I miss all the "muscle" cars, but I still keep my Grand Cherokee and F150 because 1). they are paid for and 2). I moved so I would not have a 75 mile commute to work. I also work from home now and save even more in gas. When they finally die, I will have to look into smaller, better gas mileage vehicles, but in the interim, we need the size to transport kids and groceries (which I get at Costco with no bags or boxes and only visit once every 5 weeks). I also have a garden and can goodies for the winter! While I have some "Leaf Eater" in me, I know that these folks who bought 2400 sq. ft. homes as an investment, can't sell their houses now and certainly won't be able to if people are taxed on square footage. While I think it is stupid to buy more house than you need (I don't want to clean it) I know too many people did it and if they are putting their money into taxes, they won't be putting it back into the economy. There are some troubling reports emerging about what happens to people who do not tow the party line and “fall in line” for Obama.

First Obama has replaced all the Clinton delegates from Michigan and Florida with his own delegates. Obama’s actions are outside the rules of the Democratic party and they betray his effort to take control of the Democratic Party.

Recently, a Colorado Clinton delegate expressed, in a private email, concerns about the electability of Senator Obama.
