The Prussian Victory Column in Berlin, before it became a gay icon, was a proud celebration of Prussian victory against Napoleon’s invasion of Germany, Spain, Russia, the Low Countries, Sweden, and Egypt. It reminds Germans of the Prussian victory over Napoleon at Waterloo (with Lord Wellington playing a minor role), plus the Franco-Prussian War of 1870, and of course World War I. It all adds up to tens of millions of dead people. Just like one of those embarrassing American tourists, Obama insenitively reminds Europeans of past massacres and the war propaganda and hysteria that marked the Prussian rise to dominance. The German crowds probably won’t chant “Hoch! Hoch!” at Obama, as they used to when der Kaiser’s Prussian troops went marching by on the way to the killing fields of World War I. Vous mentez purement et simplement. Ce que vous dites est absolument faux, les journalistes ici on bien couvert ces éléctions primaires.

Ce que je vous conseillerais en France, c’est de changer vos politiciens, qui sont, comme Mr Sarko, paresseux et corrompu, qui donnent un tres, tres mauvais exemple a la jeunesse. Sarko (Miklos Sárközy) joue les playboys, ses potes sont des milliardaires, il voyage avec des types comme Bolloré et Bouygues qui sont d’extreme droite comme vous et qui tiennent les medias dans leurs mains.

Alors, Mme: quand ces jeunes ne trouvent aucun espace pour s’exprimer, que vont il faire? Eh bien oui, bruler des bagnoles jusqu’a ce que quelqu’un les écoutes. Vous n’avez pas encore compris ce systéme? Eh bien, au lieu de raconter des bobards, aller lire de l’histoire, commencez, par ex. avec la Revolution Française. Madame.

You forgot to mention two things:
1) It’s reported in the Bild Zeitung, which is a “Fox” News in German way before there ever was a Fox News.*

2) The rest of the story: For security reasons, handbags and other items were also prohibited (note the word “auch”. The rest of the Bild story is speculation and does not pass journalistic muster.
