This devious act began the fall in her extremely high poll numbers of a 20 to 30 point lead and her 65% lead among blacks. Obama won IA, lost NH, lost Nevada, he had to win SC or risk being out of the race. You see if he could not win this state with its predominately black democratic primary voters he would have been toast. The only way he could do this is by prying the black votes from Hillary's hand. Thus he made his false racial charges (Jessie Jackson won SC said at 10:00 AM, etc.) knowing that blacks would become incensed and take it out on Hillary. His plan worked.
