Get a little space on the Rue St. Jacques and open a barbecue joint: "Uncle Fred's Dixie Diner." Pulled pork, ribs, chicken, coupla sides. Spicy links, smoked brisket. Picnic tables for seating. Serve Shiner beer (ask a Texan). Maybe Lone Star. All in long necks. (NO Coors, Bud, Heinekin, Corona or any of that other sissy stuff - and NO LIGHT BEER!) Stars and Bars and the Lone Star flag. Red checked tablecloths on the picnic tables. Fried catfish on Fridays...still lotsa observant Catholics in France. TV over the bar with SEC football off the satellite. Find a yellow Jeep CJ, put mag wheels and Big and Stoopid Tahrs on it and paint the company name on the side.
