If You Have Any Remaining Doubt That Obama Is Morally Bankrupt…

….this should cure you.

Just as so many of us predicted, now that it can’t hurt him and he has successfully gamed the system and insulted everything this country’s democracy stands for, Leland Gaunt Barack Obama wants every Florida and Michigan delegate counted.

If this isn’t a sign of just what a crooked, morally bankrupt Chicago Thug he is, I don’t know what is. He and Donna and Howard blocked these delegates and these voters from being counted because he knew he would lose. Then he blocked their re-votes because he knew he would lose. No sense of denying that he blocked these re-votes, it’s a matter of record now.

And now………….that it benefits (as in “Cannot Hurt”) The One, he will let his peons be counted. The man is the most despicable excuse for a human being I have seen forced upon an American election in my not so short life. And that includes George W. Bush.

This is just another sign of who and what Barack Obama really is, folks.

While we railed against the GOP in the 2000 and 2004 elections for their dishonesty, these guys look like Disney characters when you consider the slime trail left behind by Barack Obama, Donna Brazile, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi et al.

And of Course, Obama’s Hood Ornament, Howard Dean and his complicit band of bullshitters have “decided” that the unbreakable ROOLZ that they used to tank Hillary Clinton can now officially be waived, suddenly “democracy” and fairness are of interest to him.

Today we received a letter from Senator Obama requesting that the Convention’s Credentials Committee grant each delegate from Florida and Michigan a full vote. We deeply appreciate and value Senator Obama’s perspective on this important issue. This matter will be the top priority for the Credentials Committee when we meet on August 24th. As always our goal is to ensure a fair process and a unified Democratic Party so that we can win in November.”

These people shouldn’t even die before they go to hell. They should all just be sucked down into the abyss bodily while still alive. I’m not even saying what’s REALLY on my mind, that’s how odious these people truly are. The Real Barack Obama says it best about this lying, cheating thief.

Nice words. But where was Sen. Obama when Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-Ill.) had her Michigan and Florida delegates stripped from her? Worse than that, where was Sen. Obama’s spirit of “party unity” when he stood by and accepted 4 of Sen. Clinton’s Michigan delegates when his name had, through his own actions, not even been on the ballot?

You know what we PUMAs are going to say to your “unity” schtick Sen. Obama? Just in case you don’t know by now, that you’ve not figured it out, RBO would almost bet the house that all those “bitter” “deadender” Clinton supporters are going to let you twist in the wind. You just kicked your former Democratic opponent and all her supporters square in the teeth.

Not only that. You are a cheater and you gamed the system and cheated in small state-after-small-state caucuses. You are a liar and have told lie after lie—call it a flip flop or adjusting your position as much as you’d like—but a lie is still a lie. You are a thief and you have stolen the Democratic nomination.

You should be ashamed of yourself. It is doubtful that you see anything but that the end justifies the means, as that is how you have climbed the political ladder in your crawl to the top thus far.

Words cannot express what you have done. Let’s just “hope” that you get everything you deserve.

You have no soul, Barack Obama, do you?

The hypocrisy of Obama’s ilk is STUNNING and disgusting. My ire is over flowing and I curse the democratic party for playing dirty politics as much as I cursed Bush’s group.

No wonder America isn’t the America I use to know.

Soul wrenching and heart breaking at the corruption of our democracy.

Comment by athy | 2008-08-04 10:44:04

roseeiter-
I agree howevr its not just Sen Obama’s hypocrisy that concerns me. It is the fact that this action shows us how the DNC (and Credentials Committee) really views the American voters.
By entertaining this request-it shows me that the DNC has little if any concern of how the voting public MIGHT perceive Sen Obama’s request at this [point in time.

Our party must think the American voters are really stupid, ignorant, misinformed or zombies that put the party first before our country (OR…all of the above).

Comment by roseeriter | 2008-08-04 10:58:34

Agree. They also foolishly think that because THEY represent the Democratic Party that we will all walk LOCK-STEP in UNITY for any democrat.

And that we the voters will ignore left hypocrisy.

Yah, he went down to FL and replaced all the Hillary delegates with his own people so now he wants them counted. This guy is such a crook, it’s not even funny, just a big Chicago crook.

Comment by Kathy | 2008-08-04 20:22:28

Can you explain more about this? I was thinking it would be the same delegates and they could vote for Hillary, so I didn’t understand the “now it can’t hurt” attitude. But my prediction is the credentials committee will deny his ‘request’ in a planned move to make it look like he tried, but his hands are tied.

America is not the problem, politicians are the problem. And we in America have the ability to change it by not voting for Obama in November. We must vote for McCain if Hillary is not the nominee. This election will truly be historic for many reasons, but perhaps the most important of which will be that the citizens took back control of their country. I believe we can do this, so take heart, and continue to work to defeat the DNC and Obama. And maybe for all time, politicians will “beware the backlash of 2008″!

Comment by Kathy | 2008-08-04 20:24:13

I agree. I would much rather vote for Hillary, but if I can’t, then I will vote for McCain and endure for four more years so as not to let a powerful few get away with perverting the democratic process.

If I were a Democrat, my heart would break,
For arrogance this man must take the cake,
By fiat, four delegates he’s able to pull,
Now that they’re his, their state votes in full.
Through dubious tactics, secure is the win,
Competition seems to be the only sin,
The thing that’s important, as Joe Stalin notes,
Isn’t the voters but who counts the votes.

Our free elections are not free and nobody is screaming this fact to the public except the fine blogs like this one. It has become a critical necessity to get this stuff out before the conventions. How can we do that? It is absolutely horrible and I am getting more spitting mad everyday.

Don’t forget to place a huge portion of the blame on Obama’s Congressional enablers, State governors, and other prominent Democrats who made his “meteoric” rise? possible: John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Chris Dodd, Patrick Leahy, Jay Rockefeller, Claire McCaskill, Kathleen Sibelius, Janet Napolitano, Jimmy Carter, etc. Add your favorite.

It just doesn’t make any sense. The man is a slimy sleaze and they are eating him up.

Maybe the Law of Karma is at work on the American voter right now. This country elected George W Bush as President. Now we are faced with the prospect of someone who appears to be even worse in his own way.

I am beginning to think that if McCain just offers more of the same, it will be better the change we are being promised by the Rotten One.

WAKE UP SUPERDELEGATES!!!

Got this yesterday from some sweetie in the “new” Florida Democratic party. Let her know that I had been paying attention and could see through the Bullshit ….

Today is a proud day for all of us who fought so hard to ensure Floridians votes are fully counted.

Just minutes ago, Sen. Barack Obama sent a letter to the DNC credentials committee urging them to restore the full vote of the Michigan and Florida Delegations, proving his commitment to uniting the party and ending the uncertainty surrounding the process.

With Florida’s economy in recession for the first time in 16 years, our state leading the nation in job loss, and we are number two in foreclosures, Floridians in every corner of our state are excited to elect Barack Obama and other Democrats this fall to bring change to Washington and Florida. The people of Florida know Barack Obama and other Democrats will rebuild our economy, create good jobs, and lower gas prices and homeowners insurance rates.

I want to thank Barack Obama, the Florida Congressional Delegation, the Democrats in our Legislature, and voters across Florida for fighting to have our votes count. This is a proud day for all of us.

Sincerely,

Karen Thurman

Congresswoman Karen L. Thurman
Chair, Florida Democratic Party

If you would also like to let Karen know what a fine job you think she is doing for the voters there in Florida, her email address is grassroots@fladems.com

Comment by steven Mather | 2008-08-04 12:37:36

I sent them this reply:

To Whom it may concern:

The suggestion that the votes have been restored is laughable. It’s like letting voters into the booth after the ballot boxes have been sealed.

Except in dysfunctional abusive relationships, groups members whose views are not chosen only have an obligation to adopt the group’s will, if the process has fair. This is because fairness of process is a manifestation of mutual respect. People who derail fairness think that those they are abusing are not worthy of equal treatment. Obama received delegates from people who voted for Clinton. Further, he received all of the votes for all of the other candidates not on the ballot. Those whose votes for Clinton were stolen and those whose non-directed vote were not for Obama have been designated as less than worthy of equal treatment by the Democratic party. Accordingly, they have no obligations to abide by the party’s decision.

When you chose expedience over fairness, you chose to lose members, voters, and the presidential election in 2008.

Yours,
Steven Mather

Here is what I don’t understand: If Hillary would have had more delegates if the penalties had not been enforced, why doesn’t this reinstate their full numbers and voting capacities? And, what can BO do to stop those Hillary .5 vote delegates from casting their now 1.0 votes for Hillary?

Obviously someone is going to have to dig into the DNC rules (such as they are) to figure this out, but I don’t seen how BO can have it both ways — they didn’t count, and, now that they do count, the excess (?) can only count for him.

And where are all those terrific election-law lawyers and public interest groups — no one is trying to do anything about any of this?

Comment by pm317 | 2008-08-04 09:40:23

I would suggest reading riverdaughter’s blog. The big crime here is shutting FL and MI when it mattered, that is in the beginning of the primary. If they had resolved this issue then, Clinton would have had a 100+ lead going into Super Tuesday and his caucus wins would have paled in significance with the big swing state wins. She would have had enormous momentum as rightly she should have had (because she was the people’s choice) and that was robbed from her and her supporters by shutting those two states. Even at the RBC meeting in May if they had not given him free delegates and her delegates from MI, the gap would have been that much narrower but they cheated again on May 31. He also would not allow revotes in those states knowing full well that he was going to lose. His surrogates argued for half a vote in May and now he wants full votes for them when it does not harm him. It was their plan all along to cripple her by shutting those two big states from the beginning of the primary. This is bigger than his caucus shenanigans.

Comment by an observer | 2008-08-04 13:12:28

Many cannot understand why the mainstream media is not reporting the truth about Obama. I read that comment over and over on multiple blogs.

Get a clue! The stakes are earth shattering.
The media is owned and controlled by the very entities fixing to loose their a&%es.

Can you say DERIVATIVES?
“The crisis is, that derivative holders will not be getting the money they were supposed to be getting, because the guys who owe them the money are already bankrupt, because they didn’t get the money they were supposed to get from guys who were bankrupt because the guys who owed them money were bankrupt, and they are all bankrupt because they put up a lousy $3 of their own money, and borrowed another $97 to buy an asset worth $100, and now that asset is worth only $90!”

The amount of money involved? According to Wikipedia, it’s over $500 TRILLION!

To put that $500 trillion number into perspective, the total GWP (Gross World Product) of the entire world is estimated to be about $65 trillion. The total market value of all the publicly traded shares in the world is about $44 trillion. (These numbers are from The CIA World Factbook.) And according to Wikipedia, the total value of all the property in the developed countries in world is about $62 trillion.

In other words, the money in derivatives total about three times the total of all the above values – combined.

I would say that the collapse of the world’s financial system, as we know it, are pretty high stakes. They know they can’t stop the collapse. The bubble is too big. The goal is to have a President in place next year that will allow the transfer of the debt from the private speculators to us, U.S. citizens, via a Federal Reserve bailout, something that is already in place to some degree. (The fact that Pelosi is not raising 6 kinds of hell about this is an indication of what a whore she is for Soros.)

The one thing the media values the most is their claim to be impartial and objective. They need that to continue the subtle mind control they’ve exercised all these years. Their putting that in jeopardy by their blatant biased support of Obama says a great deal about how serious the stakes are. They stand to loose a lot if this backfires.

To achieve the above goal, the financial elite need to install a Corporatist system in the United States. Corporatism is a nice word for Fascism. It was a theory and practice that was not put into practice until Benito Mussolini came to power in Italy as a result of the last world wide crash.

The tactics being used to install Obama are certainly akin in some ways to those used by Hitler and Mussolini in their rise to power.

Are the financial elite trying to accomplish something they failed to do in 1932 because of FDR? That is the essence of the real battle here.

Obama is viewed favorably by 83% of Democrats, 22% of Republicans, and 47% of unaffiliated voters. For McCain, the numbers are 87% favorable among Republicans, 26% among Democrats, and 61% among unaffiliated voters.

Obama had the party machinery that dean created with his 50 state Plan. These people were used to promote Obama, especially in caucuses, which are easy to game.

Interesting to note that you use Obama’s name that the Secret Service gave him. Shows how well he was thought of, or rather how he was thought of. He has spent thousands of tax payers dollars on his security, long before McCain asked for his. In fact McCain was reluctant to take any.

Now why don’t you shuffle off to Chicago Buffalo.

The only way he can be stopped, if at all, is by the Republicans. I wish them luck and do not care how they achieve their victory. We cannot have an Obama presidency. No now… not ever.I do however think it will happen and how sad it will be for America

Clinton turns up heat for do-over

But new primary looks unlikely with Obama camp balking and time short.

Gordon Trowbridge and Gary Heinlein / The Detroit News

Despite a quick visit from Hillary Clinton to make the case and pressure from other top Democrats, supporters of Barack Obama appeared no closer Wednesday to accepting plans for a do-over Democratic primary.

Supporters of the June 3 revote — including a four-member committee of top Michigan Democrats that hatched the plan — held out hope that the state Legislature would act on a bill to hold the new primary. But with time running short, the Obama campaign, which has little to gain and much potential for loss in a new vote, piled on the legal objections…

Comment by Zee | 2008-08-04 10:00:36

Um, in case you’ve been asleep the past 8-10 years
the thugs took over our country in 2000 and it’s been a living hell. And it’s not over yet, it is going to get worse.

Even if Hillary WERE the nominee we’d have to wait another year before she even got to work cleaning up after this last Bush.

It’s true, I thought we could finally reclaim our country, but it’s apparent the powers that be have other plans. It’s the last gasp of the white male, and I’m sure they are having a great double-chin chuckle over their black-face puppet. They pitted the two strong-holds of the Dem party against one another.

It’s posts like yours (yours is the second one) that make me think some are using Obama to paper over the Bush legacy he has coming. But maybe you were just having a brain fart.

The difference between Democrats and Republicans is that the thugs defended all the Bush tactics right up until he let New Orleans drown and gas hit $4 a gallon. And some are still defending him as banks begin to fail.
(And for those who still blame Dems for New Orleans, “Heckuva job Brownie” and National Guard in Iraq instead of here. Nuff said.)

In comparison, real Dems now are screaming bloody murder AND organizing to expose this Trojan Horse of a candidate before he becomes the official nominee.

So, do NOT blame Dems for ruining any “America that was.” As if. This “fresh hell” (as Dorothy Parker used to say) did not originate with Obama.
Other than that, I share your horror on what America has become, and let’s get to work.

The Justice Department seems to be sleeping again, as they were in 2000 when the 1965 Civil Rights Commission Committee investigating the 2000 Florida election asked Ashcroft to prosecute the violations they uncovered and he refused.

And the reality is that when your Justice system won’t investigate possible crimes, and your Legislative system that has the power to investigate possible election fraud doesn’t just refuse to investigate but condones it, there really isn’t much else We the People can do. I can’t understand why there isn’t a plethora of Constitutional lawyers clogging the courts with writs; it would certainly make their reputations.

With all the lack of government attention to the Constitution it leaves one feeling as if Democracy isn’t dying but is actually dead when a candidate like Barack Obama gets this far in the election process unhampered by the “rules” and the investigation into his credentials and eligibility is being better researched by We the People than those whose duty it is!

I can’t think of a better reason to take this unlimited power of the two parties away since they both put their political parties’ ideology above the Constitution of the United States – that same document they swore an oath to protect and defend.

Comment by Uppity Woman | 2008-08-04 10:44:46

C.S. it is never wise to expect the Right Thing in a Timely Way from any organization that is run by political appointees.

Comment by C.S. | 2008-08-04 11:27:02

Never have and am not starting now. One of the reasons I’ve always been an independent voter. But when you see all these Obama supporters being swallowed whole by his “hope” and “change” mantra we need a reminder that the Obama way is not the Constitutional way.

My “party” is the Constitution and I believe when we deviate from it without the subscribed method of change, we no longer have that form of government. This isn’t really about who gets the next election “win”; it’s about which direction the winner plans to take us and the more I see of Obama the more he convinces me that a constitutional democracy is not the path he’s chosen.

We have two options, we “drink the kool-aid” or we take the power away from the political appointees that have it. Either way it will profoundly change our lives and I really think we aren’t prepared for either option.

Obama purged Florida Delegates in June, replacing Clinton Delegates With Obama Delegates:

June 14, 2008
Obama replaces six Florida delegates

By Bill Cotterell
news-press.com capital bureau

http://www.news-press.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080614/NEWS0107/806150384/1001/archives

HOLLYWOOD – Former Sen. Bob Graham, a state legislator and a Broward County Commissioner gained seats in Florida’s delegation to the Democratic National Convention Saturday as Sen. Barack Obama scored an early tactical victory among the state’s combative party activists.

Leon County Democratic Chairman Rick Minor was among casualties of the delegation “purge” by Obama, who ousted six delegates and two alternates and replaced them with his own choices.

Leon County Schools Superintendent Jackie Pons survived the purge.

[...]

At a meeting of the Florida delegation, a voice vote on accepting Obama’s changes was too close to call. Minor and other party leaders pleaded for unity and another vote was taken, this time with members standing or sitting to show their positions.

The “ayes” clearly had it, by a glance around the room, so the vote was not tallied.

Obama exercised his right to review his slate of 67 delegates – focusing on the 26 at-large seats and party leaders or elected officials supporting him. Since Obama clinched the nomination early this month, the party has been trying to sooth lingering dissension in the ranks of its most active partisans.

Sen. Hillary Clinton won the Jan. 29 primary with 870,986 votes to Obama’s 576,214. Ex-Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina was third with 251,562 votes.

That left Clinton with 105 pledged delegates to Obama’s 67 and 13 for Edwards, who dropped out. The state also has 26 unpledged super delegates to the Denver convention.
[...]

Democratic National Committeeman Jon Ausman of Tallahassee, a super delegate supporting Clinton, had warned that party unity would suffer in November if Obama purged too many of the at-large and party officer delegates. Tallahassee City Commissioner Allan Katz and Kirk Wager, a Miami attorney who is Obama’s national finance chairman, said there were longtime Obama supporters who deserved to be delegates but did not make the list chosen by the state party in post-primary caucuses.

Comment by FerdBerfle | 2008-08-04 09:44:19

Geraldo on Fox did make mention of this new move by Obama with FL and MI, but did no follow up on the story all he asked was what if Hillary ends up with more delegates than Obama.

It is kind of interesting that Obama would make a move on this now, something must be up for him to become so generous all of a sudden especially to Hillary, Obama is a snake and should not be trusted so I do hope that all keeps an eye on this, something is not right with this new direction he wants to go in.

I hope Hillary learns her lesson and take a long hard look at what is going on and leave Obama out their to dry, whatever he is doing now is not for the good of the party or for anyone else but his self, he wants to win so he will sleep with the devil now just to get there, so watch him people, watch him long and hard.

Baldwin was better at writing fiction than defining politics. Emotion clouded his perception of reality. The delegate tally on RCP is Waffles: 1766 pledged delegates to HRC’s 1639.

Subtacting the 60 or so delegates awarded him by RBC,
the totals are roughly:
HRC – 1639
Waffles – 1700.

That means he’s ahead by only 60 delegates.

The SD count is Waffles 463 to Hrc 257.

Stop-the-Hate Donna should be resigning. The SD’s AND the RBC have decided the nomination.

Comment by basil | 2008-08-04 10:32:29

hehehehe!
Replying to my own comment!

To finish the stats, adding SD’s to the REPORTED delegate numbers :

BO – 2229
HRC – 1896.

The difference is 233 votes.

IF she could get 223 delegates to switch AND rollback the RBC awarding of delegates to BO . . .
:sigh:

Comment by College Educated for Hillary | 2008-08-04 10:48:10

It would only have to be a switch of 117. You divide the difference by 2 and round to the nearest whole number if it is an odd number or add 1 if it is an even number.

Obama 2229 – 117 = 2112

Clinton 1896 + 117 = 2113

Uppity:

Thank you for this post; I have been fuuming about this and about the RBC response (you quote above). Their sentence:

We deeply appreciate and value Senator Obama’s perspective on this important issue.

is so insulting it makes me vomit.
These people have no shame and no pardon.

lets see.. the difference b/t Britney, Paris H and Obama.. not much they all are empty souls. However, I think Obama is cleverly evil.
Tell me that he now allows the MI and Fla count at the kindness and the deep sense of fairness of his heart… I DO NOT THINK SO… He needs them and now wants to appear like a saint. The DNC will now point out how gracious he is… and b/c the savior has spoken, they will allow the votes to count (b/c it doesn’t matter now… the votes are not relevant).
Yes Obmabots.. Hillary lost but she actually won. The Tides a turn’ the truth is slowly slipping out… and hillary will be his worse nightmare.
Push for McCain!!!!

It’s in-your-face don’t-you-dare-touch-me abusive party corruption from top to bottom and it’s begging us to try to stop it. The two-party system stinks, both parties reflect each other like evil twins. The best thing we can do is vote to legitimize a third party that would challenge and thwart these toxic waste dumps we call repubicans and democrats. This seems like the perfect election year to thumb our noses and walk away, knowing that the Greens or Libertarians or whoever the third party is won’t win, but we take a huge step in defining what we want by spurning the two-party nuclear family style abusers!

Comment by tj coleman | 2008-08-04 10:18:27

Did everyone hear Bob Bekel on Fox this AM defending BO and the fact that BO knows how to play politics since he is from Chicago. DISGUSTING!! Why dont they just come out and admit that Al Capone lives and that he is behind all of this. No sense in hiding the obvious

Comment by roseeriter | 2008-08-04 10:19:57

The corporations OWN both parties and both parties are full of corruption and greed.

Rasmussen has McCain up 1 point over Oblowme today. Bwah-hahahahahaha! Maybe American’s aren’t as dumb as the Dems were counting on. With his delegate musical chairs game, I believe Baracula has nailed the final nail in his coffin.

If Hillary isn’t the nominee, I feel a landslide coming on for McCain in November.

Hillary or McCain ‘08!!!

Comment by Vonay | 2008-08-04 10:18:24

I knew that this lying piece of racist, anti american shit ( Obambi) would do this.
He wouldn’t agree to let Florida and Mich. votes count when it went against him.
What the hell is going on in this country??
I hope to God Polosi and the rest of these DNC cowards get voted out.
I hope Florida and Mich. tell him to kiss their ass.
I have never voted for a republican, but if Obambi gets this nomination at the convention, I will not only vote for McCain, I will campaign for him.

Comment by Pink Panther | 2008-08-04 10:19:20

McCain is now ahead in two national polls: Rasmussen Tracking has McCain leading Obama by 1% (8/1-8/3) and USA Today/Gallup by 4% (7/25-7/27).

Obama’s average lead of all polls is only 2.5%.

Back when I was a road musician, I used to have a booking agent from Chicago who was a real piece of work. That’s when I learned about how stuff is done in Chi-town. Obummer’s antics remind of that guy soooo much. I think Barky missed his true calling- he should be an agent- some of them are the world’s biggest liars- like him.(Apologies to honest agents.) Barky is one of the most despicable pieces of bull pucky I’ve ever seen- and I’ve seen a BUNCH of ‘em! So- I guess we can assume that he thinks he’s replaced enough of Hillary’s delegates to get the fix in place, so now he wants them all to vote. Please, please, please- SDs- get a grip & vote for Hillary! Don’t embarrass our nation by going along with this crook and his thuggish followers and handlers. Don’t be the ones who will be responsible for destroying our democracy. And for God’s sake- DON’T BLAME US IF YOU DO SUCH A HEINOUS THING, because WE TOLD YOU SO! Oh- that’s right- we don’t count. Forgot. My bad.

I guess Obama wants to blame Bill Clinton and pretend misogyny didn’t happen on the campaign trail and that the DNC didn’t ’select’ him by manipulating the rules and by declaring some voters 1/2 a person.

The press is still swooning over him and won’t look at his record nor his past behavior in political campaigns.

A bit off topic but was following up to some posts from late last week.

There were people discussing the availability of the Obama Nation book that was released on August 1st and is currently 6th on Amazon.com – I wanted to give my two cents on this.

The two Barnes and Noble stores that I’ve been in since 8/1 did have the book available, however, my local Target and Costco did not. I found this interesting b/c I read here that someone did find the book at their local Costco.

Anyone else not finding the book? I’m going to order online today.

They’re in all the military exchanges in my area. They’re selling out, but there are some black military personnel that have been complaining. I witnessed this yesterday with my kids. They believe the book is *GASP*—racist.

The cult of Obama strikes again. The lady at this particular exchange was black and said the book stays and more were on the way. :-)

Have you seen the Presumptuous Nominee’s new luxury plane, complete with Lay-Z-Boy recliners and a special Lay-Z-Boy for the Big-O himself that says “Obama 08 – President” on it?
What an A-Hole!

From CBS News’ Allison O’Keefe:

Barack Obama’s new campaign plane is nothing short of grand. Well, for the candidate that is.

Obama’s section of the plane rivals that of any first class. Recently the front cabin of the Boeing 757 was retrofitted to install four individual chairs that resemble La-Z-Boys. They are free-standing and made of plush leather with pockets on the sides. There is also a booth which seats four for a meeting or a meal.

His chair has his name and campaign logo embroidered on the back top — “Obama ‘08” on one line and “President” underneath. To one side is a small table stacked with newspapers ready for the candidate’s arrival. The table of the booth is always covered in snacks and cheese and is where Obama spends most of his time during flights meeting with staff and sitting for the occasional interview.

“Typically the candidate’s cabin is like business class — roomier and less chaotic than the staff and press areas, but still short of the accoutrements of a pro team’s charter,” says Politico’s Mike Allen, a frequent campaign flier.

I used to work for an independent bookseller. We special ordered books for customers all the time. If booksellers in your area do not have the book, Obama Nation, on the shelf, go to customer service and ask them to special order it for you. It will not (or should not) cost anything extra for this service. We didn’t charge extra, anyway. The ISBN for this book is ISBN-13: 9780743580595.

“Our next president’s energy policy will need to reduce our dependency on foreign oil. John McCain believes we need offshore drilling now. Senator Obama’s plan is calling on Americans to check their tire pressure. We’re asking for your help in testing out Senator Obama’s energy plan. With your donation of $25 or more right now, we’ll send you a tire gauge to test for yourself, Senator Obama’s “tire gauge” energy policy.”"

For those who want a tire gauge… (maybe the hood ornaments will come later!)

Say it loud and proud, Uppity. Let the truth fly against ob’s stream of unending bullsheet. Fight ob tooth and claw. Uppity is a PUMA pit bull.

He has long said the delegates of the two states will somehow be seated in full in Denver. We all knew he would allow it too late to let those votes have the impact of actually counting in our erstwhile democratic party.

The unity behind him of delegates was created through threat and bribe maneuvers. His carrots were his vast database (dead people and pets), his party leader backing, his highly suspicious cash vault donations etc.
His sticks are threats such as running strong opposition against them in their own state run offs, and his constant spewing of misinformation abetted by unconditional rabid cult like support has made this a twilight zone year.

The kneecapping of the Clinton’s while his pocketed media moguls and their talking heads sat back and denied it was a key to his power play.

Btw – I just got an email from the Clinton foundation about Bill’s trip to Africa. He’s in Mexico City now at the International Aids Conference. Bill has worked tirelessly to improve health and life all over the world.

What has ob done for anybody? Squat.

Lying, railroading, hijacking, strong-arming, devious schemes, back room cabal deals with king makers – is all this POS egomaniac fraud does.

He used a woman’s COLB to bamboozle the public! Talk about audacity. I wish he was never born, he has caused nothing but trouble all his life. The little usurper.

Till the last dog dies – PUMA power.

After he denied the will of the people to secure the nomination. After he dismissed elected delegates and replaced them with his own people. Yes, only after fixing the election will he allow all the votes to count. I think he is a no-count politician who will do no good for this country.

Comment by FloridaDem | 2008-08-04 15:34:01

Well, sorry to be crass but ‘Fuck him and the horse he rode in on!’

How dare he? Maybe it’s the constant stream of hate mail I’ve been sending the DNC and Obama campaigns? I’m sure I’m NOT the only one who calls them the filth that they are on a daily basis. And of course, the main theme for me is that my vote is worth half.

So, now they want my vote to be worth 1? Now that they’ve managed to railroad Hillary? Fuck them. Fuck them. Fuck them!

And…I enjoyed today’s RAsmussen reports:

Daily Presidential Tracking Poll

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows the race for the White House is tied with Barack Obama and John McCain each attracting 44% of the vote. However, when “leaners” are included, it’s McCain 47% and Obama 46%.
