Can’t wait to hear the show…

In the meantime:

EXCLUSIVE: Brian Williams Writes Home…

NOTE: My nephew occasionally goes into New York for his job and last night, while walking past the GE building, he came across this note, which had apparently been dropped by Williams as he left the building following his nightly newscast. Hat tip to my nephew for typing up the note and sending the contents along to me via email.

Gee, it’s on the actual GE memohead, too!!!

Too funny, Gloria! They just want him out of here so his humiliating screw-ups won’t be so obvious, e. g., “the bomb at Pearl Harbor.”

I just heard the last 7 mins..is there away we can hear it again?

I think you can. I heard the Plame/Wilson July 14 show today so just click on the link on No Quarter’s home page and see if that works. Didn’t hear the first hour of “Morning Quarter,” but I listened to Larry’s show with Andy Martin. Aside from the issues raised by Martin and promotion of his book, one thing stood out — McCain’s reluctance to take Obama head on. It was rightly pointed out as a mistake made by Hillary during the first half of the primary and now it’s happening again. McCain should be hitting hard with short ads, taking one flip flop apart at a time. As for Obama’s upcoming world tour, “around the world in 10 seconds with Obama and the network anchors” should not qualify as foreign policy experience and McCain needs to hit that as well. Obama will surely encounter adoring crowds at many staged rallies over there but McCain should not let this get away from him. McCain’s commitment to town hall settings shows his willingness to look questioners in the eye and answer them as opposed to Obama’s making speeches in stadiums. Even at the risk of being labeled a “racist,” as all critiques of Obama are so labeled, McCain needs to get tough.

I found this blog “underagethinking”. This person uses the words in his title of post “man behind the mask”. If you scroll down there is a video, which I watched all the way through. It is worth watching. Here is the link.
