Barack Obama Forgot Latin America

A new Web video. OF NOTE: NoQuarterUSA.net does not endorse John McCain. However, we think this video points out a critical omission by Obama in his much-vaunted speech in Berlin:

Barack was for Latin America Before he forgot Latin America.
aah yes, I remember it well.
WTH were his fine speech writers snorting that day?
Maybe he thinks Latin America is part of the 57 states of America.
HeHe..true
De acuerdo
They were sippin’ Milk of Amnesia
Barry has a split opinion on this … he knows where the Arugula is picked!
now that was an effective and good ad.
That’s not the Latin America I knew.
Be prepared for another “What I said was…..”.
But but he took a vacation in the Virgin Islands — and there was Puerto Rico not far away and go west — there a huge land mass.
Obama’s focus is on Obama — so it’s sort of hard to think about all of those countries.
He thinks Kentucky is well next door to Arkansas — his sense of space and time is so messed up — could he be an alien? (Of the outer space variety)
If the subject isn’t about Obama then he’s not interested — apparently.
Barack said in a speech today that he had visited all seventy-two of the Virgin Islands but says that now that he’s screwed just about everybody this side of the Atlantic, that a renaming committee should be created with Jeremiah Wright as the chair.
Possible names under consideration:
The “I Dropped the Soap ” Islands
The “I Thought You Said You’d Pull Out” Islands
and my favorite:
The “That’s What All the Talk Was About?” Islands
Beware of using the word “alien” – you”ll be accused of being racist!
nunca olvídese lo que él no dijo …
el no intiende ni jota!
Si, se puede!
HAHAHAHAHA!!
That’s a lot worse than just forgetting POLAND, isn’t it?
Obama es un pedejo!
si, asi es.
ROTFLMAO
This ad is hysterical.
I gotta say McCain is coming out with some funny shit!
Correction, The One, is coming out with some funny shit!
SI SE PUEDE is a Cesar Chavez and the Mexican migrant workers chant!
And what about Australia?!!! We sent troops to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of the USA, but that doesn’t seem to be a good enough reason to warrant a mention by Obama in his speech. If he wants to be POTUS he should remember those countries that the USA’s strongest allies. This is called diplomacy, a necessary qualification for any world leader.
He takes you for granted. He thinks you will schmooze US anyway.
This is the first time I approve of the pandering McCain does to the Latinos. (I scorn all pandering)
Obama was rattling off countries as if he was answering a pop quiz. The problem with that is that any country (or continent) that you don’t mention will be offended.
Anyone versed in diplomacy would have known that.
Obama, your inexperience is showing.
This is what I was thinking, too.
His speechwriters should have double checked the MS to make sure that all regions of the globe were represented. Inexperience will show in the final product.
Now that was a great ad.
I was watching Mad Men last night, and they are in the middle of the Kennedy/nixon campaign, and it is pretty funny, the comparisons they make, wrt advertising the product of a candidate. It is so deja vu the similiarities compared to this year.
Before the primaries, Obama went to Puerto Rico to pick up a donation for his campaign. He stayed a total six hours…picked up his check made a lame speech and left.
My family tells me they don’t trust the Teflon man, that he is driven by self interest, and as they watch him and heard him the more they have b/c alarmed and fearful. He is very deceitful (shady as my cousin describes him).
Puerto Rico sent a clear message NO Obama!! We wanted Hillary but now McCain will do.
We are a proud people most of my family has fought in every war this country has been involved in. We now see or duty to defend this country with our vote!! NO OBAMA!!!!
Yes, Puerto Rico !!
So Obama is a citizen of the world. We have not gotten a birth certificate out of Obama yet. Sorry Obama, a citizen of the world cannot run for president in the US.
Go John!!! Get ‘im!!! Yeah! I love the little smirk McCain has … like he KNOWS what is in store for the nasty oblahma!!!
I get a kick out of that little smirk too; when it’s well placed and timed. But McCain also smiles at inappropriate moments- he’ll make some forceful hawish statement- then close with a big smile. I find that disconcerting. He needs to work on that.
But McCain’s smiling face is a nice contrast. When Obama looks and sounds angy throughout this ad.
McCain doesn’t do the inappropriatly placed smiles in the ads; he does it in speeches and in townhalls. He’ll be saying something totally serious and forceful like ” I will track down Osama Bin Laden to the gates of hell and bring him to justice” or about Iran and nukes; then he smiles friendly and calls us his friends. Thats throws me off because you can tell he is intentionally censoring himself and dailing down. I do LOVE his sarcastic smirk when he delivers a zinger. And you can tell he has biting sense of humor. Which is fine by me, since I am the same way.
Yes he even forgot there were other nationalities living in the US, when he sought and commented on the US needs reperation, in order to bring whites and blacks closer together ? what about Latinos, and other nationalities, Im pretty sure there are more nationalities that make up the United States, and im pretty sure alot of us would want National healthcare and college paid for, a better education system? Ok , My familiy is interracial, so what does that mean for my nieces and nephews? Slavery did we not have the confederate war to free slaves, the fight of Martin Luther King? How much more can the US add to its debt? Did you notice that the big oil taxes, are paying for alot that he is promising? We all endure hard lives, but we work hard and if we desire it we go after it, college , loans, training , grants? Working hard has been instowed into alot of Americans, and if you offer to one offer to all, unity.
Well, don’t forget that while the Civil War is always described as having been fought over slavery, slavery AS AN ISSUE did NOT factor into the conflict until Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation. What’s always forgotten about the Proclamation is that, for all the talk of emancipating the slaves, Lincoln freed NOT ONE SLAVE. The Proclamation was ONLY effective in parts of the Confederacy in “open rebellion” but there were huge chunks of Confederate territory under Union control when the Proclamation went into effect (the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, New Orleans and adjacent areas) as well as four entire slave-holding states (Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky and Missouri) which didn’t secede, so the Proclamation didn’t affect slaves in any of those areas (Union troops were strongly urged to free any slaves in territories that they controlled, but this was not official Union policy).
To view this from another perspective, it would be similar to Governator Schwarzenegger saying that all out-of-state same-sex couples who marry in California retain their status as legally married when they return to their home states, regardless of those states’ own laws regarding same-sex marriage. Ah-nuld could scream this from the highest building in California all he wants but it wouldn’t change the actual status of any of those couples once they return to Texas, Michigan or Georgia.
Just look at his eyes — you can see all he is seeing is the teleprompter and the focus on it is so much as if he fears what if it fails. Also moving the head side to side and never looking straight — very weird. Who said he is a big orator? There is no connection with the audience — he is not talking to them — he is reading pretty sentences (many
stolenborrowed from others) to them from his teleprompter.I have always been totally amazed at the opinion that Obama is a great orator. His words ring empty..there is no passion behind them.
When there is no heartfelt belief in what you READ, it comes through.
Obama clearly has no core beliefs..that is why when he changes his opinions he does not understand that he in fact has CHANGED his opinion/stance. He is trully clueless.
Me too, I have no clue why people think he’s a great orator. The speeches he has written for him would work if the words came from his core values and inside him and could utter them from his mind; not ALWAYS and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them from a Teleprompter.
Have you noticed his new prop in the theatre of the absurd? Older white women sitting behind him.
I don’t get the “great orator” thing, either. I’ve listened to a lot of speeches by politicians, preachers and lecturers, and I see nothing extra special about Obama.
Now, Bill Clinton is a great orator. I saw him in person. Without a teleprompter or even an index card with notes on it, he gave a 45-minute speech that was both inspiring and memorable.
The weirdest thing for me is his moving his head from side to side looking at the same angle and object — Imagine if he were doing this naturally, he would look everywhere, make eye contact with some his audience responding to what he says, an occasional laugh, smile, unintended (or unrehearsed pauses), occasional rejoinders to acknowledge audience reaction (instead now all you see is this stupid side to side movement like watching a tennis match).
Bill Clinton one time gave his state of the union speech from memory when his teleprompter was loaded with the wrong speech and he found out as he started (Greenspan calls it genius in his book). I shudder (NOT) to think what will happen if Obama’s teleprompter fails. I think somebody should try that, don’t you? Just to see what happens. {as I write this I am thinking, they will create a faux situation where they will lie that his teleprompter failed and he still gave a fantastic speech.} These people are so predictable.
Hey! You lose things when you shove white shit up your nose! If you do it enough, you can lose an entire country!
Or a whole continent even!
Obama gives SH** about Latin America. I wonder whether he even knows who’s President in Argentina, Brazil or Chile (someone should ask him “imnpromptu”).
BTW both Chile and Argentina have smart tough women as Pres.
Obama also gives a DA** about Latinos in the US; that’s for sure. he can only mention them in passing when talking about “black and latino” or “Black and brown”
in the same breath. But as for the issues that matter to Latino per se he doesn’t care and has no clue.
Yepper..remember in the one debate when Tim Russert tried a gotcha with Hillary, asking the name of who was going to be the new leader of Russia..and the REACTION all over the face of Obama..relief that he was not asked the same question.
Great the Ad: very savvy. It works because it is TRUE.
Why include the former USSR? Might as well include the former Roman Empire.
Citizen of the world, that is so Che Guevara.
Don’t insult Che Guevara; he at least gave a damn about “the world” (even one didn’t agree with him; he beloeved in something: he believed in the people).
He didn’t believe in ALL the people. Just the under trodden of the developing world.
Erin, if he had ‘Chaired’ his committee he wouldn’t have forgotten Australia (major supporter in the war), and a friend of this country in many other wars.
NOW, as to the Latinos, well he forgot them on purpose, he knows they are Hillary supporters and that down the road they will remember who has been a ‘friend’;”My friends, I won’t forget you”. See, McCain remembers all the Latin Americans that went to war for this country and he frequently tells their stories. He speaks of their valor while campaigning. He is never too busy for his ‘friends’ who gave so much to this country.
Obama also forgot the Native Americans and they were among the first to join PUMA and list their complaints on his lack of support for their legislation and his missed votes.
Us ‘wimin’… well, he thinks we will come on over because we have no where to go…
In truth this country is a tapestry of many, with ancestry from all seven continents, many that have been willing to give their lives for it and many continue to think it worth fighting for.

John McCain vs. Barack Obama: The Best President
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqPhJ2dSYpM
Well, the GE is off and they are using Obama’s record against McCain. I think this is just a blogger and not from the campaign.
Oooooh, I can’t tell you how angry I am. I am a Hispanic from Texas. I completely wrote off Obama back in the Nevada primaries when he said nothing about the Unite Here ad; that was the end. He must think Hispanics are idiots, because there is no way Clinton would not want us voting. The Clintons have always treated the Hispanic community with great respect. That ad was insulting. This is insulting. Here is further proof of how little Obama thinks of our community.
Obama is scary.I heard hiden messages in his words.I hear hidden message to other countrys as America has it comeing.Really.
This is not a joke.I notice this long agao and it’s now like it’s buliding up as stronger and almost like a ready for war type.
God Help Us.
The democratic well not.they don’t see or they had got themselves into something big as the years came. And now canm’t back out fear of being throw in to the pen.But hey if my feelings are correct.I reather come forward and get throw in the pen then have my children and grandchildren and the people who may get worst if this is not stop.I really think Obama is trying to take over our goverment and America.
