Why are so many black people supporting him??? He hasn’t done anything for them, but harm, and this is a damn crying shame.

We’ve got to consider who’s telling us this stuff. People in the black community are perfectly capable of speaking for themselves. Their continuing support in Illinois after being represented by Obama for years speaks volumes.

You know nothing about me. Everything you think you know comes from the stereotypes you’ve formed that center on Barack Obama. Fact is, I’ve always been a Clinton supporter. I still am. Apparently the only person who can say something posistive about Barack Obama and remain safe from the tar brushing that goes with it is Hillary Clinton herself. She’s been granted immunity. The rest of your long-time democratic allies have been deemed idiots, or worse.

If one cares about the poor, one doesn’t vote republican this election. You don’t even do it if you care about the middle class.

The republican party is about one thing: protecting and furthering the interests of the upper 10% of the population, who currently own over 71% of the nation’s total wealth. The bottom 40% of the population currently own around 0.02% of the nation’s wealth. You think the republicans care more about those people than Barack Obama? They sure as hell haven’t demonstrated it.

Look at the estimated 194,000 U.S. veterans who are homeless and on the steets of America any given night–at least 1,500 of which are veterans of the War in Iraq.

Then look at John McCain’s voting history on each year’s Veterans appropriation bill.

Consider 5,000 dead women and children in Iraq, and 4,113 dead American soldiers.

Then look at McCain’s voting history on Bush’s war and his current position.

We can do accountability if you want. We can compare how much Barack Obama has to direclty answer for, compared with John McCain.
