a result of the DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee not applying the rules equally and fairly.
So, the next time someone starts talking about the rules, might I suggest two courses of action:
1.) Read the damn rules first!

2.) Let them know that the rules were bent to allow for Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina to keep their preferred first-in-the-nation status.
Oh, and don’t forget to add that Obama voluntarily and short-sightedly removed his name from the Michigan ballot.

On June 16 and 17, 2008 two letters from the Social Security Administration were mailed to my Duluth home stating that my disability and medical benefits had been terminated for the following reasons:

1. I am not now nor have I ever been on probation or parole from the State of Delaware.
2. I have not ever been charged with, tried nor convicted of any crime in the state of Delaware
3. The information contained in this letter does not match the case number indicated on the court documents dated June 23, 2008 from the “alleged” warrant used to arrest me by DC Metro Police on June 18, 2008.
I am not on any probation or any parole from any State or Jurisdiction of any kind nor have I been since my Colorado Parole was discharged on May 5, 2000.
It is just amazing how I am being targeted with non-stop manufactured warrants and charges which only surfaced after I began making public my claims against Barack Obama.
Even more interesting is Social Securities letter being dated the exact same dates that the DC Metro Police and the National Press Club security director begin organizing their plan to take me into custody on a non-existent “Fugitive from Justice” warrant.
THIS ACTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COLORADO MATTER AS PER SSA OWN PROCEDURES. Can you imagine Hillary Clinton or any other seasoned politician saying such a thing? No. The politic response was “it was a spirited primary and the Senator and I both waged a pitched battle but we’re on the same side now and look forward to working together” or something like that.
Bit his tongue…Of course he did. But you don’t SAY stuff like “hey, I really wanted to haul off and sock her one.”

Obama, like wife Michelle, is an expert at being a “victim” when it is convenient…which seems to be pretty often. He always seems to be getting a bad rap, according to him. Frankly, this guy is a whiner and doesn’t take responsibility for anything.
He is a total loser. I wrote a blog post about Michelle being “Camille”. Her feelings always seem to be hurt, too.
