Jessie Loren of justsaynodeal appears on MSNBC
By SusanUnPC on June 29, 2008 at 11:00 PM in Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, MSNBC
From the JustSayNoDeal.com channel at YouTube:
Jessie Loren is interviewed on MSNBC about PUMA voters and her individual stance on the presidential race.

Jessie did a wonderful job… She was clear and spoke for her position. She is a PUMA, she knows what she wants…
She was very poised and gracious. I think she put the PUMA case very well: Not everyone supported Barack Obama during the primaries, and the party still chose to nominate him.
you said: “Not everyone supported Barack Obama during the primaries, and the party still chose to nominate him.” (my emphasis.)
it sounds like you think the nominee would have to be a unanimous choice? had hillary won, that would not have been unanimous either. in fact, i’m sure it’s never been unanimous. what exactly is wrong with nominating a non-unanimous candidate this time?
What this election is showing is the fallacy of party loyalty and solidarity. This nation’s founders designed the system for the Individual–the greatest possible minor case possible in voting–and that you are best served voting your principles and what you want the government to do for it’s People.
Voting for a compromise has broken the system for over 100 years.
omg, the THIRD PUMA woman who has appeared in print or on tv and has not fit the “bitter old woman” mold.
AND THEY ARE FREAKING OUT that reality is undercutting their narrative so what did they do???
Did you see it?
They ran a caption under the interview that said MOST PUMAS are women over 30!!!!
The hotties are freaking them out!!! lolololol
yes, and they’ve been interviewing gay and straight young men too!!
I understand that the folks available for interviews are expanding to Latinas and AA women also! That should really lead to some crossed wires in the Obamatron programming centers!!!
Excellent job by Jessie. Obama should be watching her for tips on how to do an interview sans a teleprompter.
I agree with Zee: the youth and vitality of the PUMAs is destroying the media narrative. Same with appearances by Will Bowers and other non-Obama Dem men that it’s a movement confined to women.
Great stuff.
Rendell’s HOUND formation is the clearest indication yet that both the media and the Dem effete elites know that we are real and we are not going anywhere.
Well put, Paul:
“Same with appearances by Will Bowers and other non-Obama Dem men that it’s a movement confined to women.”
Yes, indeed, kudos to Will and the men posting the footage from Unity NH over at Riverdaughter.
Passionate patriots, all.
Hear, hear!
I’m really enjoying seeing the women for PUMA and No Deal but where are the men?
Will Bowers does a great job but there are many of us who could also be representing the groups.
Clinton got 18 million votes..
Where are the Guys?
The Catholics
The Irish
the Italians
the blue collar workers
the bitter voters
the Hispanics
The national security people
the Jews
The LGBT
The media is able to continue to paint this as sour grape women and by always bringing up the ‘My Ass’ tend to discredit their overall appeal.
At Unity, NH, there were two men videotaping everything and they got footage of a “typical bitter” male who was there protesting Obama.
The gays and the 2nd Amendment folk were both there.
I’m sure the footage will get plenty of online attention, at least.
Zee..
That’s great to hear!
I’m still waiting for someone to contact me.
I agree Seattle, I think it’s hard for them to take us serious with the my ass part.
They say it as a joke. Blitzer even had to have an English woman say it twice.
Reinforces the stereotypes about women and ass.
That’s why they need some big guys like me up there taking on these MSM sexist tools.
Seattle Moss, have you tried Hannity or Greta.
I sent off to Puma and No deal.
I will take your suggestion and try FOX
Thanks!
I wonder how they choose the person they interview.
I don’t know Tampa.
It’s very frustrating for me to see the sexism continue by having the women on the MSM and then make fun of them and making America think it’s just some sour grape women which further reinforces the typical stereotypes.
They wouldn’t be able to do that to me.
I’m a FDR/Reagan/Clinton moderate Irish/Italian catholic who cares about national security and business issues who was put down during the campaign as being bitter.
I’ve been told that my vote is not needed and that I must be just one of those Dead Enders.
I also take extreme offense to men that use sexism to further their ambitions.
Very well said Seattle. It’s seems to me our spokespeople are holding back, and are afraid to say things like… we don’t want a president that sat in a hate filled church for 20 years and claims to have not heard Rev. Wright’s tempestuous sermons. He is either stupid or a liar!
Tampa you are so correct.
The real problem is Fear!
These are very dangerous times and the new people that Dean is proud to have in the party are cultist’s radicals and thugs. They are used to taking from others and having no shame whatsoever.
They have made everyone scared. Look at the Super Delegates and how petrified they are.
However,
Some of us are willing to take a stand because this goes beyond women and to the core of what our democracy is all about.
In my 53 years Seattle, I have never seen such an immense power grab. I don’t think it’s really Obama doing the grabing either, I don’t believe he is smart enough. I think it’s Axelrod, Pelosi and her gang of thieves.
I think it’s far graver than that!
Just like taking over a corporation.
The internationalist’s against America’s role in the world have figured out how to take over our country.
Soro’s and the Eastern European socialists along with the Chicago thugs along with a complicit DNC are half way to realizing their despotic dreams.
The only thing that stands in their way is the Clinton wing of the former democrat party.
I would try to contact Christie at http://www.clintons4mccain.com/
When they had the conference call today w/ JSND and women4fair politics, alot of the converstion s was getting out to the media tv/radio they want a lot of people.
Thank you Lyn!
Christie is my favorite
As a gay male Hispanic that has a two college degrees and makes well over a 100K a year, I will be glad to step up and shatter the myth that we’re all a bunch of poor, uneducated racists.
ADELANTE CON PUMAS!
Nice! We need spokesmen such as yourself.
To Seattle Moss:
Where are the men? Here is one, a group of one, if you will - ‘disaffected Republican’. Add it to your list.
nice job by Jessie. She was affable and so accessible that people can identify with her and nod in agreement, and she broke the stereotype of PUMAs that the media is trying to portray.
let’s get PUMA diversity out there.
and well, we need to get on MSNBC and CNN…otherwise, Fox is preaching to the choir.
This clip was from MSNBC.
yes, I know. we need to continue to get on MSNBC and have a spokesperson(s) appear on CNN. It’s honestly a good step because the liberal media is taking notice instead of being in denial.
Their ratings have dropped.
but how do you feel about the fact that she didn’t really say anything substantive? she definitely did not come across as a crazy, but her answer to why she wouldn’t vote obama was: “i’ve looked at his positions and he’s not for me.” but WHY? that answer is not actually going to convince anybody who’s not already in the choir.
Well done.
I just read, on comcast.net news, that Gen. Wesley Clark is backin’ Obama… (photo of them sittin’ together)& he’s sayin’ McCain lacks the experience to be Commander in Chief…this is gettin’ good.
If McCain lacks the experience to be CIC, then what does Obama’s experience mean…?
I guess he should stay at the toddlers table in the Senate.
i think his point is that mccain doesn’t really have any more substantive experience being a commander in chief than obama does. because nobody really does. it’s a sui generis position.
he’s NOT saying that obama has more experience than mccain. that would indeed be a foolish line of argument.
Bob Beckel said Clark needs to keep his mouth shut. Attacking John McCains experience isn’t very bright.
If they start knocking McCain on experience, especially the military, they look like idiots with a nobody like Obama.
This is disgusting — snObama doesn’t have a clue about the military — not a clue. I thought Clark was brighter then to get anywhere near the loser Obama.
Wow…a party whose candidate’s resume consists of 3 years in the US Senate, 8 years as a part-time State Senator and a few years of ‘community organizing’ should really steer clear of the subject of experience.
Yup, the part time State Senator and US Senator’s record can be measured in days…and they are complaining about McCain’s experience?
Jessie was intelligent, articulate and beautiful.
She definetely shattered the false stereotype the Obamamedia has been trying to push of PUMA voters and former Hillary supporters being “bitter” middle-aged white women.
Ms. Loren was nowhere near middle-aged, clearly didn’t seem bitter, and from what I could tell wasn’t “white” either.
Not as easy for the Obamamedia to smear her as an ” old bitter racist” the way they smeared Harriet Christian!
Get’em Ms. Loren!
NObama ‘08!
BTW - I’m a 27 year old Hispanic MALE from Florida…
Wonder what MSNB[arack]C would have to say about me?
LOL!
TampaPUMA - get thee to the Will Bowers group and to Cristi Atkins of Just Say No Deal and let them know you want to be spokesperson!
Could you be so kind as to direct me to a link or e-mail or some contact info for Mr. Bowers or Ms. Atkins?
Thanks!
sorry about the delay - here’s one way to contact them, go through Diane Mantouvalos who I believe is serving as the JSND publicist: Mhttp://andoniapr.com/about.html
http://www.clintons4mccain.com/
is Cristi’s group you can contact her thru there
Hey TampaPUMA, Obama just hired a 33 year old guy here in Tampa to run his Florida campaign. We need to get a local Puma group together to combat some of their efforts.
I’m willing to put in time and energy.
I’m a substitute teacher so I have all summer to kill.
Me too, I just don’t know how we go about getting a local chapter going.
I love it McCain lacks Commander ability but Obama is qualified????? ha ha ha
Obama is not fit to be captain of.. THE GOOD SHIP LOLLYPOP.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwHNP00cp-g
What a class act that Jessie is! Poised and articulate. Guess that stereotype that we are all downmarket, low-info racists just got shattered with her interview.
GO PUMAS! Latino Puma here! and oh yeah, F*CK BigTentDemocrat over at TalkLeft. TL is now the new Daily Kos. If u support Hillary, you are now labeled a republican concern troll.
KMA TL!
I used to visit TL often, not anymore.
I give BTD credit for his fairness through the primary period, but yes, things have changed.
A few weeks ago I was attacked repeatedly by a certain poster there and we got into a tiff. The next day all our comments were deleted. I guess the prime directive over there is to now eliminate the insults hurled at us and to pretend all is just swell in the unity effort.
I can’t stand some of the posters there who get to lord it over the LOSERS as if we really LOST.
We won, Clinton won, and let them get over that.
They can’t, they know it as well as we do.
Hypocrites.
Jessie Loren summed up the general feeling in the air amongst millions of Democrats: Nobama!
The spokespeople for the movement just get better and better. But I never fail to be amazed that because Obama and Clinton are “close” on the issues that people, news types, etc. assume we’ll automatically fall in line, and then act surprised when someone says: not going to happen.
In any case, this young woman was clear and direct and certainly spoke for me: Obama is not The One.
Good job. And MSNBC no less! Who would have thunk it?
PUMApac.org
No Deal finally got on Obama’s headquarters - MSNBC. No Deal has a lot of good people, keep the effort up. If Obama loses I am afraid that Mathews will feel something up his left arm.
She did a great job! I am glad she is representing us PUMAs!
I believe Axelrod and Obama operatives staged the vandalism in Florida. Obama attends a fundraiser wherein he claims his opponents will utilize racial slurs, and the vandalize occurs the next weekend.
Nice catch.
A few thread down from this thread an Obamabot posted the story and of course blamed it on PUMA.
I told him that more than likely it was Obamabots who did it — as if anyone from PUMA would leave calling cards!!!
This is the sort of dirty tricks that happened back in the 60s and 70s — but then it was one party against another party.
Obama brings out the worst in his followers.
PUMA!
ok, folks…. as a 62 yr old woman, you are all making me feel like I should keep quiet & not let anyone know I am a PUMA. It’s great to be proud that some of the hot young chicks are out there in the MSM dispelling the image that it is only bitter old white women that are “being sore losers” (their words, not mine). I sadly realize that youth is where it’s at & we ancient ones are not the image you want to put out there, but stop making me feel like crap.
Go on television and represent us. I believe you would be a great representative.
Oh cut it out, that’s not old. Cripes, take a look at the current VERY senior crowd. People are living a long long time. Besides, let me ask you this: Would you like to be young and hot again, if you couldn’t take your 62 year old brains, wisdom and sense with you?
Think about it. I’ll wait….
frankly, I think I’m still “reasonably” hot now, AND have a lot more sense than my younger hottie days. But,you get my point, don’t you? It seemed like there was this huge sigh of relief all around that there are some young cute ones to put out there in the media to represent us so the media won’t think less of us.
I know what you are saying Leah and it is disturbing to see this happening to women.
It should really disturb all women not just Hillary supporters that this is what awaits women when they reach what 40 or 45? That their opinions by the media (and the DNC apparently) will be dismissed.
Leah, I’m 33, and apparently I’m undesirable, as well. Everyone is getting overexcited about the new models. Harriet Christian is still my favorite. Diversity will press the PUMA case more effectively, or that seems to be the consensus of opinions here.
Leah- absolutely not, i think the point is to show the diversity of the PUMAs on television as much as possible. we are united, no matter what age, against the DNC’s selected nominee.
I agree that PUMA need to show and talk up it’s diversity.
Young, old, white, latino, asian, Blue Collar, educated, middle class, etc……
PUMA is the new BIG TENT.
The DNC and Party Remnants are filled with a coalition of Eggheads and AA’s.
Who said 62 is old? I used to scuba dive in Florida with a 65 year old female Dive Master.
62 is not old, 62 is experience and wise.
If youth had wisdom there’d be no need for US. And, if nothing else, this primary has confirmed that youth definitely ain’t wise.
I didn’t mean to get us off topic. Jesse Loren was awesome and did a great job of getting the message out there. It was just a tiny little self-serving gripe on my part. I’m not nearly as insecure as it came across.
Hey I’ve been told that 50 is the new 30 so 60 must be the new 40! I rather like that notion. LOL.
You are 9 years younger than John McCain and many PUMAs will vote for him.
There is too much PC trying to represent some image. Obama and his people have been playing that game and trying to shame people into voting for him. They will shove the race card down our throats until we choke and give up. Everyone has an equal vote and nobody should be brushed aside. Anyone who has something to say should step up regardless of what category others want to put them in.
If they try to shove it down my throat, I’ll take it and shove it up their AA Ass.
There will be a BACKLASH.
God, it must be the end of the world. First CNN and now MSNBC actually bothering to talk to somebody who isn’t spawning for Comrade Obama. Of course, now that they have what they want, I don’t suppose it matters all that much to them. The scum.
We all know they were never for Obama as mush as they were dead set against Hillary. The media jumped through the fire for those who wanted to make sure Hillary was not the nominee.
If there was any doubt about Obama’s loyalty and patriotism to the United States, there can be none now.
Obama modified the Great Seal of the United States, as well as the Presidential Seal. He replaced the National Motto, and Shield which represent the unity of our nation, with his Rising Sun, and “Yes We Can. While Obama’s symbols may bring inspiration for some, they are utterly ordinary next to those of the Founding Fathers.
The faux Presidential Seal may be retired from his campaign, but the modified Great Seal remains on the Obama website. http://www.barackobama.com/images/bg.jpg This image shows Obama’s Rising Sun over the US Shield and Flag which are pierced by an arrow. The eagle has dropped the olive branch and arrows, and has turned away in retreat.
On July 4, 1776, our first Independence Day, the Continental Congress passed a resolution authorizing a committee including Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams to research and devise a National Seal and Motto for our Nation.
Obama has taken it upon himself to modify the Presidential Seal, and the Great Seal of the United States. He has replaced the symbols of the Unity of the States, Congress, Justice, Peace, and the willingness to defend them with “Yes We Can.
Only a foreigner or miscreant with an utter lack of understanding and respect for the values of this nation would perform such sacrilege. A true Patriot would no sooner desecrate these symbols than set them aflame.
But Obama would, and has. Obama replaced the authority of the Continental Congress, and the wisdom of Franklin, Adams and Jefferson with his own egotistical values.
As we approach this July 4th it might be a good time to reflect on what these symbols mean to the heritage and values of our great Country. We should pause and think whether to have such a man who would desecrate these symbols in the highest office in the Nation.
We should all say, No He Can’t!
Give us a break, please. Get this ego-driven,
anti-Aamerican socialist/Marxist fraud out of the presidential race as fast as possible. This crap cannot be tolerated much longer.
Holy shit, I just went back and enlarged it. What the hell is going on? You can’t possibly be serious!
This is absolutely horrendous.
By election time there will be a stampede to vote patriotism in this country.
Having the eagle run away is like Ayers stepping on the flag.
And Clark is a total ass for questioning McCain’s military service.
Post this link everywhere. It is outrageous.
i would think that everyone who is delighting in loren’s articulate and reasonable performance would rush to condemn this conspiracy-theory nonsense as unhelpful, at least. but, i guess not.
Sooo…he didn’t learn the last time….and they stick this up?
This is just as bad.
The sheild is askew…as if abandoned…and the eagle in fight/retreat…is unprotected.
I’ve never seen such an unflattering eagle pic…let alone in flight.
It is hard to get a bad angle on any eagle…and he has managed it twice!
The last seal eagle…was kinda skinny through the wings…it was weird.
He has absolutely no respect for the office, the country, it symbols, and especially it’s people.
Obama is the Dem’s Bush.
I said it before. At least, Bush was smart enough to keep his true agenda under wraps until elected.
Obama isn’t….
~~
Hillary supporter….Maya Angelou’s advice.
“When people tell you who they are…believe them.”
Is there anything happening with PUMAs in regards to the convention in August? It would be nice if about 4M of us could descend upon the city and in Norma Rae style hold up a Hillary placard. Or may be on the 4th of July PUMAs from all over the country could meet in their respective cities and peacefully demonstrate. Perhaps we could all wear burkas made out of the flag or something. That might be too radical, but I think we need to put more heat on.
http://www.18millionvoices.blogspot.com/
this site is for Denver events and they are trying to get event in other states too
Wes Clark is obviously auditioning for the VP role. This is exactly how the ego-driven Obama would select a VP. He is going to make them jump through hoops for him to prove their loyalty, see if they are willing to say anything to praise him, without any thought for credibility, abd be willing to show utter disrespect for his opponent. For Wes Clark to sit next to Obama, of all people, and have the temerity to call into question John McCain’s military experience - well that’s excatly the kind of servile fawning Obama loves.
I got a unity e-mail from Clark the other day. I was going to ignore it but now I’m going to unsubscribe to it with perhaps a NQ type comment.
I’m gettin’ visions of the Inaugural Ball: Janet Reno waltzing with Louis Farakahn, Warren Buffett & George Soros doin’ the moon walk, Madaline Albright doin’ a tango with Axelrod, Jane Fonda cheek to cheek with Louie Freeh, Nancy Pelosi doin’ a little foxtrot with Rev Wright, party unity, the possibilities are endless…just think of the line dances, Chelsea & Fr Phagler, the knuckle knocks…& the bands play on…sorry I’m just trippin’ on Wes Clark & Obama
I want him to lose in California. Hillary won CA. and I shook the hand of a hand that shook Bill’s in one of the Oregon rallies.
Wes Clark & Burnadette Dorn are dancin’ down the line…What A party!!!!! Help me I can’t escape the Inaugural Ball & the delights of party unity…Wait a minute, is that Hillary dancin’ with Bill Ayers??? NAW! NAW! NAW! it’s just DeeDee Myers…
Thank you PUMA people for trying but you need a crash course in media training. This was a lost opportunity to nail Obama with issues the media won’t talk about. Be specific, be clear, be cogent. Make a list of 10 terrible things about him the MSM won’t bring up and bring them up. Be assertive and refuse to be interrupted. Get in front of the mirror with a hairbrush. Practice, memorize cool buzzwords, use memory aids. it’s not enough to be just young and attractive. I am not saying this just to be critical but because it is necessary you step up your game. I believe that PUMA can take it to the next level.
Make a list of 10 terrible things about him the MSM won’t bring up and bring them up.
For the sake of concision, Keir, better limit it to five:
1. “Whitey” tape
2. Larry Sinclair crack ‘n’ fellatio romp
3. Slumlord-by-proxy (with a dead child’s blood on his hands)
4. Brainwashing of his supporters, a la Jim Jones
5. His butt stinks
Undercover Blackman
You rear your ugly head again. Why do you bother to come to this site? Get yourself back to therapy.
We don’t need or want your input. Assidiot.
JUST SAY NO TO BLACK LIBERATION MARXIST THEOLOGY
NO OBAMA
MCCAIN 2008 OR UNTIL HILLARY RISES
Hey Under Boy
Why don’t you and Spike Lee take your Chocolate City and Shove it up your Chocolate ASS.
I fit the classic demographic Clinton supporter, but more importantly it is the classic demographic of the entire Dem party.
Over 30 white female is their largest base, so it only goes to figure that there would be more of us in any given protest.
Harriet speaks for me. I fit into her NYC demographic too, I lived there for 47 years, so it is easy to relate to her for me, I know her instinctively and know what she is all about. I am also of the proletariat, those folks who NEEDED Clinton to represent us and sent our $25 donations whenever we could and still do.
We aren’t all there is to the party but Donna Brazile was an absolute fool to treat us the way she did and expect us to not RUN for the exit.
My mama taught me better ‘n’ that.
Jesse did a great job, and she spoke for me.
The only difference is I know I will be voting for John McCain in November if Hillary is not the nominee. Yes, even if she is in the VP slot - I cannot vote for Obama.
AWESOME JESSIE !!!!! Thank you!!!!
ATTN:
MA: KERRY SEAT IS BEING CONTESTED
CA: PELOSI SEAT IS BEING CONTESTED
DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO RATTLE THEM: THEY DESERVED TO BE OUT.
NANCY PELOSI IS THIRD IN LINE FOR TEH PRESIDENCY: JUST THINK ABOUT THAT !!
I hope Obama does pick Wes Clark. That would make two limp-wristed, skinny “metrosexual” types on the same ticket. Oughta be just the thing to inspire confidence in the Democrats’ ability to defend the country. Yessiree!

I think Jessie did a nice job as well as the others who have appeared for PUMA. The only thing I wonder is why when we get the spot on national media we don’t say more about the fraudulent DNC activity and the sexism he and his followers displayed throughout the campaign and also why don’t we bring up:
1) Why hasn’t Obama presented his real birth certificate to prove he is even eligible to run for POTUS let alone a senator;
2) where are his FULL state senate records;
3) where are his FULL medical records;
4) where are his FULL tax records.
