I think we can count on Isreal to tell the truth. The article about Cleleland brought tears to my eyes…I love this unity in the party. I think thier real reason for not letting him appear is because he is a War Hero…and they don’t want to bring anymore Hero’s out that might upstage his lack of involement with our Militaries causes. This indeed should give every True Democrat pause. The idea that any Politician running for the highest office in the land doesn’t except any money from Lobbyest is absurde and insults the commone sense of the American People…

I’m against drilling in ANWR. There is not enough oil there to merit it. There are billions of barrels along the OCS. There is the shale in CO. Our reserves are 97%. That buys us time to develop new energy solutions. But ANWR is more than just caribou and polar bears. It is protected by federal law initiated by Eisenhower and supported by Bill Clinton. Endangering plant and animal species that mat prove invaluable to the survival of the planet and the human race is not worth a few paltry barrels of oil.

Life experiences make McCain the best choice, period!

He has some. He also has a verfiable record of every vote, every action he has taken. Everything that has transpired in his life. Good and bad.

Obama remains an enigma: no school records, no Illinois Senate records, no actual birth certificate, no 2007 tax records, no firm stance on anything from FISA, to Nafta, to Iraq, to Women’ rights, etc. All he has is a mantra.

McCain, warts and all, is a known quantity. I can deal with the known. Even when I disagree. With McCain, when I do disagree it is treated as relevant.

So far, no one has called me a racist, a bigot, or an idiot when I have pointed out my disageements with aspects of McCain’s policies on conservative sites. My concerns have been met with serious discussion. Try getting the same on an Obama site.

Messianic, enigmatic, shape-shifting con-men trouble me far more than known devils. Obama was my least favorite of the original known candidates for the Dem. nomination, based on the shallowness of his history. He still is.

I will vote for McCain and deal with trying to see that he governs for far more of the American people as a whole than Bush has.

I trust him to do so!
