It's problematic when you are dealing with an adult child, because, unlike the old days, you can't simply pick up the phone and have them committed and treated, whether they like it or not. We were just with them a while back and we thought all was fine even thought our daughter lost a lot of weight and her personality seems to be changing rapidly.
