Johnny At Work: Well presented. In the very least Obama paints with a broad brush. Anyone, especially a lawyer educated at Harvard who doesn’t have things to hide, should be able to trace where he was born, if his parents were married at the time and why he/she changed his/her name.
Shouldn’t we expect that from our president or is that just being picky?

To “Obama is a bum

Sen Obama is not in a league of his own-he just may be the person in this league that has risen to such a high level of national exposure that we -only now- are beginning to understand how some ’school of Alinsky-trained’ activists operate.

I have no issue with the Alinsky method. I have serious issue with the content of the character of the person practicing the “Alinsky method of community organizing.”

Power is most dangerous when it is held by the charismatic and well trained and well educated who may have no personal integrity or strength of character.

There are many people of high integrity and good character who adhere to the Alinsky method -more power to them…however how do you handle someone who has nopersonal integrity or values…or may have had when he/she first started out but ‘lost it’ somewhere along the way?

I would describe the Alinsky style ( as practiced by Sen Obama and his campaign team and some of his policy advisors )as a cross between the following: Machiavelli’s “The Prince”, and Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War”
Arguably, one could infer that Hitler, Saddam Hussein and other global notables may have practiced similar methods (ALinsky- style) to meet their political, financial, religious objectives

That he voted against the Iraq war. (Just last night) He was not there to vote.

His grandfather or whoever it was maybe uncle liberating Auschwitz

Said he was counting our territories when he said we had 57 states.

Many positions in the US goverment do not require you to have a background check. One of them is an appointment to congress or the presidency. What I find disgusting is that the average person working for the goverment must have a background and credit check to hold their jobs, but the supreme commander and chief does not. They probably never looked since they do not have to.

Actually Kelvin you need to do some research. McCain was asked and he gave permission for his BC to be aquired by congress.

Are you scared that The One might have misled you? The way you are acting makes it seem like you are trying your hardest to convince yourself that BO did not mislead and use you. Get used to it! This is what it will be like and when he is done with you he will dump you under the bus and never think of you again.

So, if BO never had his name officially changed to Bo, and he is legally Barry S then it would seem to me that he has committed fraud on his application. He would have to prove when he changed it to BO. Otherwise he should not be practicing law.

We have no knowledge of what goes on behind these forums. What I did find surprising is that either TD did not know much of her information, had been on Atlas Shrugs months ago. I saw no credit from TD regarding that. I wonder if Pamela was just a tad unhappy about it? This is MY opinion only.

It does matter that Barry was an Islamic Indonesian. He had two Islamic dads, one a Kenyan, the other an Indonesian. He spent the formative years of his childhood in Indonesia where he was registered as an Islamic Indonesian by his mother.

Why do you keep saying “Islamic” and then bring up the Constitution? Have you ever read any more of it than the two clauses you quote here?

If you can make it to Article VI, you’ll find that it says “… no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”

So again, why do you keep saying “Islamic”?

Bullshit. The issue has to do with the application for admittance to the bar, not name changes after the fact.

Again, what’s shown here on TexasDarlin is NOT his application for admittance to the Bar, nor does it have anything to do with his application for admittance to the Bar.

That is just a list of attorneys who have ALREADY BEEN ADMITTED TO THE BAR.
